Nester and London were so helpful setting up my new phone! They were so friendly to visit with while I waited and got my phone up and running very quickly!
I just went there and the staff is amazing. They helped me out and answer all my questions. I really enjoyed my purchase. This lady London (something like that) was amazing, good talker. Make us feel happy. Best service ever!
The agent was great and I cant complain about her customers service but since they have just one person working here, I had to wait about 45 minutes before I got the help I needed. They were clients still waiting to be helped behind me. I would say; average waiting time to be helped in this location is from 45 minutes to an hours depending if there is more than 1-2 clients ahead of you.
Horrible, prejudice people the supervisor are rude and over talk the customer. All CSR are trained to be rude I believe . I have not yet talk to a CSR that was kind. They do not listen to even try to resolve your problems. No resolution at all. It sounds like everyone work for cricket is from some other country or ln latino. Would not recommend. Looking for a carrier that cares about their customers like Metro PCS.
Thank God for another Sunday. My plans was to go buy a Cricket Wireless yesterday and Farmers Branch and pay the reminding of my bill I did. I walk in and the young lady came behind the counter what a beautiful smile she had and I said to her good evening how you doing cuz Im doing wonderful how about yourself I said to her Im blessed to be alive on this glorious day. Right then I knew everything was going to be alright beautiful attitude and also beautiful spirit. So we got to talk a little bit more I told you I wanted to pay the remaining of my bill I gave her the information she needed the pull up my account. One thing about Cricket Wireless they dont want your service been interrupted what I mean about interrupted is they got this deal would you service if you cant pay the whole full bill you can pay $25 or $26 it all depends but you have seven days to pay the remaining of your bill I think thats terrific the way its setup. So another words when Im saying is it wont be disconnected thats outstanding. Thats why I always tell people when I asked about Cricket Wireless you cant go wrong with the company. As I took care of the bill I was asking a question about something else but she was so professional and so honest. I just enjoy the service cuz I never had my service interrupted why I travel out of town. Im so glad that I dont have to hear this because of that you reach is out of the area thank God for Cricket Wireless. They try their best to make sure that you are happy with a service thats what I like about the company outstanding thats what I think. When it come to phone service I think its one of the best phone service and I do appreciate everyone May the rest of your day be blessed :-)

Went to see about starting a family plan but couldnt obtain my acct # from boost. sales lady was only focused on trying to up sell me on accessories when I didnt even know if I could switch over from boost. Wasnt pleased with the service.
I will NEVER go back to this location! I went to buy a Samsung Galaxy S8 on my lunch break, almost completed transaction, until the guy who was checking me out opened the phone box and saw that there was NO PHONE IN THE BOX! Not only did he waste my time, but could not print me out a confirmation that the transaction was removed and canceled. Definitely waste of my time.
Cant send or receive text messages, so I went to the store for help. The young lady didnt tell me she didnt know how to fix the problem until after she nosed through my phone in places that had nothing to do with getting text messages to work, except she turned off my data while roaming, which had nothing to do with the problem. I finally got fed up after she started nosing through my apps, asked her if she knew how to fix text messaging, she said no, so I took my phone back, and angrily thanked her for wasting my time. Im not perfect, but if I dont know how to fix something, I dont act like I know how just so I can stick my nose in other peoples private lives.
Had a bad experience with Sarah maples she screwed my account by adding a line to benefit herself on her commission other than that everything is ok she works at farmers branch location
If I could rate this location negative stars, I would!!!! Went to this location to buy a new Iphone and the store was locked after at 10:20am (when they open at 10am!) waited in my car patiently and noticed that a person was inside on the computer!! I knocked on the door and they opened but didnt greet me nor helped me at all. I walked out very disappointed. I wanted to check how their costumer service was and it was horrible! Go to the Cricket on Beltline and Josey, they have the BEST costumer service!!!!

Extremely helpful staff. I bought a Nexus 6P and needed a nano sim card instead of my current nano sim. A different Cricket store in Houston told me that Cricket dealers dont have them in store and directed me to go to a Fiesta (what the heck). The staff at this location were more than happy to accommodate. Thanks guys!
