The help was more than patient. Still trying to figure out the new phone. Not sure I like it. The computers for ringing up sale and activating phone were horrible! Ireland was super.

Takes too long to pay my bill in the store. When I asked a question about the tempered glass I was offered a replacement for $15 I declined and then suddenly Bam! They may have some $10 ones. I already know they only cost $10 everywhere else so I declined and decided Ill just buy Boost cards at the store so I can just avoid this particular Boost store.

Phone plans are great customer service is hard to access when you need a live person.

We were greeted when we first entered the building and to me that is a BIG plus in my books. Not only that the gentle men that help us was so awesome on helping us upgrade my husbands phone. I would most definitely recommend my friends to this store. Keep up the AWESOME works!

Ive been calling over a week now n they have never once answered the phone a worker said he had ordered the phone I wanted 2 weeks ago n havemt heard fr him since I juat want to buy the phone and go about my day they are usually the best to work with but I feel like I got thw run around on thia

I was greeted by a friendly face. He did his job. I came in with my sister and left with a new case for my phone. I was not planning to buy anything at all. He definitely wheeled and dealed. Tyrel (Terrel?) Helped my wife and me get off of our old, horrible plan with AT&T with ease, he helped us get the best deals and now we have better phones and a better data plan, FOR LESS THAN WHAT AT&T CHARGED, boost mobile is made great by employees like him. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to change or upgrade their mobile service!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff willing to help us out but no great coverage for the reservation area and alot of dead zones so we ended up leaving. They seemed nice and informative

A 54 minute drive from our home in Dgo co we thought going to the retail store we could achieve the Free phone with family plan promo or even purchase. A phone after 👎 luck on line. The store was dark and dull the selection was few from many the young man behind the counter was if no help with our inquiries and We were only able to Upgradeour phones at the same promo prices as online with only 4 phones to choose from.With a budget and our math we were able to get 2 phones then the young man added in a activation fee of $20.00 for each phone I told him no that we could do it ourselves in such he replied no I have to charge you or my boss will charge me for the phones I dont activate. So the total was $97.00 for the phones $65.00 for activation and tax which I had to split on 2 cards putting me over budget I feel coned the Wi-Fi in the store was down preventing the phones to download I was mad !! My other phone had no battery we were miles away from home out if cash and we were told to go else where to find Wi-Fi . Frustrated and Lost with our maps to get us around town or even home the battery died just as we arrived at Starbucks to use the Wi-Fi in a new car and no chargers. Not kewl on the drive home a dear ran into the Drivers side of the car busting the head lite and ripping the fender its ten oclock at night on the side if the highway with my two boys no phones to call for help we managed to coast at 30 mph back into Dgo sadly. I activated mine a day later . dont go to that store there swindle you and leave you for dead ! I

Horrible customer service, rude and they ripped us off 60 charged 30 for taxes on 80 they wont give you an itemized receipt because they rip you off blind and wont let you talk to the manager or get his name or the owners, I hate that place just shameful you will get what you got coming karma dudes karma!!!! Would have given it 0 stars
