Very satisfied customer and love my beautician!

I walked in and I was not greeted and felt like I was not welcomed. After having to ask the receptionist where I would find my items of interest, there was no follow up on what my actual needs where. After spending some time looking for the products I just decided to drop it and leave since there was no assistance.There is a reason why online sales do better as the customer service industry is slowly deteriorating due to people like that in the industry.
