Very friendly service. Have a good grasp of what they are selling (quite knowledgeable). It is rare, but I had a couple of issues with products and they were awesome with coming to a solution quickly. I give them 4.9 stars. Cant give them 5 stars because once in a while I get someone that is either not a good fix for the store, or having a bad day.

My kids and I love to shop Sensi Side because there is always unusual and unique crafts and products available that for our lifestyles! So thankful to have the friendly staff to interact with while we are there deciding and making purchases! Thanks again! Blessings!

My favorite smoke shop!!! I visit whenever Im in town and admire all the beautiful glass pieces. A lot of my personal collection has come from here, as they have some really unique stuff at decent prices! They also sell clothing, incense, and any smoking accessories you might need!

This is the best smoke shop in Franklin county for sure. The service is amazing and they have great glass and other accessories. Their points program is great and the mystery bags are a perfect gift. Shop and support local places like this are the backbone of our community!

Update: Owner contacted me and helped me out. He was very friendly & respectful.** We bought 2 rigs there in the past 6 months. The first one broke for no reason at all after a few months of use. We went back got a new rig and not even a day after using it, it wouldnt hit anymore. We were forced to clean it out with alcohol every 24 hours. Brought it back after a few days of buying it (because they asked us to) and the only thing they offered was 10% off a new piece that probably wont work either! Their customer service is great until you have a complaint or problem. They have lost our business. They tell you want you want to hear until you leave the store.

The Sensi Side was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection of glass. Theres something for everybody there. More the worth the trip from waterville.The two pieces I bought are great quality. The pipe I purchased even has a little stone in the one of the grips, and it was made by the owner which is even cooler. The water pipe has pot leaves on it that glow in the dark or under a black light.I highly recommend any one to check this store out. Ill deffinitly be going back!!!

I have only ever been there twice but enjoyed every second i was there, the staff are friendly as well knowledged about everything in the store. This place is awesome. Chill people work there and know about their products, so they can give you good feedback. Selection is surprising for a small shop, but it is right by university so that makes sense. Apparel, long and modern shape skateboards, smoke accessories and beautiful art work satisfy your soul.

I left a review a year ago, but it definitely needs some updating.Today I lost something I JUST bought I was livid with myself. I retraced my steps and ended up back in the store to replace it. BUT the staff was nice enough to replace it.I have never felt so happy with service, they didnt have to do what they did. That act of kindness was the highlight of my month so far. The staffs continuous care is why sensi side is my only place to shop for glass and art!
