I got an estimate here and the person who did it was honest which I really appreciate, and their estimate was right on par with what I was thinking it would end up costing. The front desk person I talked to was awesome as well, those first impressions are important!

Great work and fast turnaround. We had cosmetic damage that needed to be replaced and painted. We also needed a wheel alignment and an oil change. This is the second time I’ve had work done at Nortwest Auto Body and they did an awesome excellent job both times. Kind people work there and everything went perfect! I would recommend them to everyone!

I havent had a problem with the work this shop has done, and every time I have spoken with somebody they have been friendly. I dont think I can return, however, as there have been so many problems with unreliability, and when I confront them about it they fast-talk their way out of it in a way thats so talented and natural it makes me think theyre accustomed to talking their way out of trouble.With my repair, the auto insurance said I could expect a call from this shop. They never called, so I called them and they said that was the way they were operating due to the covid-19 pandemic. I didnt realize until later that doesnt make sense, so I accepted the explanation. I made an appointment to drop my car off on a Monday and he arranged for me to come by the week before so he could take pictures and make sure they were ordering the right parts. I did so and he said he would call if there was going to be any delay in getting the parts. I didnt hear from them so I dropped it off on Monday. It sat there for a few days before they called and said they had to order the part from another state and so it would be quite a delay. I picked it back up, and asked why they didnt stop me from dropping it off and going without my car for a few days if they did have a problem getting parts after all. He provided an explanation about only using licensed dealers and not knowing what edition my car was, etc., but afterward I realized those mistakes were definitely their fault too. I accepted his explanation though and moved on. After a few weeks they called again to tell me they were ready to do the repair and I should drop it off again. I did so, and did not hear anything for eleven days. This is for a minor repair. When I tried to stop in and ask about what was going on, I found they were locked up before their posted business hours. I found a mechanic working in the back, who was very friendly and tried calling them to find out what was going on. He heard their office hours are limited due to the pandemic, which does make sense, and he relayed the information to me. The next day I called to find out the status of my car and the receptionist said she has been trying to call me every day but my mailbox was full. She read my phone number from a work order and it was the wrong number. This made sense to me until I realized they have called me at the right number in the past (at least twice for this repair alone). I double-checked my phone number on the insurance claim, and it was correct. So at some point they made a transcription error and did not check on it when they had trouble reaching me.I feel like they treated my car with respect, and wanted to have positive interactions with me, but were disorganized and didnt take accountability for that. I can forgive disorganization, but not when people smooth-talk their way out of it in a way that implies its my fault.

Great job! I had a small dent and deep scratch in my paint that needed to be re-painted. I dropped it off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday afternoon. They provided a loner car and got my custom decals re-made for my box side. Also replaced a burnt out taillight that i didnt even know was out. Really went above and beyond for my repair.

Got in my first accident and didnt know where to go so I checked into this place. The staff is very friendly and they gave me a reasonable quote and completed the job several days before I was expecting to get my car back. The job was also done very well, if I ever need auto body work in the future I will definitely be going back here!

I was told my repair would take 2-3 days, and I got a call from them one day after I dropped my car off telling me it was done! Not only did they do a wonderful and fast job on the repair, they also cleaned the inside and outside of the car (like, REALLY cleaned...my car looks brand new!). They put a brand new front bumper on my Grand Prix due to someone backing into my car at a parking space. The bumper was perfect and made my entire car look brand new. They Rock! If they arent the best I dont know who is. Classy clean and a real good business.

Did an excellent job paint matching my white Jeep Grand Cherokee and removing a dent. What really impressed me though was the fact that they detailed the interior of my entire car! I was not expecting this and it was so nice to pick up a clean car. I work in customer service, and that was a minor detail that really went above and beyond in my eyes. Always helpful and nice. Weve had several repairs done here without any problems. Their quotes are always within a reasonable amount and insurance companies love them. The woman at the front desk is awesome as well, kudos for such great staff!

Had my car there to get repaired from an accident two years ago, they replaced my front driver door, with what I was told an equal or better product then what I had before the accident . Now the door will not open from the inside, but because, this may happen and it has already been two years, I am screwed. I guess lifetime warranty on repairs only lasts for a few years. I will find a more trust worthy place to take my vehicle in the future.

Easy free damage assessment

Had my truck there and they did the work but the repair work and paint is cracking and rust coming through. Told me my rock throwers dented the inside and caused that. Just happens to be right on the repair that was done! The other side isn’t doing that. Shady at best. Never again!

Spare tire well paint cracking & rusting. Repairs cracking & failing. Hammer marks on interior metal surfaces. Fastener holes hogged out to compensate for out of dimension components. Mounting tabs clipped because of misalignment.Car frame not square & needs extensive work on alignment rack.Trusted this shop for years, but no more.

They did a great job fixing my jeep .

First time here the service and work done was excellent, that was 4 years ago. This last time the work done was on my brand new 2014 car and I noticed a few issues, first off was a large amount of scratches on the top of a 1/4 panel like someone have dragged and drapped an air hose over it, next was a corner of the bumper painted was mashed when it was still wet, lastly the interior was cleaned nicely but there was large dust marks missed from a drivers knee.The scratches were fixed at no cost by the shop.
