Service at Ed Martin was a good experience. Took the Altima in for some scheduled maintenance. I received a rental car to drive. They texted me other things that they recommended with pictures. I was able to except or decline. They then kept me up-to-date on their progress of getting my car done. I got a phone call when things were finished. All in all happy with the work and service received.

Vehicle still has the same problem while Im driving... I left the car there a few days and after driving it a few times recently... It still seems to have the same problem while Im driving.Hasnt been the first time Ive taken it for a repair here and after having picked it up and having driven over some time during a few days noticed that it didnt seem to be fixed.Often they cant seem to hear the problem I am describing or have seen by looking myself concerning the car.

Needed a battery cable replaced. Called got in on Saturday and it took only 25 minutes. Quick 🙂
