Good place for electronics, games and movies. They dont have it all in store but you can order online and have it shipped to their store.

Got here 5 minutes before closing. Smaller store then the ones I’m used to in Phoenix but it was a welcome change. Plenty of staff to help me find exactly what I needed right away. In and out in less than 5 minutes! Wow! Everyone was really friendly and nice. Thank you!

Ok, Im back on the road. I was delivering a load here, not shopping. But I did go inside to use the bathroom. The store is very clean and the associates are very nice.I walked through the t.v. section on my way to the bathroom. OMG! The pictures on some of those screens were so clear and beautiful, I actually got a little dizzy looking at a space shot. I think it was from the ISS. WOW! I want one of those t.v.s.

The people here are a little more helpful and knowledgeable than many other best buys Ive visited (mostly in Florida) but like every other best buy and similar establishments theres never anyone who can really help you to pick out the best computer for your needs if you need to do more than look at Facebook and use Excel and Word.

Ordered a monitor online. Had it shipped to Farmington store. Best Buy said it would be delivered on a specific date. The order update” said “We’re preparing your order & will notify you when it’s ready.” That message didn’t change for 5 days, so late in the afternoon on the day that delivery was supposed to be made — after not hearing a peep from Best Buy — marched on down to the store to ask where it was. Clerk said “Let me look that up for you.” Gave him the info and said “Look, you either have it you don’t.” Clerk said “Oh, it’s from a 3rd party so we have no control over it.” In other words, no, they didn’t have it. And I thought, “Look chum, everything in your store is, quote, ‘from a 3rd party,’ (end quote) — you don’t make or produce any of it.” Clerk said “Well, we don’t have it,” so I said “Then cancel the order.” Clerk replied — lying through his teeth — “I can’t cancel it. You have to do that on your end.” I countered, “I can’t cancel it because you [Best Buy] locked that function saying my order “Is in process.”” Clerk said “Oh, okay, I’ll cancel it.” Bing bam boom, like 3 keystrokes and the little liar cancelled the order he’d just claimed he couldn’t cancel. So Best Buy didn’t have the item, couldn’t get the item, but lied about delivery date anyway, never bothered to update the bogus “we’re preparing your order” message, never explained there was a delay or why, and apparently teaches their employees to lie so they don’t have to refund a customer’s money. Dear Best Buy: What exactly are you “best” at? Besides stalling, making empty promises & lying to customers, and failing to inform them of problems with order delivery? Needed this hardware delivered when promised for an important project for work, and now wasted a solid week because of Best Buys empty promises, poor excuses, and equally poor customer service. Best Buy: Do you think for a split second we’ll ever order anything else from you? Not likely. We turned around and ordered the hardware we needed directly from the manufacturer, saved $45, and they’re shipping it expedited delivery so it arrives ON TIME. Imagine that: A company that actually delivers on its promises. Might want to look into that.
Bought a Nintendo Switch here and my dad bought himself a laptop. Got the pink Switch kause thats the only one they had in stokk. I told my dad about the deal of the day on the app and he felt it was a good price so he bought it.
JOSH, is awesome with his professionalism, knowledge, understanding, research information he may not know about, and his patience. I would 100% recommend anyone to come see josh, who works in the Mobile department. Best experience i have ever had with any mobile employee at best buy.
I went there the other day and left after the store insisted on wearing a mask upon entering the store! They dont realize that the customers dont want to be harassed at the door about wearing a mask. Amazon is a much better choice and better prices!

I came to this store with every intentions to purchase a new stereo system for my vehicle. We tried to wait for an associate to help us out. After 10 minutes one guy came up to us just to turn the radio for us to listen to the speakers. He didn’t even try to ask me if I had a questions. We continued to look around but nobody else tried to help us out. I will definitely take our business elsewhere as it seems to me that you don’t want my business.
I needed a new laptop for school so I Went when they first opened & they were rude as hell. Including the security guard. Totally ignored me. I actually had to have my dad go in with me to get someone to notice. Its a shame, all the folks they were helping never bought anything & I went back with my dad & paid cash for mine. Sorry I wasnt the race you wanted me to be.

I have been here twice. The first time I asked a manager for help. He did not seem like he wanted to help me so he said he would find someone and send them to me. I was trying to find a stylus for my lenova. I waited and waited. No one came so I found another person and they grabbed a stylus and said it would work with my computer because it had windows. It did not. I brought it back and only received a store credit, which is fine, but when I asked if someone could help me I was told to go wait in the chairs in front of the geek squad section. I was waiting on a manager. When she came she told me after I had been waiting awhile already give me a little bit to ask a few people some questions and she would help me. At this point I had been waiting nearly 30 minutes for help. She comes back and tells me to get back in line and make an app. And to top thi go off I drove 110.5 miles here and another 110.5 miles home. I was treated poorly. Thanks best buy. You made me feel welcome in ur store.
I placed an online order and then notified them when I was parked in a numbered space in front of the store. I was told an aproximent wait time and then had my order delivered right to my car. Fast, easy and for me a great experience. No more spontaneous/impulse purchases! I was very happy with this purchase and delivery/pick up experience!
With the purchase of the new phone, the technician was very helpful to transfer data from the old phone to the new one. Excellent job!!

I contacted the store for an iPhone repair. After sitting in Geek Services for about 40 Minutes I was told they would repair the same day at no charge. Didnt hear from them so I contacted them the next day. I was told it would be another day. On the third day I contact them after not hearing anything and was told my phone had been tampered with and they couldnt repair it.The phone was purchased two years ago, brand new, and has never had service.I contacted Apple and they are sending me a prepaid box to send them my phone. Repair will be at no cost and will be returned to me within three days.Ive never dealt with Best Buy and will probably never deal with them again. Very poor Service.

I bought a game refurbished over 200.00 as a gift. I was embarrassed when that lucky person pulled out hair that was in a bundle like it came off the carpet and the plug in that came with it was dirty. Was kinda sad... It culd hav been wiped down.. Ready for a new owner.. But it wasnt :/

I love that I can order online and have anything delivered to my car within 5 minutes of pulling up, its a fantastic service. Way better than going inside the store, which is often crowded.

Best Buy has stood the test of time.I needed a cable modem, I wanted a Motorola but they only had the high end model. Went with a Arris model, it said it was approved for Xfinity which is what I have.Entrance setup for Corona, employee was there greeting people. Inside was also very Corona configured.Employees were friendly, asked if I needed any help.

I drove 3 hours to these location to pick up a switch . I ask one of the associates if they had the new switch on the back and sadly he didn’t really looked for it . He told us that he did not have any more . We saw another associate with the new switch and told them what happen . The associate did not wanted to give us the new switch .. sadly there sold out almost everywhere and I really wanted one . I would appreciate if the associate will be better on these kind of situation. Now I have to drive back 3 hours with out a switch ..

Very touch and go. Sometimes Ive gone in and had someone offer to help right away and its been a great experience. Other times Ive stood staring at what I wanted to buy and nobody came to help and I was completely ignored. Just not sure which way to rate this. The good visits have outweighed the very bad, so three stars should do.
