Very friendly staff, beautiful slabs and no fuss. They just take your fabricator details, show you all of the options, and send you on your way with your wish list. Great experience!

I was good and ready to leave a 1-star review but Emmanuel save the day. First of all thank you Emmanuel. 1 front desk staff busy with customer while the other one just watched as we waited and didn’t tell us to scan the QR code to sign-in. The busy guy helping the customer in front of us helped us good service. Emmanuel went above and beyond his duties to make sure me and my wife got the quartz countertops slabs we needed secured for our home project.

They are by appointment only which I was not told before going up there by a rep for my contractor, but they were able to get me in fairly quickly to see the slab I wanted to view. They take their COVID precautions more seriously than most doctors offices I have been to over the past year! Not complaining, just commenting on it. Great array of samples to view and products were very attractive.

Manny was a great help today! I picked out a backsplash in March, but the sample we received in the mail this week was a much lighter color and not one I thought would work in our kitchen. Manny went out of his way to find the sample that was on display in March and explained why the colors were different. He then helped me select a new backsplash that will be perfect in our kitchen. I called and told the receptionist that I wanted to come look at back splashes. She was very polite and said I could come in the next morning before noon as a “walk-in”. We signed in and filled out a form which asks for your contractor’s name/company. THIS IS NOT A STORE. The stock is displayed beautifully and I immediately found what I wanted. My contractor will call and order it.

Mindy helped me select the right countertop for my kitchen. When the slab I picked was not available, she searched until she found 2 slabs that that were even better than the original I viewed. They had a good selection of materials and the process was very efficient and quick.

You now call India for customer service a challenge I dont need. Lead times out of CA not as advertised, now six days past scheduled delivery. Looking for new supplier.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from my visit but it was short and simple. I checked in and was shown what I came to look at. I felt like there weren’t many choices for granite but I was ok with that. I picked 3 that I liked, went back to the front to tell them, they printed it out and I sent it to my contractor. I thought it was weird that they said my contractor would give me the price instead of them but I guess each contractor has negotiated pricing.

Very nice showroom plus a large inventory of materials in bulk/slabs that allow you to really get a feel of what your countertop, flooring or backsplash will look like when installed.The ONLY way to shop for home improvement situations!!

Our fabricator suggested we go to MSI to look at a particular slab. When calling, their phones are answered by an India call center. Each time we spoke to them they insisted that the earliest appointment we could get to pick out our countertop slab would be a week away. They wouldnt connect us to anyone at the actual Dallas location.Instead, we just showed up at the showroom and walked in. Manny did a great job of helping us and even though we didnt end up selecting the slab we looked at he gave some great tips and was very nice.1 star for the call center experience4.5 stars for the actual onsite service

Pretty disappointing that I drove 40 minutes to not be allowed in without a mask. I am fully vaccinated, and offered to show them proof (which is more than anyone should have to do). Nobody should be forced to do wear a mask, and I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

The owner of this business in Farmers Branch, TX should be ashamed of the unfriendly staff and lack of attempt to provide customer service. We drove 40 minutes there and were ready to spend thousands of dollars on materials and no one smiled, asked what projects we had going on, or even asked us our names. Hiding behind a COVID mask doesnt excuse poor service.

I visited MSI on multiple occasions. I was helped by several people, but I would classify only one as genuinely helpful. We selected a quartz slab and took photos. What was installed in my house looked nothing like what I saw at the showroom. Not only that, but our project required two slabs. The two pieces installed in our kitchen looked very different. I will give credit to MSI in that they did see the fault and did provide new slabs. However, they did not reimburse for the fabrication of the slabs. The person that was assigned to correct the issue claimed this was company policy, but when I asked to see where that was stated, she stopped responding to me. I gave her plenty of time to produce the document, and asked again. She chose to ignore me. I work in the interior design industry and have never seen customer service behave this way. I will spread the word to the design industry to not use MSI on future projects.

This place is really difficult to work with. Come to find out, when you call the phone number its routed to a call center in India. The customer service is really poor and hard to get in into the warehouse to see the stone (appointment only which is strange and it takes forever to get in contact with somebody to set an appointment, likely because of the call center). This leads the consumer to find another supplier (which are abundant), which is what we did. I write this for the benefit of management because youre losing customers left and right, all to safe a few bucks.

MSI has provided poor customer service. Even the online agents give you wrong info. They outsource their calls for “customer service”. They didn’t try to understand our issue and have avoided our calls. The products was not true to color that we received. We also spent over 8,000 worth of product. The quartz material stained the next day and no one wants to help us. If you go with a company make sure to check if they actually have good warranty. Other places have a warranty they honor on their materials. POOR SERVICE and PRODUCT

There is nothing in order in this placeI had to send my driver 3 times and each time we called they said the order is ready!Multiple rep answer phones and they refer you to a sales rep that never return calls.

While the showroom is nice, their online services need help. After going to the MSI showroom, I ordered a granite sample online for a $5 shipping charge.After a few days, I was contacted by MSIand was told that sample was not in stock (then why was it an option to order it online?) and Iwould be issued a refund for the shipping charge. It has been almost a month and I haven’t received a refund despite following upwith MSI to let them know.

DO NOT use their online services. Ordered 6 samples and, while they are quick to let you know they do not have the requested samples, they are in no hurry to refund your money. Keep getting emails from Sumith K. Sunil informing me that refund will be sent in 3-5 business days. Would it kill you to tell the truth?

From the time we walked in Nancy was super friendly and courteous. Nancy was very informative and helpful. She went above and beyond to below with figuring out which slabs would match best! She also has tons of personal experience with remodel to give ideas and suggestions.

I noticed this company has high ratings but will share my story. I had gone to this store since my contractor had advised this is the place he gets all his tile and slabs through. The showroom staff member who I could give their name but wont was about as helpful as a fast food worker asking if i would like fries with my meal. Not much help besides telling me walk around and pick what you like. You place your order which they are backordered with everything and dont keep anything in stock. 1-2 week back orders. You pay through your contractor or a credit card pay link provided to you. I will warn you once they have your money and If you have an issue they do not care at all from that point. I figured this was the case since the sale associates wouldnt email the contractor the link to pay after he called many times for them to do so and thats during the easy time when you are spending the money. Buyer beware! The showroom samples and the samples they give you to take home can be 50% more in variance and color compared to what you are viewing. Once you take delivery at that point even if the tile or slabs look different it wont matter. You get slammed with a 25% restocking fee and they refuse to work with you on any issues nor respond to emails, texts, calls at that point. If you dont take apart the entire pallet when picking up and your contractor gets the tile to the site where he is working you will be out money as the customer. MSI is wholesale not retail which is what i was told after my contractor said to go up to MSI and dispute the restocking fee since the tile was so different. They didnt care and just said sorry. Told me they really dont deal with the public anyways and to talk to my contractor. Funny since the public is buying all their material. Morale of the story is if you have a problem you are screwed. You can feel the vibe when you walk in, they dont like dealing with customers. They rather cut deals with large retail companies like home depot and sell to them. I went to the Tile shop down the street and my goodness was it a different experience. Same pricing if not lower, great showroom with more selection, 6 month no hassle returns with no stocking fees, and they even return partials such as 1-2 tiles if you have them. From a consumer standpoint go there or someone that is more public oriented. Also in some cases they dont even respond to your contractor who has to contact them on your behalf.

I tried to reach out to them via their chat system on their website. I had questions about my Slate tile that has been severely degrading and flaking off. I have no idea who the vendor or installer was, and was just trying to reach out to a company that delt with this stuff all the time to get a better understanding of what was happening. They did not want to answer any of my questions or give any advise. I was very confused as to why they treat potential customers like this.

MSI International came highly recommended to us by our countertop installer and fabricator, DFW Granite. We were NOT disappointed. On our first visit to MSI, Mayra Quinones greeted us professionally and guided us to the product that best suited our needs. She was very knowledgable about the pros and cons of each of the countertop surfaces. Our countertops and backsplash in a large kitchen and two large bathrooms were all replaced with beautiful Calacatta Laza quartz. It was easy to pick out the needed sink replacements too! When we start the second half of our bathroom renovation, we will definitely contact Mayra for her expertise. She has such talent putting textures and colors together.

They have a beautiful showroom. The only drawback for the old school customers is that you have to check-in on your phone when you get there. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for that.

I had been to three granite shops yesterday. At MSI i was greeted at the door and personally walked to the begging of the quartz isle with a full description of exactly what each isle offered. Friendly people that will give you help and advise. I think anyone goes there needs to know is this place is a whole sale. Which means they do not give prices to the public only to the contractors. The public can go and look and pick out what they want their contractor to use.

Mayra met me at the counter and was incredibly helpful. I shared some names of granite slabs I wanted to see after reviewing on MS International web page, and she took me straight to them. She had a worker move a couple slabs too so I could see the detail on the second and third slabs. Afterwards, she produced a computer print out with the description, lot number, dimensions, quantity and square feet. Very efficient and very professional. AND the granite was gorgeous.
