Would give zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional staff and seems as though no one working there knows what the hell the others are doing.

Im a manager in the world of retail and we all have one thing in common, any customer should have all the utmost respect! But when you start charge your customers double payment without their knowledge, that is stealing money out of your customers wallet. And for them to tell you that they changed my payment from weekly to bi-weekly, I was never given the update nor did I give them my consent. A few of the workers there are nice and Id love to recruit them to work for me but some (store manager) have no respect and plain rude! If you want to get money stolen out of your wallet, by all means, shop at their RAC store.

Worst customer service. Treated poorly when it was my last payment! I am sorry but if a customer pays consistently and continues to pay items off and are repeat customers and they are on their last payment there is NO reason to be rude! Also keep ALL your paperwork I paid extra for over 24 months for an extended warranty then was told there was not one after but they would have a repair center call me; never happened. All around bad experience and considering there are several other rent to own places in town it is very bad business to treat customers this way!

Shady! I wish I could give no stars at all. Dont trust anything they have to say. Especially manny the manager. He will tell you whatever you want to hear! Shady employees and definitely a shady store. I would recommend any other place in town. But that seems to be pretty obvious by all of the horrible reviews this place gets.

I have gotten my house whole item from Rent a Center for years! I like the people who work there. Im always greeted by my name, which is awsome! Theyve helped me if I had hard times and I get good deals. Keep up the good work Guys and Gals! They always make sure their customers are happy before they leave the store!!!!

Walked in an didnt even get a greeting nor a be right with you. Walked around for a good 10 minutes and still nobody bothered to help. Finally decided to leave rude experience ever.

I always pay, sometimes late, life happens. But I have bought and paid for three different items with them, and still get harassed for payments even before they are due. Do not recommend renting here, and the customer service is terrible.

This place used to n very good. I have used it about 3-5 X now but my last encounter was terrible and I will not use again. I wanted to rent a 📺, from them because mine went out. They sent me home with a used one (no buggy), then when I got it home it was absolutely terrible. They r supposed to fix them b4 they send them out. I had it 4 less than 24hrs. Took it back and they tried to blame me for it! I was pissed😵😡😤

I would leave a zero but they dont have that option. This place is horrible. They will extort you 10 ways from Sunday and not apologize for any of it. This place needs to be reported and closed down. Strongly advice NOT to get anything from this place!

They harass me for my payments all the time even one day late. And they have called me several times when I am at work I dont appreciate it and I wont be doing business with them again.

Worse store ever need to work on there customer service skills lady angel is very rude and just talks over u when youre talking on the phone and hangs up on u I dont recommend anyone to rent from this store.
