They put a new radiator fan in for me last year and had problems with it recently. They checked over my car and made sure it was safe. Definitely a trustworthy place to bring my car.

Absolutely the best auto repair service in the area. They are reasonable, they take time to explain things, and they are downright nice. If I lived in Noblesville or Indy, I would still go there.

Hand down the best and most honest place you can take your vehicle for service. I’ve been going here for years and never had a single issue or complain against their service or recommendation. They’ll even tell you if the repair is even worth getting done, unlike other places such as dealerships that are just looking to make some easy money.

Nice people, but each time Ive taken my car here Ive left with issues. About a month ago, I took my car for an oil change and inspection. After I left, I received notifications on my dash saying I needed an oil change (this notification hadnt been appearing before I took my car in). Im confident they changed the oil, so I didnt think much of it. However, my car started to sound worse and worse, and a few days later the electronic throttle and battery indicator came on. I took it in again, and they said I likely needed a new battery. I had just replaced my battery less than 6 months prior, so I asked them to inspect what might be causing the indicator to come on, and if that was why then engine sounded so poor. When I got a call that my car was ready, they said everything was fine and that my engine was running how an engine should be. Here I am a month later, my engine has sounded progressively worse since leaving there, and I just found out my alternator belt has been loose the entire time and has been tossing metal around the engine--which is what was causing the noise. So, after having my car inspected and serviced by them, I can only chalk this up to either a lack of care for the customer, or to a lack of attention to detail--neither of which is great, nor does it reconcile easily with their 4.7 Google rating. My best guess is that people who have had bad experiences here havent taken the time to leave an honest review. I dont know if it would have saved me any money had they identified the problem correctly (although it definitely wouldve been better for my cars engine), but having it handled in this way certainly ruined any trust I had in them. Disappointing.

10/10 would recommend and will be back with any car issues in the future. Ryan was extremely helpful and kind on the phone and in person and they went the extra mile to help me out and get the job done. Very much appreciated.

Tire Central, specifically the managers, Eric and Ryan, ALWAYS exceed my expectations for diagnosis, service, timeliness, and price. They are honest, fair, and competent. I have brought my fleet to TC for years. They have always earned my business.

Erik, the manager, walks you through everything and all of the options, and provides his thoughts.It’s unfortunate that sometimes it’s hard to find trustworthy and moral business practices when it comes to car repairs and the endless possibilities of what could be wrong, but that is not the case here.I trust bringing my vehicles here and getting the honest and best, and possibly, worst case scenario.

This is a great shop. We have taken several different vehicles here for anything from oil changes to water pump replacements and they always get the job done for a fair price. They also back up their work. You will see the same people working the front counter every time you go there which is nice to see a familiar face. The building is nothing fancy but thats what makes the prices affordable for customers! Check them out for sure!

Ive used them three times for tire patching, and they always go the extra mile and made me feel comfortable. They have a top-notch front office and their service technicians dont mind questions.Their prices are decent, but its the extras that I like. For instance, they will do an oil change for typical pricing, but if you bring your own oil, theyll only charge you 15 dollars. That means you can get a full synthetic oil change for a decent price without doing it yourself!

Easily the best car service place I have been. I have had to do a couple of bigger repairs and they have done a perfect job and got my car back to me faster than expected both times. Twice I have brought it in for what I thought was going to be expensive repairs and left paying $0 and $25. I trust this place and the people there more than anywhere I have been, truly great people that I always recommend to my friends!!!

Great customer service and pricing. Honest and fair. They’ll beat discount tire pricing and provide much better service, not to mention they use a Hunter Roadforce machine to balance all tires included in their price. Discount tire doesn’t have those machines. Do yourself a favor and give Tire Central a shot.

These guys are awesome. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They do much more than tires here. I moved to a more central location in Indianapolis but still drive 20 minutes up to Fishers to bring my car here for service because they are so awesome.

The 7 a.m. opening time worked well for me. My tire was blown the evening before and I needed a quick replacement or repair. I thought it could be repaired. They said no. I was fine with getting a new tire actually. The price wasnt great. Not bad. Overall I was pretty happy they were available at 7 a.m. and overall satisfied with the service. I made it to work on time. I should probably give them five stars because of that.

Eric is an amazing Store Manager,... He did a great job, and was very pleasant to work with.... I had purchased wheels and tires, from them in 2015, and I noticed that the finish was peeling off, of the rims... So Erik had me come by the store, he took photos, and a copy of my original receipt, and contacted the original supplier if the rims/wheels, and then left me a message that they were covered under a life- time warranty.... He ordered replacement rims,.... had delivered to them,... in a couple of days,... he called and left me a message, that the rims were in,... and to give him a call to schedule my appointment for swapping out the bad ones.... I also observed him explaining the reason for the tire options he was presenting to an older female customer,..... And I dont think I have ever seen anyone,... in any job,... know more about their merchandise than Erik does... It was absolutely amazing... I almost wanted to buy the tires he was explaining,... and I dont need any....LOL.... Thank-you Erik for your wonderful service,... and to the guys who do the labor work in the stores,..... as they dont run only with just management.... Great job everyone I will be back and recommend you... Love my replacement rims....

Eric, Ryan, and their team get the job done every time! This has been our go to place for repairs since moving to Fishers in 2012. The pricing is reasonable for being centrally located right in downtown Fishers. Other repair places we have tried in the area (even if they can manage to beat the price) usually charge a pretty hefty fee just to diagnose the vehicle. Ryan and Eric get the quote without already cutting in to your wallet. I like having the option to think it over and choose what I want to do. They are also quite timely and that is important when you are down a vehicle.

This is the absolute best auto service shop Ive ever been to and Ill never go anywhere else! Im a single Mom who knows nothing about cars and they have always taken great care of me. Ive been going there about 3 years now. Ryan and Eric are the managers and they are very honest and have never told me I needed something that I really didnt. In fact, just the opposite. Another shop told me I needed brakes and they said I didnt and I didnt! They are all just really good guys there and are willing to always help you out and at a very reasonable cost! Ive been having this garage work on my cars for over 15 years. Theyve never let me down. The prices on tires has always extremely competitive and done to my satisfaction. Theyve saved me from my attempts of dyi more than once.. when something is outside my ability (or in the border) to do it myself, I call these guys first.

We have had old cars for many years, and consequently needed repairs several times. From 2005 to 2015, we have taken multiple cars (and even our RV) there and ALWAYS left feeling good about their service, the cost and value, and about the staff. Many times they saved us money, sending us away at no charge and advising a cheaper alternative despite the fact they spent time assessing and testing the problem.Originally I mentioned in this review that in 2015 I was starting to feel like things are changing with regard to the staff, but here in 2017 that feeling is long gone. Eric especially is perhaps the best service person of any kind in the state!

I was able to purchase tires online and schedule the appointment. It took about as long as expected and with everything being paid in advance it was very efficient. Would definitely recommend!

I am SO relieved to discover these guys. The manager - Eric B - is honest and forthright in his dealings with customers. Further, he is COMPETENT.Im an engineer who is responsible for 1/2 million dollar satellite production trucks and a hobbyist who maintains my own motorcycles. The level of uncaring incompetence Ive seen in in the big-box store auto service departments (Pep Boys / WalMart) is deplorable.It is a breath of fresh air to deal with Tire Central and Eric. I had a flat tire in Indy, 60 miles from home. Other places didnt even have the tire I needed. Tire Central had two brands available. They were so helpful that I changed all 4!. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly.

Wish I could give them a good review because its a convenient location, but thats just not the case. They totally ripped me off. Ryan agreed to the services I requested and agreed to use the coupon I presented, and then he charged me double the price when I came to pick it up. Female customers beware.

Dont come here to repair tires, this one has no credibility. My tire is broken. They said that my tire is not repairable and I need to replace it with a new one. I paid for it. Then I took the broken tire and went to other places to repair the tire. As a result, another company repaired my broken tire and didnt need to replace it with new one. It is repairable.

Ive always had good luck with these guys. They always fix fairly quickly and reasonably. I have taken it to them to get a second opinion and it is always cheaper at good year.

Tire Central rocks. They fix what needs to be fixed and dont try to sell me things I dont need and their prices are reasonable. You can get in for an appointment reasonably quickly and the time estimate they give you for how long it will take to do the work is accurate. I will always go to Tire Central!

We ended up switching from another auto repair place to this one because these guys are honest and practical. I brought in my Honda van because the TPMS light came on the dashboard when it was really cold outside. They told me my tires were a little under-inflated, aired them up, and sent me on my way. No charge. I brought in my daughters car that was suddenly making a loud whop whop whop sound. They said the brake cover was deteriorated; we didnt need it with ceramic brakes, so they tore it off. No charge. They have treated me so well I bring all my auto repairs to them.

I had a leak in my tire. I went to five tire places (three large retailers) all either declined because they were too busy even though two of them, I arrived an hour and half before they closed and BEGGED one of the men to help me because the air just kept going out. I used Google to find Tire Central. Spoke with Erik. I thought maybe he heard the desperation in my voice, no they are just stand up people. He sold me a tire. I went back the next week because a good deal and service he gave me to complete my set. I will forever use them as long as they are in the city. Their service is second to none and I so appreciate them going the extra mile to get me back on the road. Thanks Erik and Tire Central!

Good customer service, and prices/specials...

Ive always had good service from Goodyear Service in Fishers and in Mooresville. They can be busy sometimes - but that means theyre good and I can vouch for that. If you schedule an appointment prior you can usually get in and out quickly. Ive taken my 2004 Mazda 6 and 2005 Chevy Equinox here since 2009 and have had identical repairs done between then and another shop in town. They were not only 40% less expensive but they explained what I should look out for in the future to avoid the repair a third time. The other guys didnt do that. They will do a diagnostic for free and will help out when youre in a bind (plug a tire for free, etc.) Im the guy who asks a bunch of questions when any place tries to up-sale me and I feel I get good honest answers from the service reps here. Theyve even told me if somewhere else is cheaper to do what theyve diagnosed to save some cash.

Been to many other garages in fishers this one was my best experience by Far the manager Eric went above and beyond the call of duty to keep me in the loop about the progress of my vehicle thank you very much

I took my brand new rims here to have place on my car. Upon pickup I noticed kind of a gummy material on the edge of my wheel as I went to wipe it off it exposed metal and a scrape underneath the powder coat finish. At first the manager assured me he would set him off to be powder coated and repaired and give me $150 to reimburse me. I am currently taking a job transfer out of state and unable to drop my car off for 3 days especially when I would have to rent a car during that time in order for them to send off my wheels to powder coat. I went in there today to request a settlement and now he is refunding $120 which is what I paid to have the tires and wheels put on my car. So now I have three of the four brand new rims damaged that I paid for but at least I got my install fee back. I would never go back to them again, especially since there was a Plasti Dip material over the scrapes intentionally trying to cover up the damage.
