I love going there. The food is made fast, and there is a lot of variety. I live close so its not a long walk and the people are so nice :))

Wanted a philly cheese steak for lunch someone suggested this restaurant and I said I’d give it a try let me tell you besides being in philly and going to Gino and pats the sub I had today from here was the best in Connecticut I’ve had by far 10/10 recommend I will be going back

They have fresh healthy soups. They have a wide variety of grab-and-go meals and pizza. They have a great make your own salad bar. The old Greenfield Hill Mercato needed an updated market to meet the demands of people in that area.

Friendly clean and service with a smile,the food was very good as well.

I had two breakfast sandwiches from here recently and I was surprised by how good they were. I am an amateur at home cook and am usually hard to please when it comes to eating out. I appreciate quality food whether it is from a street cart or 5 star restaurant. These egg and cheeses where delicious - most places in this are are mediocre to good. These were great. I understand it is just a breakfast sandwich but they had they extra 10% that made them memorable enough to write a review.

A wonderful place to have or get lunch, they have a great selection. They also have a nice little coffee and pastry bar. Breakfast items are also great.

Nice place, excellent food quality, friendly staff. Four stars is only because of the prices. (It IS in Greenfield Hill, though, darling...) On food alone, 4.5 to five stars.

Soups are very good. Lots of salads and prepared foods. Good quality ingredients. If you are a fan of Italian food they will have lots of dishes to please you.

Everything is freshly prepared. Its my first time there and it was tough making a decision, but I went with a single slice of pizza. I will definitely go back.

Small Deli with takeaway items and bites. They offer broken cake, donuts samples. Loved it. Frequented by Cyclists.

Friendly quick breakfast. A great stop on the way to work at a good price as well. Hash browns on the side are a must as well as avocado.

Something really special about this place

The market is fabulous for take home food. They typically have over 6 selections to choose from on a nightly basis. I have tried the shrimp scampi, the shrimp and calamari, the meatballs, chicken marsala and the sausage and peppers. All were good and much easier than going to Whole Foods.In addition, they have a grocery section that has additional take-out foods.It is a confusing set-up as to who is doing what and the staff is young so it is a learning curve for them. However, I think it was the best thing to happen to the neighborhood.

Lilly & Tracey The trays of pasta were delicious. The cavatelli & broccoli., penne, ravioli, were perfect. Everyone enjoyed them especially the salad!! So easy so convenient so good!! Feeding 10 people has never been so easy...

This place has a lot of issues Ive been there at least 10 times and it is painful to order.You first have to order and pay for everything you are getting at once, so forget ordering a sandwich then browsing for other stuff ...then there are far too many stations it confusion central, not sure what they are trying to do here this isnt whole foods! Have one cashier order your food get it then pay, the system they are using is really annoying and they always screw it up anyway.The food is fine once you get it . Also put all the coffee at a self serve station you have to make your own anyway, it makes no sense .Keep it simple stupid is a term that comes to mind here I dont have all day to get a sandwich and a coffee!Get it together

When the market first opened the food was consistent and good. However ordering is difficult. You have to order at the cashier . It is ridiculous. The staff is forever changing and my last three sandwiches were horrible. Two were wrong,and the other was half the size of the way way they were previously made. Hope they pull it together!! Soon

The layout is a little confusing its trying to be like a food hall but since its really just one store might be easier to go there if it were more straight forward. Prices were also pretty high.

As a newbie to CT and to Greenfield Hill this lil store in the middle of a residential area was a pleasant surprise. Its a convenient hotspot for locals and a busy lunch stop for people working in the area. There is a big variety of eats and beverages made to order with quality ingredients or you can choose from tasty premade items and can pick up sliced meats and cheeses. The food and other items they sell are great. Four ⭐s due to, as others have stated, the sometimes confusing order & pick up, the staff, sans a few people, dont seem very happy/friendly, longer than average wait times even when its not busy, and the pricing is extraordinarily high, even for a convenience store.

Im from Norwalk and found this place by accident, while trying to find a home I stopped in for a water and walked out with a bag of food. Lol. Being Italian growing up with a love for good food this place for me was like a kid in a candy store. Lol. Wish we had one in Norwalk.
