Once again I tried calling the Fallbrook office several times and no one answers the phone. This is suppose to be a place of business.

The worst customer service. Tried calling the store several times for a simple question. They never answered the phone. Drove to the store. Had to pay phone bill with cash. I asked for a receipt since it was another persons bill I was paying. First employee stated their printer was broken. Second employee said they dont issue paper receipts anymore. I wanted something stating I gave them cash in case something went wrong. They told me they couldnt do it. Im hoping this is the only store that has such poor customer service.

The store employee was helpful and nice.they were out of screen protectors so that was a bummer.

Never been inside, metro,help out nextdoor at, The Watermarket.. Lots of customers do come in and out nextdoor, metro pcs

The staff is not two knowledgeable on the product but one Yung lady bent over backwards for us shes only been there two months the others were very argumental and didnt really care what was going on and very argumental Id like to thank the young lady that helped us out thank you Lupe and God bless you

Had an issue with my device after receiving a software update and was not able to contact metro customer service so I decided to support local and visit my nearest Metro PCS store. I had a female employee laugh in my face, the manager was not much of help either. Horrible customer service and a very bad impression on Metro PCS & T-Mobile.

Elena is by far the WORST employee. I really needed the phone or else i would have taken my service else where. she took one hour to set up everything, her other co workers would finish faster than her, and dont get me started on how rude she is, idk if she trys to be funny but it comes our very rude. i asked if someone else could help me and she said no they her cowers are only taking payments . metro by tmobile is a good company i just dont recommend her

VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL there was a gentlemen who said his name was eduard when i went to pay a bill he told me i cant pay my bill there that i have to go pay at a corprate store i told him i have been paying here for years he gave me the cold shoulder and so i left. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Disgusting store and a horribly disrespectful manager. The manager doesn’t even listen to herself. Will lie to you and have no concern for you’re time. Employees are there to take a payment and not help you. Should definitely get a more intelligent manager.

Visit this place but there is a problem there is a lot of music noise we cannot hear very annoying

Metro has gone down hill i went in with my uncle to buy a phone and they ended up shutting off both his lines he didnt have service for 4 days its so upsetting that the new manager would sell a phone and not set up the account correctly shes the manager she has to have the most knowledge out of all staff there how sad that the customer isnt the priority and its seems selling the phone is what only matters

Why is there only one employee working? Makes no sense to have one person there when theres 5 customers here waiting impatiently. If you want to avoid this go to a T-mobile store. Service here is terrible.

This store is a scam they tell you one thing and sell you another, I told them I wanted the $ 40 plan and it was not like that. I called customer service just to find out I had the $ 30 plan with a $ 9 insurance that they never offered me. This is how they make their money by lying and stealing from customers. Here the employees are not sincere they need people with better capacity than those who have there.
