EXCELLENT customer service! There was a couple issues that popped up on our delivery day and than also with set up but the delivery guys and staff at the Fargo store went above and beyond to compensate for the issue. Around eight years ago, my husband and I went to Beds by Design looking for for very specific things in a mattress set because of health issues. We were able to get exactly what we wanted and needed, with an amazing warranty. This bed has been perfect for us. I was able to sleep supported and comfortably on my back for the first time in my life. My husbands back was supported and he has bees able to sleep well and without pain. I recommend this business highly. We needed a tweak to the memory foam a few years ago and they came out and the bed is perfect. Still. All these years later.

I feel this needs to be shared. I’m 70 had a regular mattress and had many sleepless nights. Couldn’t walk in AM as back was out from sunken bed. I went to many stores some VERY expensive and was given the chance to try a bed made right on site. Let tell you it was the best choice I’ve ever made. I sleep like a baby. Great business. Staff was very friendly and explained all the material used in their mattresses as well as the purpose of all of it. Didnt even take 24 hours from the time I ordered my mattress till the time it was ready for pickup. The warranty they offer on their beds is great as well. Updating one year later. Initial purchase was a BOGO Omnipillow. Mine lasted for ~1y and the other is still pretty fluffy. I recently bought a blue Qn sz MyPillow. I like the BBD pillow but in two years later Ive found that MyPillow holds up longer plus its machine washable.

He did, however, explain in detail the different components of each bed while we tried them out. The guys at Beds By Design were more than helpful. I had no idea that beds were literally a science. I ended up getting a King sized custom bed and since then I have enjoyed an amazing nights rest every single night. It doesnt make me sweat, never feels hot of stiff its perfectly soft and stiff in the right areas. I recommend everyone look at getting one from them. You can always get a pre made bed at the same price but why do that when you can actually see what your paying for, not to mention awesome customer service!!!!

We bought a bed from them 6 years ago. When we went into the store the service was great they took payments we go what we though was a good bed. When we got the bed it was the wrong color, and it was nothing like what we though. After trying to sleep on it for a few years we went in to the store got an upgrade thinking that would help two years later it’s awful. My husband and I can not sleep in the bed together because there is no support and we wake up in back pain. When I called to see if they would come look at it all I got was a sales man talking to me in a complete condescending voice trying to sell me and charge me even more money than what I already put into this bed. When I asked for the manager I was informed he wasn’t there and won’t be back for awhile. Never again will I buy from this place.

We spent some time to save for a good bed and were so excited to finally buy one -- After 6 months felt like sleeping in a hammock. After urging them to come fix it, after they insisted it was our fault the bed was not good, they finally did - for more money out of our pocket. after another month back to the same terrible bed.I will add that when they advertise we sell you beds with less chemicals, when they replaced the foam in our bed, the man sprayed at least a whole can of glue to adhere the new layer of foam to the rest of the foam layers, needed? absolutely not!. We had to have our window open for two days in the winter and also had to sleep on that fresh glue smell. wow thanks. We will never ever recommend to anyone and wont even let our guests reuse this mattress.

Very Poor Quality! We purchased a bed from here and spent $1500+ est. on what they call a basic bed... and do NOT like it. an understatement Within the first two months it started forming a crater in the center about 1 on each side... We had to take it back three times and didnt get fixed. Waste of money and still isnt comfortable. One of the worst beds we have ever EVER owned. Expect MANY sleepless nights! Thats the quality we received.

They are very willing to work with you to customize your bed exactly the way you want it. If there is a problem they will come get it and fix it no charge. Life time guarantee makes it even better.

When we purchased our mattress from Beds By Design 10 years ago, we were told it was an investment. They were not kidding! This mattress has been a joy to sleep on for all of these years. As the mattress was starting to sag in support, I contacted BBD to see if we qualified for warranty service. Yesterday, a crew arrived and replaced the suspect components with new, replacement foam. They restored the mattress to better than new with the updated components. As we woke up this morning, we could not have believed that our mattress could be better than it was, IT WAS!Thanks, BBD, for not only making high quality products, but for standing behind them! It is refreshing to work with a company of this level of integrity.We look forward to enjoying our investment for years to come!
