Absolutely wonderful customer service. I did not feel pressured at all. I was allowed to shop at my own pace and although I DID buy a mattress because I found a great one at a great price, I didn’t feel obligated to at all at any point during my visit. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend!

I love the no pressure feel of walking into the store. Derrick will ask you all the right questions about what you want to pay and how you sleep to find you the right mattress. Outstanding Customer Service. We tried almost every mattress in the store and the owner (Derrick) was happy to spend as much time with us as needed. He was very knowledgeable about his products. I am always impressed when you are not pressured into more than what you need. Honesty is so important when making an investment in a mattress you will have for many years. Highly recommend!!I was short on time and wasnt exactly sure what I wanted. Derrick asked good questions and then showed me several in each category. The showroom is beautiful and its nice to try them all out. After trying them all and learning the difference I walked out...10 minutes later...with an amazing bed. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and quality are all words I would use to describe this interaction.
