The customer service at this store is second to none. Very polite, helpful, and welcoming. I came in looking to switch from Verizon to AT&T, and the entire process was completely smooth. I had zero issues. The employee Marc was very kind and extremely helpful in assisting with my transfer, while also making clear of what all of my options are. Mariela was also very helpful in being able to answer all of my questions. Phone business can be so stressful due to all the specifications. It helps so much to have management be able to answer all of the technical questions that I have regarding my plan, switching over, etc. I am happy to say that I am now with AT&T. I have no complaints about this place. Ill be sure to recommend this store to all of my friends in the area.
I visited the Fallbrook AT&T store on Saturday to replace my broken phone. Prior to this, I had never gone through the process of buying a new phone. Needless to say I was not looking forward to what I expected to be a daunting task, and a long day. However, Marc and Mariela made the process seamless. I was in and out within 20 minutes, new phone in hand. They eagerly explained all of my options and assisted me in custom crafting a plan that was optimized for me. I would highly recommend stopping in to check out the new iPhone.

Both Mariela and Marc went way above and beyond what one would expect from good customer service ( especially in the area of tech!). Mariela is extremely knowledgeable about everything connected with ATT and phones and this industry in general. Her ability and persistence to problem solve and think critically was inspiring. Both were amazing at multi-tasking as they helped us, other customers, phones and remained calm and professional as unexpected other issues arose while we were there. I am taking the time to write this review because they both deserve to be recognized for a job VERY well done! ATT is lucky to have Mariela and Marc representing their company and running this store in our community of Fallbrook!!

What waste of time. I spent hours looking at deals and wasted my Sunday rushing everything knowing If I bought an iPhone pro max I’d get a free normal iPhone 11 as it said in att promotion. When I got their I was asked to pay a $4,000 deposit that would not be given back and still would have to pay monthly. Who walks in with $4k? Walked out raging at hour att false promotes their new phones by making them pay for deposit and still call it free. Don’t bother going here it’s a scam
The manager and the staff are rude will ignore you, and you will wait more then two hours! I walked in once and waited and was never given an option to schedule a appointment the manager did not tell me there was going to be a long wait. He asked me about my problem. Then he asked me to show it on my phone then he walked away and never came back. I did notice he did the same thing to other customers! And a the while he stood at the podium/desk trying to look busy..... this happend twice to me I waited almost an hour that day and I waited 2 hours the following day. Before I saw a women ask walk in and ask for an appointment! If the staff knows there is going to be an extremely long wait time they should inform the customers to make an appointment! Omar* or Oscar* was the manager those days.

Do not shop at this store if you care about customer service. I ordered a cell phone which was lost and the store is unresponsive in addressing the issue. I am making payments on a phone I never received
Usually this place knows their stuff. Yesterday I went in to get a new phone. The one person I talked to about the Next program gave me the wrong information and I ended up getting screwed. Called the store again and tried to see if I could change it back over to a two year contract and just pay 200 instead 600 over two years and the person said they cant do that. So I called AT&Ts customer service about it and it turns out that I can with 14 days of getting the phone. Unfortunately, I have to go back to the store in my town in order to change it. Hopefully I get someone with more knowledge about what they are doing.
Very expensive deals for what the phone really is worth. Would not recommend.
Terrible service. I came in to upgrade my phone. I have been a customer with AT&T for many years and have always been on a two year plan. After I had chosen a phone the sales woman printed out a contract for the Next Plan. She told me that I was agreeing to pay$800 plus for my phone over the next 30 months. I was shocked and told her that I had never paid retail for my phones in the past and that I had no desire to change from my two year plan. She told me that it was too late to change the contract. (I had not even signed the paperwork or agreed to the terms) When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that I would be charged a stocking fee of $35, for a phone I had not even purchased! After 90 minutes I was able to walk out of the store with a two year plan and saved over $400, for the same phone! I was extremely disappointed in the unprofessional service I received. I will not be doing any more business in the Fallbrook store and may consider changing providers when my two year contract is up.
Horrible store. Sold me off brand accessories that did not work for my new S8+. They would not honor an exchange or refund. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. Go 2 doors down to Verizon to get your accessories or buy online. Horrible customer service too
Worst experience ever! I got a new iPhone 8 here and when one of the sales people put the screen protector on, it made scratches on the back of the device. I told her and she acknowledged that she made the mistake, but told me she couldn’t do anything! I raged out of the store and still don’t know what to do. One of the worst customer service experiences ever!
I bought a new iPhone there because I was switching off of my moms plan and on to my own. Went through the process with a TON of confusion, but finally left happy(ish).A few weeks later I got a notification that my phone was running out of memory which confused me because I very specifically asked for a 128 GB phone. Turns out theyve given me a 16 GB phone. I am VERY upset and want this fixed NOW.
If I can rate 0 stars I could. These individuals are lazy. If you absolutely need to go to an AT&T store do not come here. Driving a little farther will save you from getting a headache.

Very unprofessional, incompetent staff, we are given different answers by each person at this store. They did not give us correct payment information and our billing process has been a mess as a result.
If there were 0 starts I would give them 0!! I read the terrible reviews and thought, I just need a sim card. They cant screw that up or be rude. Boy was I wrong!! I called ahead, asked if they had my particular sim for my new phone. I asked if it was in stock. When I went in, first off, I tried chatting with the female employee. She literally turned her back to me then proceeded to check her personal voice mail on speaker phone! Then the guy (who i talked to on the phone) wanted my phone (which I happened to bring even though he didnt say to). Then he got frustrated because I didnt bring the box to scan a code. I said that I didnt know hed need that because he didnt say anything when I called ahead! So he wanted me to start my phone. I told him it was brand new and I wanted to do that at home. Any of you techies out there know this is a sacred even to be savored. Bristling his feathers.... I was like, Im just here for the damn sim. Well, Miss Thang Voice Mail whips around and tells me Im rude. I said excuse me. She said WE are trying to help you and you are rude. Just give her the sim, we are done. I was beside myself pissed!! More words were said and she even managed to be nasty to my lil 9 pound dog who didnt say a peep the whole time we were there. Never, ever go there. Rude. Useless. Have no clue what they are doing. Unprofessional. Horrid! Ug!
By far the worst experience with customer service in my entire life... and that is not an exaggeration....lies and untrained staff...management is the same... so sad.... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE .... drive further ....

I came here to figure out how to change something on my plan, and there was a girl that worked there. All she could refer me to is to call customer service as she put her phone down. I asked her how I could unlock my phone and she again told me that only the phone customer service could help me. She then went on to eat her subway and text on her phone. It was literally the worst customer service Ive ever had in AT&T. A few days later I went to the Oceanside one off college and they fixed all my issues from in there.
Dealing with AT&T is always a long slow and difficult process and this visit was no different
Untrained and unhelpful. I came in with an issue with my phone cutting off randomly. All they could tell me was file an insurance claim or get another phone. If your looking for an answer check the forums, dont waist your time coming in here.
