Monro Auto Service and Tire Center-Fenton is the only place I go for tire service. The staff are friendly and competent, and the prices are reasonable. Though I dont always see the same faces each time I visit, I am consistently treated well by the employees. Thanks for great service!

The guys at Kan Rock Fenton just saved my work week by getting my car in right away on a Sunday to plug a tire despite being already busy. They even rotated my tires for the winter while they were at it. Fair prices and tires and amazing customer service.

Ive had 2 tire emergencies in the past 3 months, 1 for my car and 1 for my daughters car. They helped me out both times! Both experiences were well above 5 stars! Theyre fast, friendly and the work was done correctly! I will no longer mess with the other places, I will go straight to them!

Made an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. Got in same day. Appointment was right on time! The staff here is super welcoming, knowledgeable, and down right awesome! They took great care of my truck and I will never take it elsewhere again! Thanks so much guys! Highly recommend!

CAUTION: DONT BUY THE TIRE WARRANTY. They automatically charge you when getting a quote and it is about $20/tire. I made the mistake to buy it and didnt tell them to take it off. A mount later something went through the side wall. I take it in to get it claimed under warranty and they tell me they are still going to charge me about $55 to fix it. What a scam to buy the warranty. Check your quotes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take it off, not worth the paper it is written on. I would have given zero stars but it would not let me.

This is the best place to get tires and anything else you need for your vehicle! Edward and Ken were beyond amazing! Such a wonderful experience! I had an flat tire on Sunday, which was the 4th of July. Not only did these guys fix my tire quickly, they were some of the friendliest people I’ve met! Great service, even on a holiday when every other tire place was closed! Definitely recommend!!!!

They didnt call when my tires were done. Prices are the same as anywhere else.Edit: I appreciate that the owner is actually reading the reviews. I think that deserves another star. The last thing keeping this from being 5 stars was the fact that I wasnt notified that the wheels I brought in had some damage to them. The team was able to get the tires mounted, but with some difficulty as there is a lot of sealant on some of the beads. Had they notified me, I would have definitely bought new wheels.

Made an appointment online for a 1pm appointment showed up at 1245 and was told they double booked and that I was going to have to wait longer because of it. Take time out of my day to make an appointment only for it not to happen. Terrible customer service and horrible online booking. This would have been our first time bringing a vehicle here and because of the horrible customer service will never bring another vehicle here!

I have had numerous experiences with the location in Fenton and all have been beyond excellent. The managers explain pricing and will even walk you out to show you what is wrong with your vehicle if youre not sure what needs to be fixed or why. Service is quick and friendly always. Wish I give 0 stars. This is a great place to come if you want to overpay for work that doesnt need to be done on your car. I guess it probably didnt help that Im young AND female. Honestly, I have to thank this place for teaching me a valuable lesson that some people really are only looking out for themselves.

One of the best tire shops in town great people great service.Helped me out in a pinch when nobody in town would touch the lock washers on my Porsche cayman.They got it done!Fantastic job.

I was quoted $1300 for bearings, pads and rotors. I did it myself in two hours for less than $200, with better parts. Plus the rotors that were shot were completely fine.

Open on Sunday is an awesome bonus for this place. No mechanic on Sundays though. But the ability to get tire work done on what is often my only day off is great. Only place in the Flint area I could find open on Sundays. Service was fast price was great. It is not very busy in the first hour after they open, or at least it wasnt they day I was there. Will be back.

I was in to have new tires put on my 2008 F250. James was behind the counter and was friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Don changed the tires and did a great job. He didn’t scratch the rims and got the wheel and tire assembly balanced without having to go back a second time (like has happened at the place I had been going). I recently bought the truck and Don took the time to walk around it with me while the wheels were off and point out a number of things (both positive as well as what needed attention). Very knowledgeable and friendly guy as well.I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

I won’t be going here EVER again. the so called “manager” screwed us over and me and my family won’t be wasting our time with them ever again! Last year, I took my car here because it was local and convenient. Don helped me out and claimed I needed a “full synthetic oil change” because my car is 2015, and I was told: “every car that’s a 2010 or older NEED full synthetic.” When I came back to pay, he writes me a bill for $79.95, NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO PAY SO MUCH FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Later on about 6 months down the road, my boyfriend brings his truck to get an oil change just to see how much they would charge him.... $29.99.... EXCUSE ME? I went in there and spoke to James about how I was charged double the price. James was overwhelming embarrassed and surprised that Don would ever think that’s okay to over charge a customer that much. James fixed our problem by giving my boyfriend a free oil change that day, and allowing me to get a free oil change on my car next time it needed one. So today, i head in there excited to get my free oil change that i very much deserved, and it’s DON AGAIN. I explain to him the situation and claims there is “no documentation about the free one on the ford fusion” He is the manager and REFUSED to negotiate, questioning if I was lying as I was so flustered that he was screwing me over for the second time. I left without an oil change and WILL NEVER go back. He’s pathetic and A SCAMMER. He must make commission on over charges and is ridiculous about it. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CHEATERS.

I had a punctured tire on a Sunday morning. Kan Rock and Mike were able to help me out and get me back on the road. They are fast, efficient, and affordable!

Very friendly staff, they do a great job, and treat your car well. I try to always use them for anything tire related! Good prices and they generally have a large selection of tires. I have always had good experiences here. The only reason I cant give them 5-stars is how slow they tend to be. I have never been here without at least a 1 and a half hour wait, usually its a 2-3 hour wait, so that should be fine if you plan on dropping off your car but if you dont youll likely have a long wait.

Excellent service. They are very honest when something is wrong with your car and they will fix it and if it is not they will let you know. Good prices.

Young kid scratched my brand new wheel trying to force them on the machine with the wrong bulkhead. Manager called me and told me they didnt have the right bulkhead and wouldnt be able to mount them. They kind of rushed me out when I went to pick them up and never mentioned scratching the wheel.I went to Unlimited Offroad and they were able to mount them without issue.I filed an insurance claim and its denied because the tech and manager conveniently have temporary amnesia.Avoid these amateurs if you have anything aftermarket.

So this was my first time here and was completely 100% satisfied. I was in town for vacation and needed a tire rotation and balancing as I was behind and didnt have time before leaving and getting on the road, the staff was very friendly and informative along with good prices. Definitely will use again whenever Im in town and need servicing.

The WORST customer service EVER. No phone manners at all. Getting the guy to speak was like pulling teeth. Then I dropped my car off and they could not fix it which is fine but when they called me the guy again on the phone mumbled, couldnt explain to me why they couldnt fix it, barley said two words. Seriously, get someone who is good with customers working the phones and the front desk. Awful Customer service. I will NOT be back.

I live in West Virginia now but still bring my car back on every visit for oil changes, tires, brakes, (this week was a wheel bearing) and whatever else my 257,000 mile SUV needs... Which is often! Always helpful, friendly, and gets the work done quickly. Ive been coming here since I was 16 and had my first car and 20 years later this is the first place I go for auto service. If youre in a bind their 6mo/no interest card is a great option too and has saved me a few times! Nice guys and never feel like theyre just trying to make a sale.

I had a completely flat tire, it was fifteen minutes until closing time on a Friday. I offered to leave the car there and come back but James said no that they could help me right away. Hunter fixed my tire and I was on my way in no time. They stayed late and gave me no attitude that is was late on a Friday. They have always went above and beyond this is not the first time. They have a customer for life and you are a fool if you go anywhere else in Fenton.

Scam artists. They are all talk and make things sound so sweet like you are getting a deal.... tried charging me $744 for a tune up on a grandprix. Got the parts and did it myself for $45... where the got the extra $700 from I would like to know.

I work 7 days a week. I called to see about getting in for tires after work at around 5 pm (they close at 6). Asked about making an appointment and guy was being kinda dicky and says it depends on whats going on at 5. Hello! Thats why I called to make an appointment!! Forget it; Ill go somewhere with better customer service!

No one was able to balance my wheels correctly and these guys did it!!They have a road forced balance machine. Usually high performance garage carry such equipment.People here, especially Mike Swan who is the manager is very kind.My car was making noise and they were about to close the shop, then they took their time to fix the issue at no cost!!! You do not see this every day.Thank You guys!

Never again! I took my car in because my tire pressure was low. 4 hours later, with no call that they said theyd make, I picked up my car. According to them they removed a nail and patched it. By the next morning my tire pressure light was on again. This time I went to Discount Tire who removed a screw and repaired my tire in less than an hour (I was fifth in line when the doors opened).

Just got new tires and 4 wheel alignment done. These guys always have great customer service and do great work been coming here for years...special thanks to Mike Swan he is always willing to go the extra mile to help me when it comes to tires.

Monro (Kan Rock) does an awesome job at great prices for my oil changes and tire rotations. Used to do my own oil changes but it doesn’t make sense at these prices.

Service was awesome, the guys are great! Would have giving 5, but the lobby was f____ng hot. Stood outside nadia the heat index was 95, so that tells you what the lobby was like.

Their work fell apart on the freeway and almost killed me. Had to have a mobile mechanic come to the rescue and repair the 1500 dollars worth of work they just did the day before. Now the 4 brand new tires they just installed always feel flat and sway all over the road. They insist it was just low tire pressure and they fixed it with no new results. I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy

I took my car here for a new tire, they said they could do it. They said it would be done by Monday, I call Monday because I didnt receive a call saying it was done, it wasnt done and they said they couldnt do it. We paid in full for this and still havent been reimbursed 10 days later. Weve called the store, no help, and customer service which is also no help. Weve been told multiple stories, my card wouldnt be charged-it was, it would be reimbured in 2 days, 3 days, 1 week, the accounting guy is on vacation... I paid for a service that was never completed and should have been reimbursed immediately but wasnt. Ill never use this place ever again and recommend that no one else does either.

***Horrible Customer Service!!! Avoid Kan Rock Tire In Fenton!!!***I am normally not a person to leave a bad review, in fact I leave good reviews all the time but Kan Rock Tire in Fenton, MI will never get any of my money. I stopped there today for an alignment. I was surprised when my vehicle was pulled into the bay because myself and two other customers very clearly heard multiple people making rude and vulgar comments about my vehicle. As I approached the service counter, the service writer that was assisting me walked through the door where my vehicle was located and he was laughing. I let him know that myself and the other customers could clearly hear their remarks, he just shrugged his shoulders like he could care less. Needless to say I will never step foot on their property again and I hope that you do not as well. I work hard for my money and deserve better customer service that Kan Rock Tire has to offer!!

Purchased 4 new tires from this place, had a sensor that was supposed to reprogram after driving it, sensor never did... My husband brought it back twice and instead of getting it fixed, both passenger side sensors stopped working. The man working told my husband he didnt have tools that could work with such a newer vehicle (2015???) I had to take my vehicle to another business where they replaced both sensors, found a small hole in one tire, and THREE of 4 out of alignment, additionally, two different wheels had lug nuts that were put on too tight and had to be broken off. We spent $800 at Kan Rock for this??? Wish I could give less than one star. They royally screwed me over. They overtightend my lugs so much that it took my bf literally jumping on the breaker bar just to loosen them, only to have my lug cap break off. Now here we are 3 months later with another flat on a different tire and same thing happened. The guys at the tire store(not kanrock) couldnt get it off.. Ohhhh and not to mention that my tires are just over two years old and theyre already dry rotting even though i still have really good tread..

I took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. My car handled fine before i took it in. After they were done they took my car for a ride, which i thought was odd. When i left my car vibrated horribly, my brakes pulsate and my alignments off. When i called and complained they said it might be a problem with my tires and they would take a look at it. Not about to let them touch my car again. And Discount Tire says my tires are in great shape.

Came in to have a tire switched over, was told that it would be a 4hr wait cause they were so busy but yet 3 out of the 4 bays were empty and there was two cars in the parking lot....went to your competition on the other side of town and got in within 10 min and wasnt charge cause of my troubles with you
