Our refrigerator went out after only being 3 years old, and bought at a big box store...I will only buy here from now on. They had exactly what I needed and delivered fast! Super helpful and LOCAL! Highly reccomend.

They won’t let us return a washer a week later that doesn’t seem to work for us but works when they test.Return policy is ABSOLUTELY NONEXISTENT on an item.To think, returning a “working” item would be easy but they just want the sale and your money. When you Can’t return a item that you’re not satisfied with isn’t right.

Fantastic experience! Sent my Aunt over for a replacement washer, which she found and they were able to bring out real fast. Not only that but Brad had brought in donuts that day and he gave her one. She would go back just for the chance to eat with Brad again. Truly a delight to hear that a good deal can be had and friendships made.

Our washer broke and a friend of our suggest Discount Appliance since they had purchased from them. They were great help. We were able to get our washer delivered the next day for a fee, but it was well worth it. They set it up, showed us how to use it, and took the old one with him. I have only used the big box stores in the past, and it had always been a 2-3 week wait for delivery.

New appliances that have little dings in them. They carry the full warranty that comes with the appliances. Owner extremely nice. Check them out.

We bought a washer there with an extended warranty of 5 years. It broke after a lottle over a year. The guy came 3 times to fix it. He did replace some parts. But he had turned the cold water off thinking it was off. I turned it back on and it finally worked.

I bought some really great New appliances from these people. I went the day they opened and had great customer service. Even though they werent set to deliver for a few days, they got my appliances it to me that afternoon. I love them all! I will definitely head here for all my future appliances needs. We purchased a Maytag dishwasher and had them deliver it to our house. The dishwasher works great and is super quiet. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. When it is time to purchase our next appliance, we will be going back to Discount Appliance Center!
