I stopped in this AM with a difficult iPad issue and Chris showed me how to reset it myself. So far it is working perfectly and my issue seems to be resolved. He took the time to explain the issues to me,and though I couldn’t get an appointment for a few days he gave me the tools to fix it myself. He went above and beyond to help me. Very satisfied customer( although are you a customer if you don’t pay anything????) Many thanks. This. This is my second dealing with them and I was more than pleased both times. Small town service at its best!
They take weeks longer than promised to take care of a minor computer repair and then try and scan you out of a 50 dollar deposit. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I took my comfy in here and they were able to tell me what my computer will need to be fixed and that it will take about a week which was very convenient for me.

We just hired Expenet to assist us with a computer upgrade. We called them to discuss what we were looking for, they asked a lot of questions to help us figure out what we really needed. The got us an estimate very promptly and were extremely flexible with us in getting the project completed. All said and done, we have had a couple glitches with the new systems, the folks at Expenet have taken care of even the simplest of issues as soon as we made them aware. We ended up spending considerably less on the project thanks to the honesty and knowledge of these professionals. We will continue to use them for all of our IT needs and strongly recommend them for any small business with computer/IT needs.

Cant acess the website, wordfence is throwing a 503. When I called, I got automated phone acting like this is a huge organization with multiple divisions and departments and ultimately left with a voice mail. So if I cant even contact you, how can we do business?
Stopped in a few years ago to get some questions answered and possible computer repair. Got cold reception. Staff makes customer feel inferior and bothersome. Went home to get computer was told about another computer place in Farmington. Went there. WAY better staff. Very helpful, and friendly and computer came back in great condition. The software was fixed. They recovered my old data. Uploaded it onto an external Hard drive for me. Put in a new hard drive into my old computer. Gave me some tips to prevent it from happening in the future. I live far away now but Id totally recommend the shop in Farmington over this place. Ive got some friends that live in the area and they all say the same thing.
Walked into the store because one of my buttons off my keyboard came off,i would off fixed it myself but dew to fact cant use my right hand i thought expenet would give me a hand.Very nice folks it took him less than a min to pop the button back on and than charged me $10.oo. WOW SO OVER PRICED COME ON ITS ENOUGH TOWN OF FARMINGTON SHOPS OVER CHARGE THE COMMUNITY BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY WALL-MART MAKES A BIG BUISNESS
