Bought four really nice shirts for my husband. One was 40 dollars by itself but after the discounts we only paid 60 bucks. Feeling pretty good right now.

I love coming here. I feel like i can shop in peace without constantly being watched and bothered. The sales associates are pretty awesome, always clean and stores are neat they have sales and discount often. Not sure if restroom is open

Needed a baby gift and found some great gifts!

I gave the rating of three because I have had to return more clothes this past year. I am uncertain if the standard sizing no longer applies. You were always my go to. We are unable to try things on and I understand. Im just going to hold off till later before buying more clothes.

I went shopping @ Sephora and the ladies were professional and knew what she was doing. Keep up the excellent work team.

The store is great. Always shop there for my kids. My daughter is now 11 and has a different style now than before. But Jcpenney really isnt her place now. We went to teen section but they dont have much selection on t-shirts, mainly mid drift style and shes not the type to show her belly. Also she mainly wears leggings and theres not much either. But I guess Ill just continue to shop for my son there. He loves the arizona skinny jeans and they have lots of selection on tshirts....

Clearance racks in disarray. Otherwise store appeared clean with hand sanitizer stations in fairly good abundance. Disliked that local state mask mandate was not being enforced.

We purchased a pair of slacks on Saturday, 03/13/21.. Drove & 1 1/2 in semi bad weather, drove back 1 1/2 hours.. come to realize the anti-theft tag was still on!! We are sorely disappointed..

I really enjoy this store! Make sure to look for the last chance clearance on the southeast side of the store. 70% off with quite a large selection. Its almost like shopping at an outlet store. No o need to be rich to score!

I USE the beauty salon. My hair stylist Lorinda Peter is very skilled hair designer. Lorinda colors,styles,cuts my hair. She is very professional and a very caring person.

An unsecured rack holding up a purse fell on my head leaving a cut. Told a manager and she didnt seem a bit concerned. Didnt even make a report. Hope it doesnt happen to anyone else.

The plus size department has greatly reduced and the selection is very low or stylish... Think old lady attire

It was unbearably hot, and it took over 45 minutes to check out even though there were only 2 people ahead of us in line. And did I mention how hot it was? It was 94° in Farmington that day, and stepping outside was a relief, if only because at least there was a slight breeze.Too hot. Not enough staff to meet check-out needs.

Great selection and sales, but the racks tend to be a little disorganized, and the store is way too crowded since they added Sephora. Bad move.

I bit hard to find your way around but otherwise really good.

Worst experience ever! They tried to scam me out of money! Went in to get my daughters hair trimmed. The guy at the counter took our info and had her sit down and immediately cut her hair. Took about 20 minutes. Afterwards he left the salon and some other lady rang me up. She tried to charge me almost 50 dollars for a trim!!! When I asked why it wasnt 23 like the other times I was there, she pulled out a pamphlet hidden behind the counter to show me that the designer cut her hair and its a different price!! When the guy came back I even asked him if he told me this before he cut her hair and he admitted he never did!!! They are LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS! DONT EVER GO HERE!

Ive been shopping at J.C.Penny for over 50 years. Starting at the Anchorage Store with my Mother when I was 5 yrs old. They blow this Farmington Dillards away!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Salon - after 2 days the color washed out. I do not recommend this salon. No one greeted me or told me my stylist was not there the day of my appointment too.

The ladies in sephora were very rude. I hate going in their when the manager isnt working.

Jcpenny use to have a great selection of 2x womens blouses. Lately theres not much. I havent bought anything from there since March 2017.

I shop a lot and I have to say that the big-box stores like JC Penneys and Sears are just a waste of time anymore. Sears has nothing anymore but this JCPenneys has a giant Sephora in it and its just not an appealing place to me to go. I would rather shop at the smaller boutique shops then to go to this Penneys. Its clean and the people are pleasant in fact one of the ladies that I spoke to helped me greatly. I sometimes shop there for home items but I try to avoid it at all costs otherwise.

Cashiers are not honest on mens clothing price and location within the store. Also, an employee tried a sneaky tactic to get me to open a JC Penney credit card. Failed. Deserves zero stars at this location.

Good place to shop for back to school but a/c does not work and staff has no idea why the a/c didnt work. Clothes are decently prove with variety.
