The best place in town to buy appliances of any kind. They stand by there warranties and service everything they sell. Staff is very knowledgeable. One stop shop from purchase, delivery, install, warranty or repair. If they dont have it, they can get it!

I bought an inexpensive refrigerator which broke down after a couple of years. It would have cost more to fix it then I paid for it originally. I called Dave and he got me another refrigerator at an amazing price.

Very knowledgeable staff, they have, or can get in a timely manner, appliances to fit any needs, one stop shop for sales, repair, parts and installation. They service what they sell, and always honor warranties.

First the guy never said all sales final tell after he took the payment. Then when the dishwasher wouldn’t work he blamed my brother and wouldn’t do anything after he spent 600 in that place for a dishwasher that never worked one second the first day. Finally a repair person called back and not the rude owner and he said he ordered the parts needed. Waited 2 days he came and “fixed” it but now it won’t turn on at all. Worst experience ever. Avoid this place at least the big box stores have a replacement policy for defective products.

The last year or so weve had issues with our dryer, which Dependable Maytag was able to quickly solve for us. Just a couple weeks ago we began having problems with our washing machine as well. After deciding to purchase a whole new set and shopping all around town, we ended up where we should have started- DEPENDABLE MAYTAG!!!. Their prices and service were unmatched anywhere. Ive had nothing but bad experiences with Sears and their service team so I decided to shop with a local store that service what they sell. All the staff are great and very knowledgeable. Sears washer was showing F1 code but book said to call tech. We did! A Maytag tech! They came the next day! It was a control board to the tune of $471.00 plus tax through Sears. So, went to Maytag & bought a brand new washer for $300 more than what the part alone was! Nice, friendly staff and very helpful.

We moved into our new house a few weeks ago. I needed a micro hood and a range right away. Dave with Dependable Maytag had these beautiful appliances in Stock and dropped these off at my house the next morning.Unfortunately once they unboxed the range it had been dented from the factory. It was a very small dent but Dave called as soon as he found out and said five simple words Ill take care of it. Having purchased appliances from Dependable in the past; I knew I wouldnt have to lift another finger. One guy had horrible customer service and instead of helping me figure out the piece i needed he tried to sell me new washers and dryers. When he gave me the piece it ended up being the wrong guy. Didnt let me get a refund but another guy gave me the right piece. Would not recommend this place.

They came out to our house on Hallmarc Dr and checked out our fridge for my grandpa. The man that came out was very professional and knew what he was doing. Our fridge was shot so we went and got a new one. The best part is that it only took a total of 30 mins for them to bring the fridge, install it and took away the other one.
