I am so thankful for this business... They provided outstanding service! They got my computer in & repaired the same day, which is huge because my husband does college on it just about every night. They also fixed a Microsoft Surface Pro which we thought was completely broke and unable to be repaired. The prices were very reasonable & we will definitely be using them in the future! The owner was very helpful in going through my laptop to diagnose any issues. He assured me that my computer was running well and he made some minor suggestions. He did not pressure me into buying or repairing anything that wasnt necessary. He even gave me a few tips to use my laptop more efficiently.

After Microsoft crashed on me I was desperate to get my computer back up and running, beings that my husband does college every night online... I had an appointment with a different business, but they couldnt get to me for three days. So Comp-U-Tech was mentioned, & I called. Dave got my computer right in and we were able to pick it up the same day. I am so thankful that him and Brendan got the problem resolved and back to us the same day! I would highly recommend this business!

Friend took his 5-year old $3000 gaming laptop here for repair. He paid for an hour of diagnostic service. Owner told him it couldnt be repaired and asked customer to pay a $45 extra on top of service fee to take it off his hands. He refused, and I spent a few hours diagnosing computer and soon found it had failed RAM which was easily replaced for $20. In my opinion, Comp-U-Tech lied to my friend and tried to bilk him out of a valuable computer.

Just passing through Farmington from the other side of the country. Needed a replacement screen for my laptop. He went the extra mile to get the screen shipped here overnight and and put it in just as soon as it came in! Thank you so much!!

There were coupons on the front desk. The guy told me I couldnt use one towards my bill because theyre really meant to draw costumers in the door

The owner here is awesome..my son put multiple blu rays in my ps4 he was able to take them out without taking the ps4 apart.. and only charged a small fee..
