I had some warranty work started before the CoVid shut down. The Service Consultant I was working with left his employment at Vic Canever, so there was no follow up when things reopened. I called in July and connected with Service Consultant Patrick Sassine, who immediately put in motion a repair and loaner rental. Additional follow up was needed but I had to wait for another part. He notified me when it arrived, and I took my Tahoe in yesterday. Patrick arranged for another loaner and had my warranty work completed in 24 hours. His communication and attention are very much appreciated. He provided outstanding service. I will bring all my non-warranty work to him. Thanks, Patrick!

Alot going on with the pandemic! Patrick has been our go to person, hes very helpful and always ready to help us getting our 2007 truck in for service. Theres one thing though, everytime our truck is in for service, were asked if wed like our truck washed, we say yes, but yet it never gets washed!

I bought my truck here and get better service from other dealerships. They must expect everyone to own two daily drivers since they wont offer loaner cars every time I have requested. I have showed up and talked to a salesman for 5 mins then it seems to be no problem for him to pull a car up for me to drive for a few hours so why cant I get one at the service desk. I keep trying to give this dealership more chances but every time I am left angry and disappointed.

Tye was a great salesperson! I dont typically like the car buying experience, but Tye was exceptional. He was thorough, he didnt try to talk us into anything we didnt want, he made sure the vehicle were bought was clean, just an all around great experience and I cannot recommend him enough!The dealership is always clean though a nice waiting area and a nice kids area.

Great service, top notch employees and customer service. Stopped in to get an estimate for a dent in the back panel of my truck. The Collision/Body Shop Manager decided to grab someone and have him suction out the dent right then. Didnt even charge me for it. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my future service needs.

The person in the parts department on Saturday January 25th 2020, was helpful, polite, and attentive. Although they did not have the part I was looking for he offered to order it and have it in 1 hour and also gave me the names of other dealerships in the area that did have it in stock.

Free coffee, donut, oil change, no complaints! Ok, the free oil change technically cost me about $25,000... but moving on, waiting area is nice and the service was performed in a timely manner.

Called about a CPO car on the lot. Was referred to a sales man who was more interested in his vacation than putting any effort into selling me a car.Never got the promised gift card for taking a test drive.I bought a car at a different dealer a week later.

Not happy with their service department brought my truck in with error codes showing they couldnt get me in for over a week they finally got me in kept the vehicle for 2 days so they couldnt find anything wrong with it and then told me they had error codes but I wasnt complaining about those problems so they werent fixing it and a brand new vehicle that was almost $70,000. The service tech that went me up said that to me and pissed me off. I feel if you find a problem even if I didnt mention the issue FIX IT chemical is under full warranty I blame gm and this dealer for not making it right.

My Daughter bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The car was inspected and a leak was found in the seal of the power train. We have called to get this issue rectified since the vehicle was pre certified the leak should have been found in the certification. This dealership has been RADIO SILENT, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, NOTHING, this is the opposite treatment from when they were trying to sell the vehicle. Low Level Customer Service.

The body shop didnt want to respond to my insurance companies requests. The insurance company works for me therefore Im citing poor customer service causing me hours of phone time to deal with the headache. Go next door to the GMC dealership next time, my last experience with them was great. Shouldnt have expected them to be professional grade at a Chevy dealership. Also me and insurance company were told different reasons for delays... dont lie to me. F me? No f u

Brought my truck here 4 times for the same thing and its still not fixed...1st time they said nothing was wrong. The second they replaced a steering shaft but it made the noise worse and the check engine light was on. I talked to the service manager he was quick to apologize and said theyd take care of it right away. Brought the truck back and they fixed the check engine light but were unable to solve the original problem. The 4th time they replaced the shaft again this time I think they did it right because the noise was not worse like it was last time but it didnt fix it it sounds exactly the same a clunking noise and something is loose in the steering. I was surprised they just have it back but I guess I shouldnt be I called and was told to leave a message with the service manager and I did but its been 3vdays and still no call back Im not even sure If i even w should bring my truck to vic canever ever again
