Currently waiting on an install scheduled and confirmed for this afternoon (12-5pm) yet 33 minutes and counting after that window closed am unable to contact anyone and find out if this job will happen. Quite unprofessional to leave paying customers in the dark like this, in my opinion.I will update my ranking to reflect quality of the work if and when it happens, but I am still in disbelief that a company would schedule something like this and fail to follow through without notice.

I wish I could be positive about our encounter with Counter Source.Our job was neglected to be completed due to neglect from the sales person who was assigned to our job. Counter Source fraudulently, filed a lien on our property with out completely our job, invoicing us, or contacting us that they were going to file a lien. Our contract clearly states final payment after completion of work. We are know in he process of having them remove the lien. Thou, they are refusing to file until we pay them. Were is the justice in a fraudulent lien and the home owner being stuck with legal fees due to neglect by the company.
