I switched carriers almost a year ago and Im glad that I did. The only time Ive needed to make a trip to my local T-mobile store was to have the protective glass replaced that I broke and it was free and to inquire about upgrading my phone and possibly getting a tablet. I was able to be helped right away and didnt have to wait like I have before with other carriers. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly and didnt pressure me into buying something I didnt want. So Im glad I switched and I plan on staying with T -Mobile.
Told one thing by one person, not honored by another. First person didnt have authorization to offer, but that wasnt my problem.
Staff are extremely rude. I was hung up on multiple times, had to drive into the store. One of the employees refuse to talk to me the entire time. The male employee who previously help me was extremely kind.
Jamie was a huge help she was very patient and even saved me 30$ i might just switch to tmobile now
Zero stars !Don’t go here go to temecula or Oceanside .The man was kind but didn’t help at all but the lady is extremely rude and she told me my phone didn’t work and that I had to get a new one . Also them man said I’d would problably need a new phone and have to give 300 dollars down ... I went to a local store in Fallbrook fixed my phone for 50 dollars ...
Extremely helpful customer service, great problem solving, and insightful!
I came in to add my parents to my military plan. I had the pleasure of having Javier Castillo assist me. He was very professional and efficient. He ported my parents old numbers to my account. I was in and out with ease. Overall, it was a great experience!!!
The employees are much more friendly and customer oriented than their own manager. This is really a shame. I went in to get a T-Mobile Tuesday deal and he was helping someone else for about 10 or so minutes and I finally just let him know I was there to pick up the T-Mobile Tuesday deal and he very rudely says “you will have to wait”. One of the other employees ( not a manager) sees this interaction and immediately begins to help me and the funny thing is that this other employee was helping someone at the time! So much for the manager leading by example and showing great customer service to customers he would not have a job without. But he could care less because he probably thinks his job is nice and secure therefore screw the customers he is paid to help and assist. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the employees are somewhat friendly. Good luck to anyone going to this location and hope that you don’t have to deal with the manager.
I switched from Sprint and it was one of the most painless processes. They payed of my old phones and did all the leg work for me. Highly recommend this store!
Bad service from de employees
Extremely disappointing for the money I spend each month.Store tells me the reccomended phone for the affordable price is not actually in stock but we can have it shipped to home or store. This is not an obscure phone im trying to buy. Then after being informed by manager the phone cant be shipped to store/home, but they did tell me I could still get the top of line phone.Oh yeah....I was also told tge manager also said another phone was available and basically the same but better. 5 minutes earlier the same employee has advised against that same but better phone even stating to me as an expert I...I 100% feel these people were trying to RIP ME OFF AND SCAM to raise their sales numbers.Sorry to my daughter, who this was for. So glad I pay almost $275 already for 2 phones.
Been with T-Mobile for 2 months. Got the 55 and older plan. So far, so good!
Great customer service!
I was stuck in traffic for the Starbucks Coffee line next to this retail T-mobile store and beside the line are close parking spots. I was unable to pull forward or get out of the way as a leaving pedestrian in a car beside me was pulling out of the parking spot was incapable of pulling out. So as a result, an obviously not busy T-Mobile employee from this store came out and starting yelling at me to move as I was incapable of doing so. I found his insulting comments rude and really disappointing from a consumer standpoint consittering I have T-Mobile as a phone service provider and really enjoy their notorious quality service....
When I switched to t-mobile they forgot to send in the form so I would get the money for buying out my old phone. I then talked to them and they said they would credit my account 100 dollars each month until its paid. They did it one month then stopped.
Dont rely on the 2 negative reviews here, at the time of my review. They have nothing to do with the service of the employees at this location. The Starbucks location is an inconvenience to begin with, they are trying to imitate the In N Out drive-thru experience. If you cant share the parking lot to accommodate customers who arent lazy and can walk inside instead of going through the drive-thru, you shouldnt be mad at the employees trying to help them. Anyways, the service is what you expect from any cellular kiosk, they try and sell the newest models first, but if you ask, they can give you the info on last years flagships, and give you the information most non-technical salespeople would have access to, but dont expect them to answer technical questions between different brands or models. If thats what youre looking for, do your research before hand, and hope one of them have the phone you want to give you real life feedback. Other than that, they are just nice people to deal with in my experience compared to Vista/ O-side and Temecula. For it being in the small town of Fallbrook, it is way better than driving 20+ miles just to get information on the newest iphone which only has 2 things different from the last model.
T-Mo phillipines told me I would be provided 2 sim cards free of charge for a new line and a replacement. The employees here said they dont have any possible way to give customers free sim cards. Huh. Okay. I was gouged to the fullest extent (25 bucks per sim) and on top of that...one of them had already been activated on a prepaid account. Its pretty sad when some random guy on eBay can get you a perfectly good working unactivated sim, but T-Mo store cant. I havent tried returning it but I expect that will be useless because I cant locate the receipt.
Very helpful staff.
