Store hours say 10am on the web and on the door. I came to the store at 10am and waited for 10 minutes this morning hoping someone would arrive to open the store. Just as I was about to pull away I saw the employee drive up, and park in the front row. I waited another few minutes for the open sign to turn on and it did not. Luckily Metro PCS is down the street so they will now be receiving my business instead. Very unprofessional.

I came in to specifically add a line to my account. The girl working added the line to a separate account instead of mine. So I had two separate cricket lines. I can only assume she did this to create a fraud line to make money for their company. It seems illegal and obvious fraud since I had to pay full price for two phone lines when she told me I would be paying 90 for my two lines together. Obviously they lied and I know this cricket does commit fraud because one of their past employees explained to me how they create fake lines to steal from corporate. I’m very disappointed I was involved with this scam.

I am not a cell phone expert and need some help in manging apps, etc. Carla has been very helpful and patient in helping me. There were problems with my warranty phone from another carrier. Stay Away From Cricket. I purchased my phone with a 1 year warranty through Cricket. It is under 1 year and my phone does not hold a charge for more than 6 hours and gets really hot while I am talking on it, so HOT that I cannot hold it. It also gets hot while charging. They gave me the run around through several phone calls and are refusing to honor the 1 year warranty. I do not want my house to burn down or have the phone explode next to my ear while talking. I will be switching. I DO NOT recommend Cricket Wireless!!!

First and for most karla is a great employee! She never gets fluster! Shes always curtious and polite. She know how to calm people down! Shes extremely patient she deserves 5 platinum stars and a raise! Wish all their cricket employees were like her! Most people at cricket stores will not go out of their way to help with any issues such as she did! She doesnt care how many questions u ask her she answers every single one with a smile on her face! Took my buddy to pay his monthly bill and do an upgrade on his plan, worse service ever in fallbrook, took over two hours of sitting there because of this company, they then charged my buddy $50 extra on top of what he didnt owe. So they ripped him off. Definitely wont be doing buissness with this company as I was looking for a new phone company to use to

I have dealt with the SAME issue for 5 months of course unresolved. I have asked for a credit for inconvenience because I have learned Cricket just doesnt care. Unfortunately I have referred many people to Cricket and a huge business and I am going to have them switch because the lack of customer service that cricket offers is absolutely atrocious. I am moving my phone now because of it. Nothing is ever resolved and you wont even credit me an inconvenience credit for having to switch out my phone 4 times with Apple?! Cricket says it isnt their fault but they are the ones who will not give me a different model!I think its ridiculous that Ive been a loyal customer and my friends have been and the business I referred and cricke cant even give me the decency of a inconvenience credit. I have called over 25 times since October to get help with this and I get some foreign person who yells at me and says I am wrong and argues and basically tells me to go f*** myself.

They scammed my brother saying he needed to change his number to get unlimited data. Idiots are liars and will do & say anything to get your money in their paycheck.

Very good service. I was having problems with my phone and Karla helped me make the claim to have another one sent to me. I even borrow a phone so I wont run out of line while the other one arrives. I returned when I received my phone and she helped me pass all my information to the new phone. Whenever I have been to the store it is always busy but it is worth waiting a while for me to attend.
