Good customer service, cheaper prices good to have someone to do mens hair cut in the neighborhood thanks to all the staff members you all are very friendly. Go here in this covid time and help out the staff to get paid and please tip the staff in these tough times

First of all the lady who styled my husbands hair was stern with her replies and second the cut was not at all done properly,it just looked too plain, could have done much better. Definitely not going there again!

Facility is good but terrible hair cut. They messed it all up. No basic etiquettes of showing the customer the back of his head after a hair cut or asking how did they like. The lady literally did the haircut, removed the apron and went to the billing counter.It felt like they are in hurry.Would never visit this facility again.

I literally just called to make an appt at 7. (Its 6:15.Google said they close at 8.) So she says in a low tone. We close at 7, do you want to come now? And I said in a very understanding voice, No my daughter goes to basketball at 7. I was going to come while she was there. The woman literally hung up on me. I couldnt even ask about the other days hours. I will not be going ever now. Great customer service.

Were new in the area. This was the best stop to get my hair cut. Then my wife brought two our kids there. It made her feel comfortable to get her hair done too. She got color and highlights, awesome result.Happy we found this place. Highly recommend this salon.

My boyfriend and I moved to the area a few months ago. Hes been coming regularly since then for just haircuts and, more recently, upkeep on facial hair. He loves they way Paula does his hair, and we go back on Tuesdays to be sure we can catch her.I took a while to get my own hair done, too, but when I did I decided to go all in, even though Ive never really had anything more than a simple cut before. I talked with Kristi a couple of times about what I wanted. I planned to do a full fashion color, I wanted to make my hair match a roller coaster at Cedar Point. She helped me pick out colors from their options, explained the process to me, and then spent a whole afternoon doing it. It turned out FANTASTIC (pun intended!) I had no idea what kind of pattern I wanted the colors in, but we picked three and she got creative with where they were placed. I felt a bit bad for taking up all their time that day, but they didnt seem to mind, and were able to take other clients in between phases of my process. It worked out okay!After a week, when my boyfriend and I went to CP, we took some photos- my hair matches Raptor perfectly. They did a wonderful job here and really helped me, even through my anxiety over getting such an intensive hair process for the first time. I definitely will be going back regularly!

Day after day customer service is becoming poor. Not taking the service asked for even though there is enough time. I visit for hair color and styling all the time. But for last 3 times service is worst. I am a kind of person who gives Chance once or twice. That has also crossed. Now I think it’s time to move to other salon. Will not visit again anymore.

Always friendly when i come in, great service and great prices, especially on deal days! Even when busy they greet and acknowledge you and are upfront about times! Would definitely recommend this store to others and I have!My wife uses their services and she brings my 2 boys and little girl in for cuts.

I have been going here for almost 7 years, never had a bad experience. But that changed until recently, I had a men’s haircut from Angie, it was the worst hair saloon experience in my entire life. For some reason, Angie was really rude and grumpy while doing the haircut. She completed the hair cut in mere 5 mins, not surprisingly she messed up the haircut. my profile even have notes from previous haircuts. I would have given zero stars if I could. Overall very bad experience, I will definitely avoid Angie for my future haircuts.

Shelia charged me for Adult Haircut and hair wash without even giving hair wash . On top of that, she charged me 4 bucks extra for having long hair!

Kristy, the manager, is great. Ive been going here for many years, from a period where it was mismanaged and had zany stylists that lacked consistency. This store has been turned around. I recruited my wife as a customer and shes been very happy. Its a fantastic Fantastic Sams. Great cuts at bargain prices which earns them the tips my wife and I give them.

I asked for my roots to be blended in to my highlights. ANGIE colored ALL of my hair, OVER the highlights Ive paid for at that salon. She chemically burned my head and my hair! She didnt look at my color on the computer even though I told her it was there I wanted my roots ONLY I actually complained that my natural color looked terrible ashy with grey. She ruined my HAIR, colored it ALL ASH EXACTLY WHAT I DIDNT Want! I feel like crying!!! Ive been working for months on the color I had and she ruined it in an hour and my hair is fried! She seemed drugged or high or maybe way too tired she should not be allowed to color anyones hair ever! And she charged me more than Ive ever paid! I asked for my roots she colored and ruined it all and charged me for a full color. The other stylist insisted on charging $55 unbelievable.

That four course petite steak dinner with the Blooming Onion appetizer is just so perfect. The four of us ordered that and many of us raved about the potato soup!

Ive been going to this salon to get my highlights done. The stylist who did my hair missed the whole area of the crown, and I didnt notice it until I got home and saw it when I put my hair up (At the salon they blow dry it and leave it down). When I went back in to ask if she could fix the part she missed, she made me pay for it. I am extremely unhappy, and dont have any other choice but to look for a new salon. The attitude she gave me was completely unprofessional, not to mention made absolutely no sense! It was like she didnt want to do it, and didnt want to admit to making a simple mistake. Ive never been treated like such an unwanted client ever, anywhere. And Im not going to allow it to happen again. I really wanted to get the owners information, but I knew these girls wouldnt give it to me. Its bothering me so much though, I really want to find that information out. Im sure Ill get a hassle there too! Find a well respected salon, this one is NOT it! Im beyond disappointed. Not only for the way I was treated, but being charged twice as well. Im totally appalled at this place. Dont waste your money, go somewhere where they get it right, and are at the very least happy to be there.

I went in for a perm. They piggy backed the curls(they curled them one way and the hair didnt take the curl so they put the chemicals in again and curled it the opposite way). This make my hair follicles very damaged. I went home only to find out that after I showered half my hair was still straight. Within a day the hair follicles around the edge of my hair line had snapped at the base. I was furious! I went back in to get my money back....they should have paid ME a LOT extra! Instead the manager tried to tell me that they werent going to give me my money back...thankfully another hair stylist (not the one who did my hair originally) stepped in and told the manager off! She gave me my money. I had to live the next year of my life trying to cover up the new hair spouts in a inch deep hair line ring around my head. It was HORRID!

I have an easy haircut and I have never been unhappy with how any stylist has done it until I had a cut here, would not recommend

I went there for threading but even though they don’t know how to do they pretended like they are professionals and charged me $10 on top of it they spoiled my eyebrows by thinning it. I told that lady to do thick n just remove only extras but she spoiled my face too by doing so many red marks and it’s so painful. Worst experience ever in my life. I do not recommend this. Never ever step into this.

Very poor customer service. Told store is closed @7.30 when they listed open till 8. Still wanted to give them chance and went early at 5 pm nex day. Just one stylist and lot of people waiting. Asked to wait as another stylist went for 5 mins break. After waiting 20 minutes no one turned up. They dont care.

Place is a madhouse. I dont go here anymore. Good for kid cuts.

I used to work here, its VERY unprofessional. I now work at Cher Salon in Farmington and am so much happier. Better stylists who take pride in their work and a friendlier atmosphere.

My wife went in to get a spiral curl done to her hair. Came home to find her crying, and very upset over the total mess they made of it. She was told by the stylist that the way it was done was better for her anyway. She was totally unhappy with the result, and was still made to pay full price and didnt even get an apology. $95 later, and she doesnt like her hair at all. Id reccomend any other place over this.

A bad evening haircut takes this option off from my barbers list. They keep their place clean (1 star for that). The lady just rushed the haircut and got done in less than 4 minutes. All my instructions were disregarded and I ended up with an out-of-proportion hair style. They cared about getting more haircuts done rather that doing one job well. It was mistake to go their, especially during their special-price timings.

People are nice here but the hair cut is terrible! The lady who helped me did it so quick and left my hair uneven at the back and sides. Had to go somewhere else for a rework!

Since moving, and trying a few places around. This was the best stop to get my hair cut. Also got my Groom cut here... haha didnt know that was a thing. Awesome results.

I went in this week and asked for a tiny smidge of a trim to even out my growing hair. I left after a 45 minutes of clips, scissors, and hair flying with a terrible hack job. My hair is so jacked up and uneven. I now have to go elsewhere to get it evened up and wait 6 months for my hair to be at the length it was before this terrible experience.

Me and family members take my disabled mother here. She always gets her hair washed and cut, and they do a nice job. She likes the people who do this for her, they treat her very well and are careful with her because she has trouble walking.

Someone left a note in my profile. Although I kept telling them to cut it differently, most of them just ignored me and stick to the note. One lady even cut my hair all the way down while complaining how annoying my hair was like it was my fault.
