Another great experience here. Came in for a tire repair and was in and out in 30 mins (luckily they were not busy). Have bought numerous tires from Discount Tire and this is my favorite location.

James was a peice of…… he was something. Said my back tires were both in need of completely new tires (the other tire was fine) but he refused to repair the tire until I bought 2 new tires. I had the warranty on all my tires so it should have been free to fix the tire with the nail in it and put air in the other tire. But he was adamant I pay for 2 new tires. All in all got a new tire and when I went to pick it up he was extremely rude like I was ruining his day.

Placed an order online and got an appointment in the same day. They had 4 new tires installed in less than 45 minutes. Good price, fast service. I will be coming back when my other car needs tires.

We have been going to the store since it was built on olio Road. Yesterday my son dropped his car to replace two tires and but during pick up he found brakes dead/gone and hand brake light on. Some thing happened to our car brakes while it was in this store. My son asked them they denied every thing. We will never go back again to this store. To all those who drop their car there ..please make sure every thing works in your car when you pick it up.

Staff is too overworked to care. Went in for a rotation and one tire was low. After 20 minutes in line I settled for a free tire inflation they have set up in the back. The young man working it needed my help in determining how much air my tire should be inflated to. Then says its too low, and I need to go back in to have them look at it. 15 minutes later the desk gives me the story about how they will need to put the spare on if its not repairable because they have to order the tire, etc.. They were trying to discourage me at every corner. They SO did not want to help me. I know the tire is just low, and I say Ill need to wait. Ive been there for over 30 minutes already, and they tell me three hours if I want to wait. I say I cant wait that long, and they toss me back my key fob. No sorry or good day. They said nothing more. They just tossed me my key and walked away. They had no problem sending me down the road on a clearly low tire. I go (went) to Discount Tire for Peace of Mind. What a joke.

Confirm youre busy.... but youll be with them asap.So Im get new tires for our expedition -- somewhere else. Ignoring a guest standing in front of you - is rude and ignorant.

I seldom if ever write these, but todays events require an exception.Today I visited the Olio Rd. store to have a tire replaced that had been ordered twice, only to find it still hadnt arrived. Having purchase multiple sets of tires from this location I was frustrated as the needed tire was a safety concern, and it was going to be several more days before it could arrive. Upon hearing of the issue, the assistant Manager, Drew, stepped in with a solution. Not only did he help prevent a potentially dangerous situation, he has without a doubt created a customer for life.

Wife ran over something Thursday night (4-12-18) resulting in two flat tires on the left side of the car. Towed the car to Discount Tire that night.They replaced the tires the next day Friday (4-13-18), without calling before doing the service as the paperwork in the drop off box states will happen.Wife drives to work the next day and experiences severe vibrations and the tire sensors come on. This is highway driving. I retrieve the vehicle from her workplace and drive it myself. Severe vibrations. I take it directly back to Discount Tire. After a 3+ hr wait (Saturday) They fix the car. The mechanic says there is something a little wrong with the left rear rim. he says I am good to go and hands me the keys.I drive home, purposely taking the highway. Vibration still there. I get home, take off the LR. What do I see? A bent rim. They let my wife drive off on two bent rims, without notifying her!!! They did the same with me the next day only telling me there is a little something wrong with the LR.It is extreme negligence to not inform someone of bent rims. The rims were both bent on the inside and would not have been readily noticeable.I used E.R. Wheel repair to get the rims straightened. E. R. Wheel tells me that Discount Tire has a contract with a wheel straightening company. Probably would have used them if Discount Tire had told me that I even had bent rims.Discount Tire. Extreme Negligence

I love Discount Tire on Olio road. I have done business there for about 10 years. Its like customer service in the old days before profits compromised customer service in many places. Today, while I was safely waiting in my car per protocol, I saw a young girl drive in with a hubcap problem, and obviously no appointment. The technician came out to greet her, and immediately fixed the problem. There was no bill, it was just goodwill. I love that! Then, they rotated my tires very quickly and politely, again free as part of their roadside protection coverage that I would highly recommend. I recommend this business every chance I get.

These guys are phenomenal! Under promised, over delivered, and got me a great deal. I got a screw in the sidewall of my tire in my new car. I only had it for a week and the tires were put on new by the dealership. Thankfully, they called the tire company and they honored a courtesy warranty and I got a discount on the new tire. The guys at discount tire didnt have to call like that, I would have never known better. But they did and I was super happy. The tire came in by 9 am the next day and I was good to go by 11. Thanks guys!

Best service and customer care I have ever experienced in the car industry. I made my appt. for 9. I got there about 840 and my car was done a little after 9. They gave me many options to choose from and did not pressure me in a more expensive tire. After rebates and a small tire credit I got the best tires possible for almost the same price as the cheaper tires. My car basically feels like it is driving new again!

Once I get the tires and service everything is great. My issue with this location specifically since moving here has been getting the tires and service. Its been roughly a coin toss on if product comes in. If not Ive always had to be the one to call back and ask what is going on. Today is my third trip back to follow up on something Im paying almost $1000 for. Now Im being told that there was a flood at their local distributor even though its been sunny the past couple of days and no one gave any notification when we ordered the tires from them. Seems like code for I forgot to order the tires to me. Id appreciate upfront and honest service that under promises and over delivers. I seem to get the opposite. Like I said, once the tires come in there seems to be no issue. I just wish it wasnt such an uphill battle for even mid range service.Update:There was a legitimate flood from a bad sprinkler system at their distributor. The team worked with me today to get me in and out as soon as the product came in. I do wish for clearer communication but credit where credit is due, there was an incident that was out of their hands.

Im sure they thought I was nuts but they professionally took what I brought them and solved the puzzle. Now I have a set of summer and winter tires and they can take care of me every spring and fall. Went there to get my audi wheel patched and came back initially not thinking to look at the wheel or tire because I figured they would have done a great job. When I detailed my car the next day I saw damage on the wheel and my custom valve stem cap missing. 3 years ago I took my Evo X and they had to replace 2 of my wheels for damage. It’s not good to have a team rush to get jobs done. They need to train their employees to do good work not fast work to avoid situations like this.

Just needed to get 2 tires mounted on 2 wheels. Took in at 8:35am and only 1 other customer at the time but still took a while for someone to help me. Finally after me having to explain what i needed since apparently i need 2 tires mounted on 2 wheels is a hard concept to understand. After finally understanding the guy had me pull around to 1st bay to unload. Dont ever take your car here if you need stuff unloaded. Guy who took out the tires and wheels did not care about the interior of my Tesla at all. Got my Alcantara headliner dirty and got tire around headrest of seat that was down and instead of figure out how to get it off just yanked on tire until free also then getting back of passenger seat dirty. I didnt have time to talk to manager right away because of not a quick process of just dropping tires off i was running late for work. Tried to call back in when i got to work but no answer. They were supposed to call to let me know they were ready. 4:30pm comes around hasnt heard anything so i call in and yes there ready. Waited again because i waited outside like sign said another customer came after me but went inside of course they helped her first. I had already paid and just needed to pick up shouldve been under 5 min process. Anyways talked with manager told him if people want to be lazy shouldve told me and i wouldve unloaded myself. Yes he gave me my 42.00 dollars back which i said i wasnt letting him know to get 42.00 back and that i could care less about 42.00. Detailing an interior of a car cost more than that. So then guy who loaded them also was careless and i ended up having to help him load. Makes me wonder if i should even trust putting these wheels/tires on my car. Also my wheels were clean but now they are dirty.

I came here for a second opinion on what was essentially a metal rod in a tire. I was told elsewhere this was non-repairable. I was ready to buy a new tire. The guys here were not only super courteous and diligent but they also quickly repaired the tire and to my surprise, did not charge me a dime. Outstanding service. I will come back in the future for my tire needs.

I recently stopped in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I love Discount Tire, because no matter which location you purchase your tires you can get service at any of their locations. This location on Olio road has a large and comfortable seating area. The technicians were quick and courteous.

I did and they did, even though it meant the crew had to stay over half an hour after closing. Friendly and efficient. Fast service, good prices, and honest advice. I appreciate that they allow drop-ins, as we have needed emergency service a couple times. Waiting is not a problem in those cases considering they are squeezing us in. Appointments are handled promptly, so if you can plan ahead it will save you time.

Kevin was tremendous... the screw in our tire was fixed in less than an hour and he recommended we NOT rotate the tires due to the wear pattern and timing of needed replacement. After a free repair, we’ll definitely be visiting for replacement when the time comes.

This is the second time I have taken one of my cars there. The first time they lose my key and my car has to get towed to dealer. I am without my car for several days and had to miss work. They offered to give me a discount on new rims, well I didnt want new rims. I was really being understanding and say look, how about a decent discount the next couple of times I get tires. The manager, John I believe, says he will do that. So I go back and the guy doesnt even remember me. Should have known better. So this last time I go to pick it up my other car after 4 new tires and the inside of my cream colored interior is filthy. The staff and manager on duty acted like it was no big deal. When I show them the filth on the steering wheel, seat and doors the guy tells me, We dont use any kind of protection when working on vehicles. So they bring out some Clorox wipes and the staff member that soiled the car says (with an apathetic inflection) well, if we cant clean the car well just have to pay to get detailed. It took everything I had to hold back. My car isnt a Maserati but I did pay 40k for it and like to keep it nice. If you have a car with light colored interior go at your own risk. ... or should I say go at your own risk no matter what kind of car you have.

The website gives the out the door price, which is good. Many other tire shops make it difficult to get the real total. Im happy with my tires but the installer cracked one of my hubcaps and getting a replacement from them was more trouble than it should have been. They gave me a used one that had been repainted and didnt exactly match my originals.

Had a flat tire. This place was the closest. Came in at 12:30. Was told it would be 1.5 hours. Over 2 hours later, and they haven’t even taken my car back. Went and asked what the hold up was, and I was told they had other cars come in (after me). Said it will be another 30 or so minutes before they will get my car back in there. So the 1.5 hours will be taking at least 3 hours. When I said I wouldn’t be coming back, the guy just laughed. Poor customer service. Won’t be back.

I got my tires at this store, so they do free tire rotation and balancing. They are always super nice and chill. They have a nice waiting area with water and coffee while you wait, and if you have to leave during your appointment, they always call you when theyre almost done. Will recommend these folks to anyone!!!

I had initially rated them less than 5 stars due to some inadequate customer service. My last visit has changed my mind completely. Mike and Sam were both stellar employees who treated me with respect and went the extra mile for me. Another location had misplaced my wheel cover and it was gone when I went back to retrieve it. Mike, however, offered to replace it free of charge, unlike the aforementioned location. Sam, while rotating my tires, found a potential problem with one of the tires (likely from one of Indys million potholes). They didnt have a replacement in stock, but went ahead and drove to the nearest location with the tire in stock and brought it back and fixed my tires.Amazing job. Thanks again!

I originally went in to get air in my tires which it being free was awesome. They notified me that one of my tires had a issue and that it was not safe to be driving on it etcera. They provided a great service and a great experience. I would recommend them for any tire issues.

Great experience from the moment I walked through the door until my exit! Jordan was friendly, very knowledgable, and seemed to enjoy his job which helps everybody involved. I left with 4 new tires and a spare, and gained a 17 year old Truck that drives like it is new.

Received great service! Stopped in without an appointment during lunch to have them check a tire with a slow leak. They were pretty busy but said they could fit me in. 45 minutes later they had fixed the tire and they did it for free! Ill definitely go back there when its time to buy new tires.

Arrived before they opened, stood at the door with 4 others at 7:40am on a Saturday.1st in line quoted a reasonable price for 2 tires with and without a( certificate $24.50). I was told to wait an hour but waited 1hr and 20 mins, not too bad..got it done and carried on with my day! Thank you

I dropped my car off after hours to get rotation and balance and had a leak. The next day they called and said all done. I asked if they found the air leak. He hesitated, like he didn’t know there was a leak and said we didn’t notice anything. I said well your not gonna be able to eyeball it you need to get soap and water and find the leak. He sounded irritated and said well I’ll have to put it at the end of the line. I said that’s fine since you rotated it it’s now drivers rear. Went to pick it up and he wasn’t as nice as they usually are once I said my name. He said they didn’t find anything. Well three days later and guess what? Yep 20lbs low. I doubt they ever pulled it back in. So they lost a repeat customer. Took it to Goodyear, yea more expensive but you get what you pay for.l

Great customer service by a gentleman named Charlie at the Olio Rd. location in Fishers, IN. I needed a tire replaced at the last minute last Monday because of a trip I had the following morning, and although I got there later in the day, Charlie was able to let me purchase the tire, get it mounted to the rim and even let me pick it up after hours. Ill definitely be back to that location!

I visited the Fishers location on 3-10 for a basic tire balance and rotation for a 1:30 appointment. I arrived at 1:02 to hopefully stay ahead of the busy schedule on Saturday. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was never notified that my car was actually serviced at 1:30. Yet, the sales rep knew I was waiting in their store. This is very unprofessional and a true showing of poor customer service. I ended up asking if my car was ready and the response I received was “it was done an hour ago, but as you can see, we are busy and forgot to tell you”. Unbelievable!

Got taken care of same day and everyone was very friendly and professional. Will be going back for future tire needs!

Its funny how you only really see the true character behind a man and a company when things DONT go perfectly.There was mistake when I went to this Discount Tire (Fishers - Olio) to get a tire replaced. I went back to talk to a manager in hopes they would admit to messing up, and hopefully help fix it. They EXCEEDED my expectations.When I went in, I spoke with Kyle (assistant manager), and he went above and beyond to apologize, figure out a solution, and fit me in on an almost certainly fully booked day. This type of service is rare to find, and he deserves recognition.Thanks Kyle, and Discount Tire! Keep up the good work. I will definitely be back.

Was told it would take 45 minutes to and hour, waited an hour and I asked for a status, they said oh it will be another 45 minutes to an hour... Whats the point of giving a time frame if you wont follow through with it. Ill be going to the Castleton store from now on, they give accurate time frames...

The local staff is nice and friendly, so I dont fault them for my low rating. However, there are significant issues with Discount Tire and this store in particular.First, this store is busy like crazy. There is seemingly no way to avoid waiting hours to get your tires changed. Appointment, no appointment, it simply cannot be done. You WILL wait. Sometimes hours when it was supposed to be 45 minutes.Next are the technical and marketing issues. If you want a specific tire brand or model because you understand tire marketing fluff, you can forget about that. Often you can get a much better tire for less money if it happens to have a slightly different model number. Michelin pilot sports are an old design. Michelin PS4S are the new design and are much better. This means you will need to order them. And wait. Then come in for your install appointment and wait. And wait.Next, the stores air lines have a way to much water in them. This means once the tires are installed they will vary in tire pressure a lot. I have a set that vary up to 6 pounds depending on temperature. This in a single day of driving. On a sports car, this upsets handling considerably.Next, my last set had the balance weights in the middle. This means they were statically rather than dynamically balanced. This has a big effect on balance and feel at high speeds. Having to ensure a dynamic balance should be unnecessary(this simply comes down to where the technician places the weights, it makes no difference to discount tire. It does to you.)And last, discount tire doesnt have an alignment racks in their stores. This is known, sure. But once you get your tires on and have waited through all of that, now take your car somewhere else for an alignement shop too. And wait..This review is so long because I have plenty of time. Im waiting on tires right now. Its been 2 hours.....
