I have had an unusual experience. Visited 2 days in a row. IPad not charging. I figure its the charge port. Not a lot of repair shops solder on frame. Anyway, he shows it charging. I admit. Weird is that he sold me a good charger. That one doesnt charge it. I bought a wal-mart charger. It does not either. So I took it and ask whats up. Looked like it would work. But no it does not. So Ill go back a third time. My issue. Its a 40 minute Drive each way. This will be the third day on a tow. Heck Id just buy a new one but all my stuff is on this one. My complaint. SHOW ME THE COURTESY OF AN ACTUAL DIAGNOSIS. CHARGE ME FOR IT, PLEASE.

OMG this place was a life saver and very affordable. I dropped my IPhone 7 this morning when I got out my truck. I called, went in and was fixed in no time.. LIKE NEW, they told me 45 minutes but went a little over that time so gave me a free glass protector. If ever in this situation again I will be using them.. Great Service,

This place is great. The staff are friendly and professional. They did an amazing job of retrieving my data from a failing RAID server for me. They had gotten more data than the first place I took it to get data off of it. Plus the pricing was very reasonable. I saved a bunch of money and now Im back up and running. They do a great job servicing iPhones, iPads and other types of mobile products for a very reasonable price. They are very much a wholesaler location, so look past that and call these guys. Ive pointed others to them and they are always satisfied. Stop paying loads to have your screen fixed in the mall and give these guys a call. Forget about paying for overpriced cases, chargers and speakers at the carrier stores or even at Target and check these guys out. They are worth the little drive.

Just fixed my iPhone 6 Plus and iPad great service and customer service, I really recommend this place.

I had the glass on my iPhone replaced by this store last year after I dropped it in a parking lot. Good price, fast service. I learned my lesson and bought an Otter Box. Last week, I took the phone out of the Otter Box to clean it, and while it was out I bumped it and it fell on a carpetted floor and both the front and back glass shattered. I thought it odd that it would break so easily, but took it back and had the glass replaced again. I was in a hurry because I was on my way out of town, and when I pulled my phone out again, I saw that it was under voice control and had called quite a few people. I thought that odd, but didnt associate it with the glass repair. A couple of days later, the glass started cracking. It was in an Otter Box the whole time, and wasnt dropped or abused in any way, so it was definitely odd that it was cracking. I called a friend who worked for Apple and asked him why the glass would break without it being dropped or anything, and he said that it is fairly common for generic glass to be cut to the wrong size and cause issues with the home button because it is forced to flex some to fit, and if it is forced to fit the phone it will break with little or no additional stress. I contacted this store to see if they had used generic glass that could have been improperly cut, they asked me to bring it in for them to look at. They saw the issues with the home button while it was in the case and took it out and the issues continued. Then they lied to my face and said that they couldnt see that it was doing anything that it wasnt supposed to unless it was in the case, and said that the case was the problem, and told me that the glass was broken because it had been impacted, and they werent going to do anything about it.It was never dropped or anything and it was in the most protective case you can get, so how can an impact have broken the glass? It worked just fine in the case before they repaired the glass, so why would the case cause problems after the repair? They installed a defective part and refuse to fix it.

Im a regular here, and they almost always have any repair part I need on current phones, when they dont its because its sold out, I guess thats the only negative thing because they have some of the best prices around.

Went to go fix my lg g2 with problems I am assuming was the mother board, left it there the lady in the front said they would call to tell me the problem with the price ahead of time before they fix it so I said ok. Waited..never got a call so I had to call the next day. They said it was fixed. I wondered why they didnt call so I went and asked for my phone. It was dead so I asked them to charge it. While I was turning it on the lady said thatll be 129.99 but I saw that the phone wasnt fixed at all. No problem was fixed. Then out of nowhere she says oh we werent able to repair it, it was on our blacklist so they were gonna charge me for a phone that they didnt even fix. They lied to my face and tried to take my money for no reason. Avoid these people.

I waited a very long time to give these guys a review but it has gotten to a point where I am loosing so much money from buying defective crappy parts from these guys that I finally had to do this out of total frustration.If you are going to buy phone or tablet replacement parts from these guys, I will warn you to be VERY careful because the defective rate on their products is around 40% to 50%.We have been repairing iPads and iPhones since 2008 and we have been in the business of computer and IT repair since the mid 90s so we are not new to this business. We started buying parts from these guys about 6 or 7 years ego and right off the bat we had tons of issues with almost everything that we purchased from them. The list goes on and on. Mostly, the issue is with very low quality aftermarket junk that they sell.They used to be out off stuck on everything few years back but they did improve on that, but the quality of their parts never improved. After buying parts from them a few times we stopped because we constantly had complaints from our clients after each repair. So we only used them as the last resort when we were desperate for a part we couldnt order form other suppliers.Few months back, we decided to give them another try and purchased a few larger orders of iPhone and iPad replacement parts. We thought maybe they improved their quality. We were dead wrong.We had better luck with with their iPad replacement parts but their iPhone replacement parts are horrible. The replacement screens are extremely poor quality. We are getting call backs from our clients left and right now with all kind of different issues. Screens stops working after few days, screens developing lines, screens going blank or dead, having black spots, or censors not working because the paint on the glass is too thick or done incorrectly.When I call to complain, I get the same story every time. They tell us that we are the only ones with that many problems. I find that hard to believe specially after reading their online Google/Yahoo reviews.Granted no supplier in US or overseas is perfect. We have used over 25 different suppliers since we have been fixing Apple products, but we never had this many issues as we been having with Cellular Repair USA.I really wish they would try a little to improve their products. We really gave them too many chances but they failed us every single time. In Apple repair business, having good quality parts is essential but if your supplier is your biggest challenge, then you will never succeeded in this business.
