I found discovered Tire Barn Warehouse a year ago when my daughter had to have a tire replaced on a Sunday. I was impressed buy the selection of tires they had in stock and was impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I was even more impressed when I got the bill. Very reasonable and competitive. I have since had a full set of tires on my car and a rotate. I recommend them.

It was on A Friday and zvery Busy ....Front Desk went well.. we had a long wait which we understands because alot of walkin i front of us .......Short staffiing but the Guys work very hard .and workedPromptly and FRIENDLY ....

Very timely, I was able to get my car in and pick it up before work and wasnt late. Only gripe I had with my service was that I told them to check the alinement only, but when I called, they said that they couldnt fix the alignment due to a bad wheel bearing. So it ended up working out, since they couldnt do the alignment check because of it (again I didnt want the alignment done since it was going to cost money that I didnt have, but the bad bearing saved me). Other than that, the service was great.

This past Friday around 6:00 pm, I noticed a screw in my passengers side front tire. When I checked it, air was slow leaking from the tire. Called several Castleton area tire shops, everyone was closing, or not interested in helping. Understandable, Friday evening on Memorial Day weekend here in Indy, right?Call the Tire Barn # 1127 in Fishers, spoke to Manager Greg Walls, explained the situation, without hesitation he replies, “Come on up, we’ll take care of it.” Drove to Fishers, arrived at 6:25, by 6:55 the tire repair was complete, & good to go. Thank you Greg Walls, & Tire Barn # 1127 in Fishers! 👏Outstanding customer service, & management. Next time I need tires or other services they offer, I know where I’m visiting!

Fast repair of a leak in my right rear tire. Im a long-time customer and this location has always delivered quality service.

We have had 4 cars serviced at this Tire Barn location and are highly satisfied with the quality of their work. When Indys winter roads cracked 2 of 4 rims for a model that is no longer manufactured, the manager was helpful in finding high quality, attractive replacements. In between tire installations, theyre glad to top off pressure when needed without an appointment. When we put new tires on our latest vehicle, an employee with the same model offered helpful advice on preventative maintenance. That cars tires were better priced here than at the nearest two competitors, and additionally had a $70 rebate offer as well.

I have used this Tire Barn on a number of occasions. While I cant say that I particularly like using this business, they have done quality work each time. Unfortunately, none of the workers I have dealt with are very professional, or even necessarily polite. When I have dropped things off to be serviced they just dont call to let you know when its ready so it ends up you have to keep track of them. If you call this location, you will see what I am talking about with the lack of professionalism.UPDATE:I went to pick up said tire that was mounted on the rim for me. What I got was a veiled insult in reference to my review and now they wouldnt even accept payment like they expect covering the minor amount I owed somehow fixes the poor behavior I encountered. I see the owner of the location has responded to this review with a desire to make this right. Well it was only made worse. Be assured I will never use your business again. To my fellow consumers I stand by my review. Ive had quality work done here but dont expect any manners if you plan on doing business there. Furthermore Ill point out that while they were too busy to let me know that my order was ready, they had the time to respond to a review almost as soon as it was posted.I didnt need a handout. Im happy to pay for services especially when they are performed well. The way this was handled was absolutely embarrassing and I walk away from it with bad feelings.

Walked in very disappointing how I was greeted. Employee that came to the front didnt even understand offsets nor did any other employees. No wonder the parking lot was empty. Please see owners manual if ya want to come here, might as well shoved a sharp stick in mt eye

This review goes for all Tire Barn locations. Ive been buying tires from Tire Barn for over 10 years. Im currently at the Fishers location purchasing a brand new set of tires. After waiting for over 2 hours, I walk out to my truck to see that theyve put on 3 tires manufactured in 2017 and 1 that was noticeable older and manufactured in 2014. I seriously cant believe they would try to sell me a new tire thats already 3 years old. Most people wouldnt even notice something like this but a tire expires 6 years after the manufacture date whether its brand new or not. I have a feeling Tire Barn has been taking advantage of people simply because 99% of people dont know how to check the date. Its very simple. Look at the numbers by the DOT imprint. The last 4 digits is the week and year manufactured.

Nothing more that I can’t stand is a salesperson that doesn’t follow up with a customer you missed out Greg nice wheel and tire sale.

I have previous purchased tire at the Mundy Dr location, my current vehicle still has factory tire I had an indicator light come on, took my vehicle there and they quickly check and inflated all 4 tires and the spare too. Thank you for helping me

This is the worst place ever!!! The technicians are not pleasant or knowledgeable. Do not give this place your business! There are many tire shops along SR 37 please take your business there. Honestly- if you are able- don’t waste your time. Just go to Carmel,IN. It’s better!!!!

Had a good experience when I purchased the tires, but the two times I went back for service (first time rotation, and the a nail in the tire) was TERRIBLE! Rotation took about 2+ hours then I stopped by three times to get a nail out of the tire. The first time I went the service tech said it would be 1.5 hours. I also walked away frustrated because the gentleman was pretty rude overall. When I called the night before to make an appointment the service tech/manager said I didn’t need an appointment. When I arrived the next day he said it would be 1.5 hours. He said that I should have made an appointment if I wanted a faster time. I went down the street to Tire Discounters and they got me right in. I was planning on buying my next set of tires through Tire Barn but not anymore.

Ive been coming to this location for several years and have never had problem. They were able to get my vehicle properly aligned when others shops could not and all the employees that I have interacted with there have been very helpful and always do great work.

Just wanted a rotation. Originally purchased tires here. I agree the front two are very worn which is why I wanted them moved to the back. They couldn’t do that because “they are not serviceable “. Maybe you guys could come up with a waiver that I could have signed? Lost time, got nothing accomplished.

This review details my experience with poor customer service and possibly discrimination at this location.I arrived for my tire installation appointment at noon and was greeted by Tyson. I checked in with him and handed my keys over. Immediately I realized that I had left my card to pay for the service so I asked him if it would throw things off with other appointments if I drove 5 minutes home to grab it and come right back, to which he responded with irritation in his voice I mean, thats up to you. Its going to take 2 hours anyway and handed me the keys back.I know that changing two tires is not a two hour job, but I was trying to be agreeable and just go with the flow. So I told him that I would instead just leave the vehicle and uber home. He looked so disinterested in what I was saying. I interrupted his blank stare by asking What time should I return? Instead of giving a pleasant customer service response like, were running a bit behind on appointments today, it may take 2 hours but we can give you a call when its time to return... Tyson instead said Thats up to you.I asked if he could give me an actual return time (since we both know it takes 30 minutes on the higher end to change two tires) but he would not offer a real time or even an honest explanation of the hold up. He responded less than pleasantly with Um... about two hours. Thats how long it takes to change a tire.At this point, I couldnt tell if Tyson was being cold and rude because I am a black woman or just simply a woman. I couldnt tell if maybe I had done something to offend him in some other way either. I knew that the treatment was not something Monro INC. had any knowledge of, nor would they be happy to hear about. Even so, my mission was to get the prepurchased tires installed before leaving that day, despite the poor service I was receiving.So I reached out to hand Tyson the keys back so that I could Uber home and just guess when to come back. Tyson (who was wearing gloves and had two free hands still), looked at me and then he looked at the counter twice. I waited for him to take the keys back when he says Put them there, looking at the counter.At this point, I felt so icky about giving my business to Tire Barn. I felt like I wasnt a respected customer. I told Tyson that I thought it would be best for me to reschedule my appointment, and then I asked if I could speak with the manager (who I suspect to be Greg). TYSON LIED AND SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER.To this I simply requested that they find my tires and bring them to me so that I could take them somewhere else to have them put on. Tyson seemed delighted by this and even more dismissive.During the time it took for Tyson to locate the tires, he said several other things to me that were just not appropriate to share with a customer, especially not in his tone. I asked him if he could take a moment to explain why it was going to take 2 hours to change two tires since we both know it doesnt take that long and he told me Because of COVID, half of my men are gone and Im sick of being yelled at.Now this made sense but it doesnt excuse his actions or his manners with me! I work in two industries (aviation and education) that have essential workers and I too deal with the stresses of being understaffed. But it is NEVER okay to take it out on the customers. Kindness during these times goes A LONG WAY.I told Tyson All of that is completely understandable though. Saying that kindly would have gone so much better. And I havent yelled at you at all so all of this has been unnecessary. He gave me a response that basically meant well, it is what it is. No apology for making me the scapegoat to his other frustrations. No apology for treating me like I wasnt welcome. No apology for my confusion that all of this might have ensued because I am a person of color and a woman - which Im still not certain wasnt the case.He rolled my tires out to the curb and I watched them flop down. I drove away vowing to never return to this or any other Tire Barn.

When the weather forecast changes, my tire end up needing air. Tire Barn employees at SR 37& 141st was always polite, and put air in my tire.Today, I pulled up to have air put in my tire, to discover I needed a new tire.They were just as polite as before. The young man who was helping me, let feel and see that I needed a new tire. The BLESSING was the cost wasnt outages. Thank God for his Grace. Thank God for the service I have been getting, rather its air, and the new tire service.

I dont know why Tire Barn feels like they have to operate in such a skeevy way. Made an appointment online for tires, but when I arrived, I was told Id have to reschedule for another day to get the tires I selected. I did not receive any kind of notification of this potential problem prior to the appointment. They were more than happy, however, to offer me tires that cost 2.5 times as much. This one walks quacks like a bait and switch to me.

Avoid this location!! Had a very bad experience with the general manager Greg. Made an appointment three weeks in advance. Called the day of my appointment to confirm also spoke to Greg to confirm and was told to come on in. Came into the location in fishers and there was no reservation and Greg left work for the rest of the day. They didn’t have the tires that I requested. I was talked into a different set of tires. I was told it would be about an hour even though these weren’t the tires that I wanted but I said OK. After an hour wait they only had two of the four tires. I had to come in three days later to have them complete the job. They gave me a $70 mail in rebate as an apology. I mailed that in to find out that it was not a promotion they were having at the time. Called Greg numerous times and he did nothing to help nor follow up with any phone calls I made trying to follow up with him. This general manager is very unorganized and is in the wrong profession dealing with customers. Outside of Greg, the other employees were very helpful and kind. One would think the general manager would lead by example. I never receive my $70 mail in rebate. I have shared this story with many many folks in the area to a void this place.

I went to Tire Barn to get a replacement tire for my front right side. I had been in a freak accident overnight and I was afraid I had totally ruined my wheel. They were extremely helpful and had just the right tires for me at a great price point for my budget! There customer service is outstanding and I am so pleased with my tires. I highly recommend this location.

Walked in the door 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night - these guys attacked our car like a pit crew! Fastest 4-tire purchase Ive ever made. Had the tires for a couple months now. No complaints. Great ride.

Well, we have a good experience thus far. We bought 4 new tires at the end of May. BUT yesterday we are driving down the highway at 65 mph & the entire side wall of one of these brand new tires blows out. We didn’t hit anything, so it was just a defective tire...let’s see how “well” they treat us when I call them this morning.

I’m very impressed with this incredible team of friendly professionals! I had purchased a set of tires over a year ago at a super rate. Today I noticed my tire indicator was showing a problem. I brought my car into the shop and within 20 minutes- they had located a screw in my tire, repaired it and rotated all my tires. The best part of this fantastic service - it’s FREE since I purchase my tires from them. TIRE BARN is hands down the best place for purchasing and getting top notch follow up service!!!!👍

Their computer system dropped the ball and lost our reservation to get 4 new tires. We showed them our printed confirmation, but unfortunately they only had 3 of those tires. So they put on nicer tires ($130 versus $90) for the same price. They did the job quickly and thoroughly. Good job. Well be back with our other cars.

Every time I visit this tire barn branch I have to reschedule my entire day around their schedule, even when I come in with a pre booked appointment. Their sense of customer service is non existent. Dont get me wrong I like Tire Barn. It just seems that this branch in particular needs some CS enhancement.In the attached photo you have 4-5 people standing in line while the employee on the phone talking with a customer about how tire barn is better than tire plus, as he used to work for them, for at least 5-10 minutes.

I’ve been a customer at this location for sometime. There must have been a management change since my prior visit. The service was so much better. Employees seems more engaged, the facility looked and felt nicer. To top it of it was the fastest service I’ve ever received there. Nice job!

Drove and pulled in with a flat on my lunch break. Greeted with a smile, told I need a replacement tire, and the best price they could give. Got my car in immediately while I enjoyed the weather outside. They honored the price and had me on my way. I usually dont leave feedback but in that stressful situation, they put me at ease and Im grateful.

Absolutely the worst experience with any retai business I think Ive ever had. The tires this store sold me are subpar quality and two of them have failed with under 15k miles on them. The first one simply shredded while I was driving. I was told by the manager that tires dont just fail. All of the tires have had issues with holding pressure and I have been back in to have them checked out but was told that no problem could be found. I brought this tire back again today at 11am and was told to leave it and it would be ready in 3 hours (2pm). Five hours later at 4pm I called to check on the progress and was told that they were just starting on repair. I live 30 minutes from this location so I decided to go ahead and start back. At 4:40pm they called to tell me the tire was ready. Thankfully at this point I was a little more than 5 minutes away. When I got there I was told it would be another hour to put the tire on the vehicle. The manager was anything but polite. He and the other associate at the counter felt the need to do a fist bump when he felt he had sufficiently shut me down from expressing my frustration. Nothing was done to address my concerns about the other tires not holding pressure. Both the manager and the other associate did agree that the set of tires they sold me were indeed cheap tires. Oddly enough it was the same manager who sold me the tires originally and praised them as quality tires at the time. I remember him because of the large holes in his ear lobes. Customer service is certainly not a priority at this store unless you drive a late model high dollar car. Problem with that is if I cant trust you to treat me well with my older car why would I bring my newer car to you. I will give credit to the tech that put my tire on and delivered my car. Tyler was very polite and calm unlike the manager who refused to acknowledge me further. As far as calling Teresa at the 866 number, well she has a permanent message that shes in a meeting and cant take your call. So any real response to a complaint is nonexistent. After purchasing 4 sets of tires at Tire Barn for all four of my vehicles I have learned my lesson and will not be back.Follow Up: I have received two messages from Teresa to return her call, but as expected, when I called back I got her voicemail.

I think my sons girlfriend punctured my tire, because I told my son they werent laying in house anymore and not paying rent .😂🤣🤣😂😂😂true story . But anyway . Took ot to tirebarn . They had the exact same tire . Went across to Buffalo wild wings and before I could even sit down they called and said its ready . The best staff courtesy is a 10 . Went here to get a leaking tire fixed. The wait was pretty long (likely because it was Saturday), but the staff were prompt and friendly. The price was very reasonable, and the service was good quality.

I will ONLY go to Tire Barn on Mundy Drive in Fishers, IN for my tire care. I’ve been coming here for years and they have superb customer service. Just today, I hit a pothole and drove directly to Tire Barn and they started on my car immediately. No wait, with no appointment! Always have my tires in stock. Would highly recommend.

Came in for new tires to replace the original tires on my 2014 Forester. Had excellent customer service. Caleb Evans was super helpful (and really nice - even picked up a drink from Wendy’s for us while on his lunch break) and we left feeling like we got good tires for a good price. HORRIBLE! Same issue as a couple comments prior, have no issue making the sale but have issue with service. Quote me 2 hours to look at the tire because “their day is booked solid” but they have time to jerk around in the service bays and one car currently being serviced....

I drove into my neighborhood Tire Barn today on what I thought was a flat tire. I have been to this site before and knew, as a single woman, I could trust them. Once again they proved me right. They could have put on a new tire. Instead they found the screw in the tire and patched it because the tire was otherwise in good shape with many miles left on it. They sent me safely on my way, no charge.😀

I had my car towed here on a Friday. Greg and Jim made sure I had my car back by the early afternoon the next day as I needed to get out of town. I truly appreciated the quick turn around. A couple days later, I had another flat tire with a small hole in it. Greg and Jim fixed it within a matter of two hours at no extra charge. In fifteen years I have never had such a bad experience at a Tire Barn. My rear drivers side tire had a slow leak (Its a 2015 Nissan Rogue with new tires). I was nearby the Fishers Tire Barn so I explained the problem to them and waited. After 30 minutes they told me nothing was wrong with the tire and the issue is most likely from the chemicals on the roads causing the tire to slip on the rim. They said they put sealent around the rim and pumped it back up. I got in my car and saw that all of the Psi levels were the same as when I pulled in. I drove for a half mile to see if the Psi gauge would show improvement but it started going down instead of up. I went back to the store and told them about it. They said I need to drive longer so that the monitor will see that the tire was refilled. I drove for another mile and saw the level dropping further. I pulled over, looked the tire over and I found that there was a screw the tread of the tire. Its impossible that they wouldnt have noticed if they had actually looked at the tire. I will never go back to this location.

I really appreciate their being open until 7; this is really convenient for me. They are always very responsive when I need a quick tire repair, which has happened a couple of times due to nails in the roadway, etc. Always customer-focused and friendly! Great job! Thank you!!!

Made an appointment online. Called 2 days ahead to confirm. The person who answered said that the tires were set aside for me. When I arrived, they were ready for me and I was helped very quickly. While the work was going on, the employee showed me that 2 of the rims were slightly bent and he suggested a place to straighten them out. When it came time to pay the bill, it should have been $600 however the employee told me it was $900. After looking at the bill, there was an alignment for $100 added (no alignment was done nor did the car go on the alignment rack) and they installed the wrong tires. the tires installed were $50 a tire more. Fortunately the manager removed the alignment charge and once I showed him the confirmation email that showed the tires I had requested, he marked them down to match the price. I do not think that there was any attempt to purposely over charge me. They just didnt check the bill before showing me. If it had been someone who just paid it and didnt check, they would have been out nearly $300.

Had a tire with a slow leak and Jason listened attentively while I explained my issue. The crew got my car in right away and patched-up the problem tire. I really appreciate the level of care and attention I received from Jason as I am new to this area and picked Tire Barn Co. over other places because of my past positive experience with Tire Barn where I had previously lived. I am planning on returning to this location for all of my tire needs.

I went to Tire Barn on 12-10-19. I originally went to Discount Tire. Employee there knew I was a college student and suggested to me tires that would cost $1,000. No way. I know some businesses think they can rip off young people like me. I went to Tire Barn and talked to Tyler. He was very helpful, polite, and professional. I got my new tires for $600 in an hour. No one tried to rip off or sell me things I didn’t need. Will definitely return to Tire Barn in the future.

I purchased new set of 22” Dub 8-ball wheels and Michelin tire package for my Yukon Denali. They did a great job from start to finish with competitive pricing and timely clean installation. Staff was professional and attentive. The Yukon rides great, looks great and I have already had many positive comments on the wheels. Happy customer here.

I was the first one in the door but others got their tires serviced before me. I had only one tire to have replaced and waited 45 minutes or more. I asked what the hold up is and one manager with a reddish beard answered me like he was mad at me for asking. Then looked in the garage and said they are working on it now... like in your face to me. The other manager was nice and apologetic. I have been a customer for many many years. I never had this poor of treatment. I may return because most of my experience is better but I will have to think about it a bit.Return trip much better. Great service and honest. Went in asking for and expecting to need a full set of tires. Only needed to replace a single wheel due to the amount of driving I do. I had already approved the full set prior to them inspecting so good on them for watching out for my interests.

Went and had my tires inspected by a competitor down the road and they informed me that my belt was busted on 1 of my tires and that because my vehicle is 4 wheel drive that I had to replace all 4 at the same time. Total cost came out to almost 1K. Decided to get a second opinion and went to Tire Barn. They informed me that my tires were not properly balanced and my belts in the tires were just fine. They proceeded to balance my tires and it fixed the shaking in my steering wheel. Wont go anywhere else again!

The gentleman that took care of my tire issue is ALWAYS pleasant and has a smile on his face. He fixed the problem in a short period of time. Everyone at this location is always ready to help from the front desk to the garage. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.THANK YOU

I got a flat tire when I was headed back to Purdue on Sunday afternoon. Tire Barn was able to get me in and replace my tire in a timely manner so that I could get back to school safely. They even stayed a little after close in the shop just to finish up with replacing my tire. They have great customer service and are very friendly. Place is always busy but employees are really helpful. Will definitely come back.This time I came for 4 Tire Change on Honda Crv got a great deal. Was In and Out within an hour without an appointment. I always prefer tire barn for my tire needs.

Very nice people here but service is very slow they told me 1 hr to get my 4 tires put on my car because I had a 1 oclock appointment I did not get checked out until 3 and was not even told why there was a delay. If they can pick up the pace this would be a good place to go for your tire needs.

The staff is SO helpful, friendly and professional!!!! I had what turned out to be a simple nail in my tire but after a long day, 2 stops at wrong tire shops by mistake, and racing the clock approaching their closing time - I was almost in tears by the time I finally reached their counter. Have used Tire Barn for years and still getting great service. Had my care in and out in a very short time. The technician (C. Evans) balanced and rotated the tires and found a very small leak that I had in the front left tire. Very happy with the service.

My husband and I had a flat tire this afternoon along US 37 and realized our car did not have a spare one or jack. My son-in-law called Tire Barn in Fishers, the one closest to where we were, with the remote hope of having someone to help us. Fortunately, their manager, James, offered to come down with the jack, take the wheel off and take it back to the store. He came back with my husband in tow and installed the new tire. All for these in less than 30 minutes. Whats more, the total charge was less than most places would charge for a tire, plus the towing fee! We were both amazed and thankful for the prompt and great customer service he provided. Thanks so much James! You are truly a great asset to the company!

From the minute I called to the minute I left the establishment I had five star customer service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly.

Great service and friendly staff. I had locking lugs on my wheels and could not get them off as the key was damaged. Tire barn staff helped resolve, and also helped me locate and replace a tire with a nail, even when the tire was not at that location. Very service oriented, would highly recommend.

These guys rock. Got me in same day, hooked me up with a coupon and fixed my flat quickly. I’ll be bringing back my vehicle when it needs new tires. Got yourself a new customer.

Great work, friendly, honest and easy to work with. Fixed the tire and let us know we didnt need a new tire. They also let us know our current tires would be good for another 6-9 months and that the best time to buy tires is the last 3 months of the year. Definitely our go to tire place.

One employee actually had the audacity to tell me I was wasting their time by performing a free alignment check; which is free when you buy tires there. My family and I have been buying tires and getting our alignments here for years with no problems. However, after this incidence, we will no longer be returning. A simple apology would have sufficed, but I didnt even receive that after telling him that his remark is not a great way of keeping customers (that was a hint). Unfortunately, one bad apple spoils the bunch and I will be going to Tire Barns competitors now.

I have been coming to this Tire Barn for a couple years now. I have a dealership and use them multiple times a week for a range of different things. They have been nothing but great on all spectrums including price, time, and customer service. James along with all the other associates who work there don’t just do what’s necessary. They go above and beyond to get my vehicles in the best condition at the greatest price they can offer. As someone who knows a lot about cars, They have always been completely honest and trustworthy. Had a good experience getting my daughters tire fixed. Staff was great, only beef was that my wife made an appointment but we still had to wait 45 minutes for service. It was a weekend and Indiana pothole season no doubt had their schedule full, so I get it. Will go back.

This was the best tire barn ever. That i have been too anyway. I was on my way to Alabama and needed all 4 tires changed. They were fast and perfect. Great customer service and even let my boyfriend make the payment over the phone from Alabama because i didnt have all the funds. I dont know what i would have done without them. I highly recommend this Tire Barn.

Jason and the team here have great customer service. Bought a set of new tires, but didnt come in on my day of installation. They quickly ordered them again with rush service and got me in the next business day. Definitely recommend going here first for anything related to your set of wheels.

Brad is awesome! The whole crew is! They go above and beyond to help and make sure you leave happy. They helped me with my tires and made sure to remind me I had a warranty and could get a replacement. They also helped my daughter and put a fuse in her car to fix an issue that she wasnt even there for. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Would recommend them always.

I called Tire Barn at 6:18pm due to the hissing sound in my back tire (you could see the screw sticking out of it), knowing they were closing at 7pm. They were able to get me in at 6:35pm, take care of the 3 screw stuck in my back tire and get me out just a little bit after their closing time.
