Buying online is not always what its cracked up to be. I walked into this store, was greeted immediately and Bradley Dudney got me exactly what I needed. This was something Id sent back TWICE to Amazon. He solved the problem in one minute. As he was checking my order out, he applied a pop socket to my case for me (try that online haha) and had me out of there in a jif. I love Amazon, but buying sight-unseen when it comes to phones, cases, accessories has proven to be more of a burden to me than a blessing. Walking into this store? THAT was a blessing.

Brad Dudney with Farmington’s new Verizon Store location has been the most attentive, informative & helpful, person from opening the business door as we went in to getting a water to go while opening the door again as we left. He was very nice & friendly while getting my phone set up, even laughing & making my kids feel very comfortable during the process. It was a very enjoyable experience & I can honestly say I’ve never had such an easy going fun filled experience when shopping for a phone. Thank you Brad for all of your help & willingness to keep being there as I learn my new phone.
