Didnt have 1 filter that we needed in stock, Needed Air, Oil & Fuel filters.

When my battery unexpected died, I came to autozone and they were quick in helping me locate a new battery and willing to change it for me in the parking lot. Even better was the employee went above and beyond by explaining what he was doing and giving me more insight to how my car works. I was very impressed by the professionalisms and knowledge of the employees at this location. Excellent customer service.

I do not know if this is a new location but hey guys they got the best employees in the whole VA. I dealt with all of them they’re all awesome specially Carlos idk if he is a manger but he has the experience I needed to fix my Mazda 6 2009 plus he seems to be a good guy god plus him. Always come here for auto parts they got you! Peace.

They provide really fast service. I was having problems with a dead battery and they first helped out getting some cables to jump me. Brought my car back to get the battery checked just to make sure that was the problem. They check the battery, replace it and answered my questions in regards to the battery options. With all that said I was on my way in no more than 10-12 minutes. Definitely be the first place I come to for any quick service needs.

I had an old battery needing replaced. Jared helped me out and was the epitome of service -- just so friendly and eager to help. 5 stars all the way.

I brought in three light bulbs that had burnt out in different places on my vehicle. The employee was able to take one look at all of them and knew exactly what replacements I needed and his colleague went to gather all replacement bulbs before I could even ask what aisle can I find the replacements. Best customer service without a doubt!

Service is terrible. Its only one young gentleman handling every customer because his old coworker is absolutely incompetent. Had to wait 20 mins just to buy fuel injector cleaner. Save your time and go somewhere else.

The staff here was friendly and helpful. I had to replace my wipers and they helped me find the right ones and then replaced it for me when the one I bought was missing a piece. They were running a bit low on the pieces I needed but they walked me through all the alternatives that I could use

Helpful staff and knowledgeable of what they have to offer. Younger employee, (I believe his name is Oscar?) was quick to help and even remembered having to help me do a belt exchange the previous trip.

Recently my car stop in the middle of busy route 50, police came to help move my car, while my husband ran to get a new battery. He met the manager (Jim) who offers to help us install the battery, even when we were a little far from the store. We got the best costumers service at this location, when we need it the most!

Just asked them to test the charge on my truck battery. I already suspected it was bad as it wasnt holding a charge. Asked the guy if bought the battery if they would help me install it as I dont have my tools. He said and i quote not today but if you come back tomorrow. Its a little cold out. And literally walked away from me back into the store. What a lazy POS. I didnt even need your help, just to borrow your tools. Guess Ill go buy a $250 battery from someone else.

Hands down BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I had bought a battery from a different Autozone location the night before. I was unable to attach properly due to a broke hand. I went to this location for help, and wit a smile they were happy to help!! Even when I didnt buy the part from them. No need to ever go anywhere else again!!! THANK YOU

I enjoy coming here because some people are very helpful, like Mary and Joe. they stood out to me because they are very nice and just super helpful and its just great to have a Autozone closer to my own house instead of having to drive further out.

Their service is awesome, I dont have the guy name but is just awesome, always so welcoming place. Everything for standard maintenance.

Go in and ask your questions. Thats how you get answers for fixing you vehicle. I asked whats the difference for jumper cables and their cable gauge number? Some cables had 4 gauge and others had 8 or 10 gauge. I asked and the store manager told me that lower gauge jumper cables are actually better because they hold and pass the electric current better. Im glad I asked, cause thats something i didnt know.
