Our experience with Caliber Collision could not have been better. No one wants to hassle with car repairs, but if you have to, this is the place to help you through it. From our first call, K-Sondra at the front desk took amazing care of us. She is kind, competent, detail-oriented and completely on top of it. Our Service Advisor, Chris, stayed in close touch with us throughout the process and ensured that our vehicle was repaired to perfection, as if we were good friends he was taking care of. He went above and beyond in my book. If we are ever in need of this service again, Caliber will be our go to.

Hopefully, we will never need to use Caliber again, But!!!, if we do need collision repair, I am DAM glad they are there! Professional is an understatement! The quality of work was amazing! I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else

I was recommended to Caliber by a friend after a recent hail storm had dented every surface of my vehicle. I was able to get an appointment quickly and had all damages repaired and replaced. Nearly a hundred dents repaired, chrome replaced and painted hood that matches exactly. I was extremely pleased with the services, turn around time and the communication from the Manager - Jesse. Great overall experience, would highly recommend!

Caliber Collision made getting my vehicle repaired after extensive hail damage as smooth as possible. From the estimate to scheduling to repair they were on it. Customer satisfaction is obviously a priority for Caliber Collision and it shows. I highly recommend them.

I have used caliber on a few occasions to fix my genesis, Murano, and Honda Accord. I received a new spoiler aftermarket, and brought it to them because I wanted to have a professional installation done- in case some weird scenario popped up. I spoke with Justin and he looked at it and it was super simple he said but he was worried that the aftermarket spoiler may not work- just being cautious. I advised him I understood and the wing was not that expensive. He told me I dont want to charge you in case it doesnt work and it would only take 10 minutes to install. So he said come back tomorrow after lunch. I came by after lunch, they got me in, brought me back to view the placement before permanently fixing it to the car. And it looks great. Very professional, kept his word, clean job. When ever I have had to have something fixed, usually due to a 3 rd party vendor, they have been on it. Great job!!!! I highly recommend them. My car was in an accident in March 2020 right at the start of the pandemic. Caliber was recommended to me, so I gave it a shot! I have never looked back. They did a fantastic job in a time when nothing was easy. David B. walked me through start to finish on every step of my repair. After having my car back for a year, we had a slight issue with a part. I called David up again and without hesitation he made it right! They have a costumer for life. I will continue to use and recommend this caliber (and David) for any repairs needed! Keep up the great work David!

Had bumper repaired and painted on our Verano. Work turned out great. Tiffany and all the employees we encountered were great. Tiffany kept us apprised of the progress of work.It was seamless!

This Caliber is awful, I will never recommend them to anyone I know. I got in an accident on June 6th and still don’t have my car back, it is now August 11th. They told me it would be done multiple different times and never was. Their communication skills are not very impressive. They tried putting after market parts on my leased car after asking them not to. I had to personally go to Honda to order a part that Caliber said they couldn’t get until middle of August, I received the part directly from Honda within 24 hours. I then delivered it to the body shop and called a few days later and they told me I never dropped it off which I did. Their communication within the facility and with their customers is lacking. They then called me a few days ago telling me my car was done, I was excited and went to pick it up and it was still messed up. They didn’t fix it properly, the driver door was not put back on correctly and it was very visible that it wasn’t done correctly. I now have to leave my car there even longer. I complained multiple times and they continued to make excuses as to why it want done. Never once said sorry or took ownership of not doing their job. They don’t have good customer service what so ever and will not compensate at all. Don’t recommend this place at all, very disappointed.

Pulled in for a bad wheel and a separate flat tire. Theyve had the car for 2 full weeks and refuse to call me back with updates. After 2 days of me calling and them never returning that call, I finally get someone who says they havent even started. The original time of 10 working days is now out the window. Nobody has even looked at my car and theyve had it for 10 days. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They dont care.

This is a late entry !! I took my car to Caliber Collisions almost a month ago ! There was just a few things I wish I would have known upfront but the overall experience and the work done on my car was great !! I hardly ever leave reviews but I received compliments on their service to my car so I decided to give them a review!!!

The work done was done as promised in time, and the quality of the work was excellent.The staff was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. I was kept up to date throughout the repair process, sand my truck looks like new. I wouldnt hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again if needed!

Caliber Collision is a great company to work with. They are over and above in workmanship and customer service. I cannot tell where the damage was on my car, flawless. They kept me up to date every step of the way. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I had my first service interaction with Caliber Collision on 3/12/21. From entrance to departure, the experience was professionally on top of things, lead by Jesse McShanog, Asst. GM and Production Mgr. I met Jesse around 2008 when in need of Jeep service and new to Indy. Jesse has proven over the years to be a leader in his field, always honest, on-time, helpful, providing excellent advice as well as follow-through, and exceeding expectations in the work. His customer service is unparalleled and Caliber is fortunate to have this kind of representation and leadership. Upon entry to Caliber Collision, I was addressed immediately, the work began on time, I was seated in an area I could work on laptop, the facility is appealing and clean upon entry, and the front-office staff was professional and kind. I am a new fan and will use Caliber Collision in the future. Definitely a 5 out of 5.

My car was sent to Caliber Collision by my insurance Company Allstate. I was concerned because I didnt know anything about this place. But so far I am very happy. David B. has been the most helpful and considerate person I have ever dealt with at a repair shop. I will be referring my family and friends who need repair. Had an estimate on my fiancé’s door handles and wheels to be painted and even though we went a different route the staff was very professional and insightful! Highly recommend and will use them in the future if needed

Want to give a huge shout out to David B. Extremely professional, courteous, and made the experience flawless. I had a horror story w my last repair shop and was dreading this experience. Our truck was hit while parked and had a lot of damage. We took it to Caliber Collision and they were very detailed into looking at the damage and didnt accept cheap parts to just replace on the vehicle. David was very helpful and knowledgeable through out the process and always kept us updated. He made a not so fun situation, better.

I backed out of the garage and the rear door was open. Bent the frame of the door and had a space at the top of the rear window, Took it to Caliber Collison. He fixed it in 5 minutes. said it was an easy fix and NO CHARGE. Amazing service. Highly recommend

I worked with David Borkowski on repairs for body repair on another individuals auto, and I just cant say enough on how great it was to work with David throughout the quote and repair process. He was extremely professional and quickly put me at ease with a difficult situation. Considering my interaction with David, Ill use this location of Caliber going forward, when I have the unfortunate need for body work or repairs.

Caliber fixed my sons car after someone backed into him. It was a hit and run. His car was parked and they hit it so hard that it broke the radiator suspension.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. The office staff and Dave kept me informed. They always go above and beyond for me. After my car accident, I just immediately took my car here. They are integrated with my insurance company, American Family. I can call my insurance company, Caliber will know I am coming and my rental car will be waiting at Caliber for me when I get there. I don’t have to do anything, which is hugely helpful, especially after an accident. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car.

Don at Caliber Collision on Technology Ln went above and beyond to help me save my car. When the insurance wanted to just write the car off as a total loss, Don went to battle and found a way to save the car. He kept me informed every step of the way.Don really pulled through for me on this and I plan to come back to him if I ever need any further repairs done in the future.

A tree fell on my 2016 F150. A few days later it was rear ended, then side-swiped. 3 separate claims, damage to every panel top-to-bottom on the trucks left side. Abra was quick, professional, and kept me in the know, it was nice to be told what was being replaced and why. I got the truck back looking and performing exactly as well as before the accidents took place. Im not even sure how they could repair the damage above the C pillar so well, but they did. Fantastic service and easy to do business with.

Very professional. Highest degree of professionalism I have experienced from an autobody shop ever. I went through Geico express so perhaps that had something to do with the great service I received as well.

Friendly customer service, reasonable prices considering how expensive collision repair is, and a short turnaround. My car only took 4 days to get dents pulled, repainted and a whole new driver side mirror assembly.

My pick up appointment wasnt ready; i ended up waiting 30 minutes to pick up my van. Unbeknownst to me, when they worked on my van they removed a bunch of stuff from my trunk (I didnt think it would need to be removed to perform the repair). Instead of simply putting the items in cabin of my van, they removed my winter emergency kit, shovel, etc from my van and didnt put it back when the repair was complete. I didnt figure out it was missing until the first big snow.... I then called and they found it, and I had to make a special trip back to pick it up. Does not seem like they value the customers time.

They are the only place I would ever use for auto body service. Timely, good communication, fair price, great attitude, and they even cleaned up my cluttered interior, which was a very welcome surprise.

I went here to get an estimate to repair my car and was told that they couldnt do that until receiving an assignment from insurance. I called another collision shop and they were more than happy to do the estimate for me. ABRA penalized me for trying to get ahead of the game and as a result I wont be going back.

Had an insurance claim and ABRA was one of the recommended partners. They were awesome! The vehicle looks great. Received multiple phone calls regarding the status of my vehicle, and they even did a quick clean of the inside of the vehicle. I had a 4 inch large scratch on the complete opposite side of my vehicle unrelated to the accident which I asked if they could put some paint on and they did free of charge. It wasnt polished or perfect but its way better than before and at no charge, it was an excellent deal!Wife also forgot our garage door opener in the rental car and they called and had it ready for us to pick up. Wont go anywhere else.

I recently has my van here after a car accident, they did a horrible job on the front of my van. They suppose to paints and repair the damage on the front but after 2 day getting it back all my paint was chipping and the paint was all bubbles. We brought the van back and show them they told us that is out fault that happen, but our hoods got not chips or anything just where they fixed has chips and dots all over. They said they get back to us what they can do and it been over 2 week and we still got nothing back from them. I will get a hold of our insurance and get a lawyer involved because this is just not right. The repair of 2 thousand something and they just do it just to get the job done. I highly recommend everyone to save their time and head ache and fine a better place that actually doing there job for what they pay for. I have work with abra auto shop in Westfield and they did an amazing job and was hoping here they would be the same but shame on me for not going back to the place i has a good experience with. Now i have to deal with all the headaches this place has caused us.

Staff was great. My car was towed here after being declared totaled post accident. Staff helped me get my stuff out and removed my license plates.

Quick and professional service. Nobody likes having to get bodywork done on their cars, but if you have to I recommend ABRA.

I had two spots of damage and very specifically said during the estimate I wanted it arranged to get all work done at once. After I got insurance worked out I contacted the shop to arrange a start date. After a week at the shop I was told my vehicle would be available on July 26th (11th day). However on the 25th I was contacted by a person who happily informed me my vehicle would be ready “by the end of the month”. When I informed them I was told Thursday they had no explanation. On the 31st I called to confirm it would be done that day and was told it would not. I finally was able to pick it up on the 1st. However upon picking it up I learned they had only done one part of the work. They said they weren’t aware I wanted both jobs done. No one bothered to contact me at the beginning of the job to confirm the work. I was without my car for 17 days and didn’t even get it fixed as I wanted. I won’t even recommend ABRA

Never take your car here! These people have zero attention to detail. They did not correctly fix my car and tried to return it to me. There reason was VWs are complicated. If you dont know how to fix it then dont take my money and attempt a fix. I brought it back to have them try again and they managed to scratch and chip a different peice...They said they would call me to repair again after they order the parts. They never called and im not bothering to call back because I will never return.
