Carol Kreshpan from Torrco was helpful throughout the process, and especially in helping us find replacements for items that were back-ordered or out of stock, that would still suit our needs. She also helped us when an item would no longer work with our space, in facilitating an exchange for something else in stock. She was also very quick to respond to calls and emails which was very much appreciated during our fast paced and ever changing construction project! The team at Torrco also supports one another with their customers, as Carlos and Kate offered their assistance to keep things moving when Carol was out of the office.

Kate Meehan was the design consultant who walked me and my bathroom designer through every detail of choosing my vanities, plumbing supplies and anticipated every item I would need to complete the job including towels racks, toilet paper holder and robe hooks. Every item was explained to me, pictures provided if available and on the spot knowledge when an item was unavailable or would not be available in time for the job. She had an amazing knowledge across all product lines and found replacements and items to match existing choices. She was also able to recommend the most economical way to do my half bath vanity replacement so overall so pleased with the service and knowledge. Having to make so many decisions I felt so happy to have someone able to keep things simple.

Awesome experience! We are remodeling 3 bathrooms in our home. Cant say enough how helpful and professional Carol Kreshpan has been with this undertaking as we have never done renovations such as these and she has helped make this process less overwhelming; achieving our dreams. Very competent customer service

We recently redid our kitchen and half bath and needed plumbing fixtures. We were referred to Sarah Thomas in the East Windsor store by a friend and she was wonderful. She worked with us to find exactly the right look and worked with our contractor to ensure that everything we needed for installation was perfect! She was incredibly responsive. I cannot recommend her enough and look forward to working with her when we remodel our bathrooms!

I have now used Torrco twice to order replacement faucets. Both times I have worked with Kate Meehan. I was very pleased with how efficiently she was able to identify a style and finish that functioned appropriately and coordinated with the other pieces in the room (not an easy task with an older home!). My time is precious to me and her knowledge of the inventory and pleasant demeanor made for a very nice experience.

Carol patiently worked through the process with me as I narrowed down my design. Her thoughtful and honest input made the job much easier. Another advantage to using this design center is that Tile America is also in the same building so it’s one stop shopping when remodeling!

Carol is extremely patient and helpful. She showed us many options to consider and didnt rush us to make a decision. She worked within our budget and helped us choose pieces that coordinated well with our project. Knowing we would be returning to the store on Carols day off, she told me I should still come in and place my order with one of the other sales people. I met with Emily who could not be more helpful, patient, friendly and professional. These people truly put their customers first.

I worked with Kate Meehan at Torrco Fairfield on a master bathroom remodel. She was beyond fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable about not only her products but how the install (plumbing) works. Plus she was able to communicate how things worked in terms I could understand. I visited numerous plumbing supply stores and she was above and beyond any other sales person I talked with. She not only helped me pick out all my fixtures but she also gave advice about how it should be installed (which saved me since she knew more than my actual plumber). In fact, she was even kind enough to speak directly with my plumber when he was confused about how to install a product. She went above and beyond to make sure my project went smoothly.
