Wow. Detailed, fair priced, convenient, fast... they even detailed my interior (and I had just take a road trip with 2 shedding dogs and a baby) and buffed a few scratches unrelated to my repair. So kind too. They remembered me. Honestly I don’t want to need collision repair again but I truly wish I could work with this team again!

The service I received was incredible! After getting into a small accident in my 2018 Terrain, I knew I had to take it to a GMC collision center for repair, as they know their brand the best. From the time of dealing with insurance to the time I picked up my vehicle, Curt, the service manager was 100% helpful and communicative. My car looks brand new again - though I hope to not ever be in another accident, I would go here time-and-time again!

Basically refused to give me an estimate for damages done to my truck.

I could not be happier with the service that Andy Mohr Collision Center provides! From the moment I hit something on the highway and needed towed to their facility to the day I got my vehicle back good as new, they assured me that everything would be okay and made it a quick and painless process. David and the rest of the staff at the collision center are all very helpful, understanding, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Accidents happen, but getting your car repaired shouldnt add stress to an already painful experience. Helen & Curt were great to work with from start to finish.

Calling around for places that can do a frame test was easy, but finding one that is available without the long month wait was hard. I gave Andy Mohr collison center a call and they were able to get me scheduled in two weeks. My truck was hit by a semi and possible frame damage. However Angie said no frame damage was found and a leaf spring was replaced. The truck still dipped in the back, so I asked for them to look at it again. Overall, they did and reserved a rental for me out of their pocket. Angie said they did a second frame test and checked for other causes. I trust her word, and do not have to worry about frame damage being an issue anymore.

Very slow and they do not stick to their word! I was quoted a day and a half of service and it took three and I was never informed of it being longer I had to personally call three separate times. After finally picking up my car from being fixed from wreck damage, there was a new scratch on the side of my car. Not impressed at all.
