Staff was very nice. I always thought it is a good idea when waiting on a customer, handling money, and serving food one should wash his/her hand even when they are serving food even if they are not touching the food. Show your customer you hold their best interest when handling their food.

I ordered and informed the cashier who was making my sundae, that I was going to the restroom. When I returned to counter to get my order it was just sitting on the counter with no cover. All n the open air. I asked her y didnt u cover it and she said you have to ask for a cover. I informed her you dont know how long I was going b n there, she says I was watching it the whole time! But what about bugs and germs? She says theres no flies n here, Lord help this child. Next time I will wait b4 I tip because I wish I couldve gotten it back. Oh well such is life!!!!

DAIRY QUEEN IS LIFE. THIS IS A SUPER NICE LOCATION. A VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. SADLY, IT IS THE SLOWEST LOCATION AS WELL. do not plan on doing a quick stop, you will be here for 5-10 minutes for your order.

Ive been to 4 different dairy queens in the area. Gotten the same thing from each location. This is the only location I go to that doesnt make what i ordered correctly. There was no cold fudge in the cookie dough blizzard like there should be. They put all the toppings at the bottom of the cup so that you dont get a bit of topping on every bite. The staff there was hard to deal with and when you tell them you have an allergy, they develop and attitude like it is an inconvenience. There is a sign when you walk in that states if you have an allergy, speak to the manager. Would not recommend this location.

Always good, very good service, prices ok... better than Baskin Robbins . Blizzards could and should be mixed more. Pleasant atmosphere.

Its all flavored soft serve, no hand-dipped. Blizzards with several mix-ins usually provide the best value. Can be crowded on a summer evening. I personally find they have lackluster flavoring.

Normally enjoy coming here but tonight I received probably some of the worst service from a staff member. Not only was she standing around behind the counter eating but she felt the need to openly ridicule me and my walking boot (for an injured foot) when I entered. Totally unacceptable!

Come here once a week with my wife. Were always pleased and look forward to visiting!

Usually no wait and is always clean. Just a typical dairy queen though. Not super new or fancy in any way. Stays open pretty late though and has plenty of seating.

I feel bad for the workers here. I come here on my breaks and lunches since its within walking distance to my work. Every time Im there, theres 2 or 3 people working MAX with a line to the door. They do the best they can, even though I end up waiting 10 minutes for a chocolate dipped cone, their service is fine considering they are probably flustered from their line with few to help.

I have came here on previous occasions never been treated so rude. I gave the young man a $50 bill he went all the in the kitchen( dirty money should never be around open food, wheres they need to retake ther9 food handler card test) to a guess was then manager on duty to check to see if it was real. I ask him dont you have a pen to check your money he reply it is here. Then I he made my order wrong than told his manager I didnt say that managet check me like he said he repeated your order back you didnt say that. He didnt charge you. Manager was rude also never going back. 😠😡p.s. I didnt get loud out of respect for other people that were there.

Lately the boxed ice cream has been really nasty, the peanuts they use look old and the ice cream has turned into sugary ice that cant be expressed in any other words... a word to dairy queen, throw away old stuff.

Mixed bag. Ive had blizzards not mixed through with all the filling stuck in the bottom a few times. Usually worth the trip to cold stone instead.

The young girl with the long dark brown/black hair can not make an ice cream cone. They are not the size they are supposed to be and are always leaning. This is the third time she has made me one and she really needs to get it together.

Stopped by to get a cheeseburger meal, disappointed to find they only offer ice cream at this location. They have decent fast food at many other DQ restaurants.

This is an awkward layout for a DQ. Nobody knew where the lines were to order or pickup. The service was kinda slow too.

Love their ice cream, but their prices are getting ridiculous.

Workers in the evening are Real Punks, typical low IQ highschool kids showing their ignorance. Will travel further to avoid this place.
