Placed an order back in August, still haven’t received it. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. So I guess it’s time to dispute the transaction with my CC company.

I love Uncle Wileys Beanand Pea Seasoning. The first packsge i bought i was pretty sceptical, but my first pot if brown beans were delicious and my family went crazy over them. I then placed another order and have given members of my family packages, and just ran out. I Am, now, placing my second order for the bean and pea seasoning and cant wait till it arrives. I have also tried their other products such as Eat Your Greens, Yams, Wings, and they are all equally delicious. I will continue to order this product. Sure am glad i picked up that first package of seasonings.

Horrid customer service!!!! 3 bags were busted in my order, look busted at the warehouse and not in shipping. The box was in perfect condition. I have emailed, messaged, and called and can get no one to respond! They have read the messages on Facebook and refuse to even acknowledge the issue. Love the product but will NEVER order again nor recommend them. This is NO way to conduct business and by reading reviews, this is common with them. 🙄

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I WAS TOTALLY DISRESPECTED WHEN CALLING TO CHECK ON MY ORDER THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.THEY INSISTED THAT I HAD RECEIVED MY ORDER.WOULD NOT CHECK TRACKING OF AN ORDER THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. TOLD ME THAT THE RECEIPT I SENT THEM ONLY CAME WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.I TOLD THEM AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER I PRINTED THE RECEIPT ON MY COMPUTER AND IF THEY DIDNT BELIEVE ME PLACE A FAKE ORDER SO THEY COULD SEE THE RECEIPT. TO NO AVAIL.THEN WAS TOLD HE WAS GLAD THAT I WOULDNT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. (REALLY BAD BUSY ETIQUETTE)

You dont have to add other seasonings. Great flavor!
