Nice selection but not any good sales. The staff weren’t overly inviting in friendly and seemed more interested in visiting with each other - just made for a quick in and out visit!

I came in looking for a specific coat that I had seen online. The staff helped me find it right away.One of the ladies, whose name I didnt get, could see my mom and I whispering to each other, and correctly guessed that we were trying to find a way to save a little money. The employee asked if I was a student and had my student ID, and they were able to give me a small discount.The coat is perfect and Im feeling much more prepared for using mass transit this winter.

I love Columbia products and have loved having a store near me. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with customer service. I went in and 3 women were chatting. I was greeted with” let us know if we can help you with anything” and then 2 walked away as I began to ask a question. The remaining woman, Abby appeared to be looking at the other 2 with irritation. I Could have misunderstood because of the mask. I asked about products seen on your website and she said that they don’t have much that’s on the website. Hmm… ok. So I said I wanted to look for boots and she headed that way but when something caught my eye on the way she just walked away from me. The story goes on but suffice it to say, Abby, the manager was not at all interested in helping or answering questions. I am really disappointed with this experience. I got the feeling that she would have rather that I didn’t come in at all.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Colombia Sportswear at Farmington Station. The employee who helped me, Nathan, was very knowledgeable about their products. He was kind and his customer service skills were beyond amazing. I was looking for a certain item and the store was so well organized that I had no trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated that everyone wore masks and that the store was so neat and tidy. It made me feel confident and comfortable about shopping there. I will definitely shop there again.

Followed around the store while there were like 20 people in the store. Got to checkout with the jacket I wanted. The manager came over and checked the pockets of my jacket like I was stealing items? Mind you I happened to be the only brown person in the store. Utah right 😄

Ive always liked the quality of Columbia coats and jackets, but was hesitant to buy online due to sizing challenges, so was glad to find a store here as we moved to the area. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the options available. Great service and always a great product!

My wife had a problem with the zipper on her coat and I took it in to talk about it. The customer service rep didn’t even look at it and acknowledged it is a problem. I’m disappointed with the service and product. Will not be returning.
