The lady that help me pick out my glasses was very knowledgable. I showed her my old glasses and said I wanted something as similar as possible and she was able to hook me up with new glasses and sun glasses frames in about 5 minutes. I had tons of questions about the lens portions and she was very patient and easily answered everyone of them to make sure they were the best option for how I intend on using them. Whole process took maybe, 15 minutes. I was not disappointed!! I love my new glasses.

Worked with Cristal (SP?) who was extremely helpful as I was having an issue with my insurance. She was very patient as I sorted out the problem and eventually solved it. She even offered me an excellent alternative to pay for my glasses If my insurance issue was not solved. Finally picked up my glasses yesterday and am very satisfied. Eyemart Express is definitely my destination for any eyeware needs for me in the future.

Very limited selection, at least for mens glasses. Half the displays are hidden in drawers beneath the display glasses, so you need to akwardly open drawers on the ground to view everything. Most pairs are on the cheaper end, so its good if youre on a budget and staff was friendly despite it being busy. They have a few designer frames, but not much of a selection.

This is a great store, with friendly and helpful people. Went in on a Saturday to pick out some new frames for my daughter who just broke her glasses the day before. We picked out two frames, and was told that it might be Monday before frames would be ready due to a machine that was down. We got a text within the hour that they were ready, pleasantly surprised. We will go back to when others need glasses. Great price too. Saved over $250 dollars on both sets.

I was traveling from out of town and had lost my glasses. These folks were able to have my prescription from back home faxed in and there when I got to Fargo. They got me a temporary pair for $20 on sale and had them made and ready in 15 minutes!After a really long, awful day it was so nice of them to rush to get me all set in the last 20 minutes before they closed. Great people!

I had quite the predicament. To give a back story, one day last week my lens fell out in my sleep.. I searched high and low couldnt find it. I had my glasses with the other lens but was getting a headache from squinting. The following day.. couldnt find this pair either. My rx was expired too.. so made an appt with eye doctor. I went to Eyemart Express cause I am blind almost. Got the 2/38.95 deal. Got my glasses in about half hr after deciding. (I had rx sunglasses so was ok). I think was the next day or 2 days later,, I called the store to see if I could exchange. I got silver frames but wanted gold in same style. No issues at all! I am quite pleased and will go back!

Update: Had to go in to get frames adjusted, however, they required me to sign in at the entrance - posting my name, phone number, and reason for visit in public view. This is against hipaa! Beware! They are covid tracing.Bought frames here for my prescription. The service was excellent with the employee thoroughly explaining to me the different options available for my prescription. I picked out a beautiful pair of frames that I love wearing. Overall great experience with very polite and professional staff. I would buy frames here again.

For the most part the service was pretty good, the staff was nice. But didnt like the fact that I spent 200 dollars on a pair of glasses and I could have ordered them online from eyemart for $120. Next Ill try them on in the store and then order them online.

The staff was very helpful in picking out the right frame. They also explained all the different options for lenses, protection and pricing. They wanted me to feel comfortable with my purchase and didn’t want me to feel like I was overspending so they priced everything out for me. At the beginning of a three week road trip, my glasses were ruined 11 hours from home. After looking at maps, and lots of phone calls, Eyemart Express in Fargo was the only place that was able to help replace my glasses. In less than 2 hours I left with a brand new pair of progressive bifocals and a backup pair of single vision glasses for only $65 after my insurance! Cant say enough good things about their services!

I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses from somewhere else in town and they did not come back anything like I wanted....or even like sunglasses for that matter. After dealing with that place multiple times I just gave up (as to avoid confrontation). I went to eyemart with the intention of purchasing a whole new pair. What ended up happening was that they fixed my current pair free of charge. Did not expect that. You can bet Ill be back when I need to purchase new glasses/sunglasses. Thank you.

Staff was helpful. There was one staff that kept coming up to me and I never asked for help. I wanted to be left alone to look at everything. She was already giving me a price for one pair of glasses. I dont care about the price of one pair since I was planning on getting two. She was also giving me glasses to try on. Again I didnt ask for help. Ive said I wanted to look at everything. Also I dont think its good customer service to basically tell someone not to get transitions. Its the customers money not hers. You can tell me prices when Im done looking around on my own. If she doesnt like transitions than it is her opinion that she should not force to others. I dont think its her business where I would used transition glasses and Ive had transitions before. Put the aggressiveness about two notches down and some space. Other than that she worked hard to get customers in and out of the store.

We walked in and was greeted immediately with 3 smiling faces. This lady was eager to help us. She went through the glasses and was able to get us 5 frames that fit my son amazing... I hate shopping for glasses so she really set my mind at ease. I gave my son the chance to pick the glasses he wanted. Then I gave him my thought. But in the end we ended up with the glasses he want. Because of the deal they had going on. I was able to get him 2 complete pairs. For $238.80.. I am so glad I decided to go to eyemart express..

I got two pair of glasses with a great discount and love both of them. The prices are right, the selection is good and everyone is very nice and helpful! Less than two hours from my appt. time to walking out of the door with both pair in hand.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and thought that maybe they got my prescription wrong because the both pairs made me extremely dizzy almost as soon as I put them on. I took both pairs in to be checked and they said they were both correct. I even took them to another optical store to be checked and they said the prescription was correct. I then thought that maybe they screwed up at my eye exam so I went in for another exam but my prescription was the same. I got another pair of glasses from a different place with the exact same prescription and those glasses are fine and I have no issues what so ever. Im not sure what the problem is but I will not be getting another pair of glasses from here as they were no help when I complained about the issue that both pairs of glasses I got had.

Wow! In less then 3 hours I got my eye exam picked out my frames and the lab finished cutting my lenses. I got to wear my new glasses out to do other things within that time saving the old product for the dirty chores and sunblock.

Not a great experience this time around. It seemed Daniel P. Just wanted us out of the store so he could close up early. Not helpful or informative at all. I had questions about durability for a childs glasses, unfortunately David P. Did not have the time or patience to help. Very poor customer service! Also he promised to text me the next day by 5 to get glasses and now it is day 3 and no word from ANYONE at that store. Not a happy customer. I would recommend costco or the mall, at least they are happy to help

The woman who helped me on Valentine’s Day was fabulous. She searched for every frame in the store she knew of that matched what I was looking for. She was not only pleasant and friendly during the measurement process, but also made sure everything was accurate. She took down the info, marked the lens of the demo pair, double checked to make sure she’d written everything correctly and helped me figure out the coupon I’d had. The glasses were done in less than an hour (which I didn’t expect based on previous experience), so my only regret was leaving and now waiting. Unfortunatley, she gone when I went back later to pick them up later, and my experience wasn’t great with the “sizing” process at that point. My glasses sit crooked so I’ll have to go back in. Hopefully the woman who sold them to me will be there because I know she’ll make sure all is right.
