My experience today at 3:40 South Main Street in Fall River was absolutely amazing I love Samie the best thing that ever happened to Metro by T-Mobile unlike the other store that I went to the other day that I will never step foot into again unless of course Samie is working there

Maria, manager and customer service rep., was absolutely a joy to work with. She was helpful, knowledgeable, smart, and funny as well as many other adjectives. I highly recommend you ask for her by name at the 2 locations in Fall River where she works.

Bought a case with a clip on back yesterday. The clip broke off today. Brought it back with receipt and was told they couldnt replace it because it did not break in store its less than 12 hours. It says on receipt you can return accessories within 14 days

I switched from verizon to metro pcs. The switch was very fast. Be prepared. You need to call ur service provider to have ur account number and pin ready. Cellphone service has been really good. thank u

I payed my bill on time got a verification text. Later on that evening I get another text saying payment was reversed. I called Metro my payment id# didnt exist so wheres my cash I paid and my service !!! Not to memtion the address on the reciept say Union st New Bedford something is fishy at this location.

Never going there again. Loudy service and took money that was meant for a bill.
