Steve, Bryan & John were helpful, knowledgeable & professional at their job, as well as making ypu feel welcomed.Clean store. Friendly staff. If they can order it for you, you will get it quick. Deliveries are set days, like Monday & Friday.

Very knowledgeable staff! Andrew Dunn helped me pick out a refrigerator and was able to answer all my questions and gave awesome advice on what I was looking for. Very happy with this store and the service that I received! The store itself is very clean and well displayed. I couldnt ask for a more friendly and helpful staff!

Not even worth going into any more. Sadly I am just waiting to see them place the tombstone on this one. They are selling the same Merchandise that Lowes has across the street. Lowes has lower prices and better warranty coverage. Im not sure how they can compete with this. My last visit to this store was to pick up a web order. The local store screwed it up somehow and the sears.com said because of the local owner they would have to ship it to my home. That worked out fine with me, but I am really shocked that the store still has its doors open.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were fast and courteous. The store was clean and organized. Also, plenty of parking is available.

We went in to purchase a weed eater. Somehow they charged our debit card twice. When we realized that they had charged us twice, my husband went into the store to ask that they correct the problem and return the money to our account. After quite a while, we were told that our money would be refunded in 3-5 days. A week has passed without a word. We returned to the store to inquire as to the status. The owner of the store told us that he received an email the other day about it and meant to call us but it slipped his mind. He assured us that they found the double charge and were going to refund the money soon. Still no ETA on getting our refund. I find it interesting that when you purchase something, the money comes out of your account immediately. But when they make a mistake, it takes weeks to refund your money. Not impressed with their customer service at all. This will be our last purchase from Sears.

Bought a washer and dryer here. The guys really know their stuff and were more than happy to help! I’m also really impressed with the set! Highly recommend!
