Terrible customer service. We went to see a car last Monday, and waited for 30 minutes only to be told that they couldnt find the keys. Mitchell told us that hed contact us when they found them. When we didnt hear anything for almost a week, I e-mailed and was told that the car was being worked on. I got an email the next day saying that the car was ready to come see, but unfortunately that was on Sunday and they were closed. I responded that we would be able to come see it Monday evening. I was contacted again on Monday morning when he told me that the car was having O2 sensors replaced, and that we could come test drive it, but that a service engine light would be on. I took off work early so that we could get there before they closed, and we rolled up right at 5pm. When we walked in to the office, Mitchell informed us that the car had just sold. So, basically they gave use the run-around for a week and wasted our time. Seriously unprofessional.

Love this team! They are wonderful to work with. This is the second time that I have purchased a vehicle through Indy Luxury and both have been wonderful car buying experiences. They do not push to make a sale and allow time to make the decision if that is what is needed. They detail their inventory well before putting it on the lot. When purchasing the first vehicle from them, the alignment felt off and they fixed it for me before I bought it. We have had no issues with this car since buying it two years ago. This time, we were worried about only having one key and instead of having to go to a dealership to get a key made, they made one for us. I worked with Mitchell and Chris the last time and they were great. Worked with Chris this time and he was able to answer all of our questions and made the process easy, quick, and overall a great experience (even in the pouring down rain). I would highly recommend their vehicles. I know they thoroughly look at them before putting them on the lot. I would also highly recommend this team!! (Especially Chris and Mitchell)

Car was presented well. Offered a little less than for what I considered fair for our trade, but thats not uncommon. Low pressure sales. Everything through negotiations and purchase went well. We had a lot of issues getting the agreed upon repairs completed (they were in the contract in writing). I finally had to go to the dealership to talk with the salesman since I couldnt get a return call and had him schedule the appointment for repairs about about 6 weeks of not getting any calls returned. The repair place was outstanding. I would suggest having any issues repaired before taking ownership or negotiating those repairs into the price and doing them yourself.

It was my first experience with purchasing a used vehicle. I was a little nervous about the experience but Alex was absolutely wonderful!! He answered all my questions and all the staff I encountered there were very friendly. The only thing that I would suggest would be to deliver the car clean and with gas in it. It definitely needed a car wash and the tank was on empty when I left the lot.Overall, I had a very good experience there and will recommend the dealership to my friends and family.

Great service! I worked with Moses on buying a 2000 Ford Excursion and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. When discussing vehicles, he was very forthcoming about any potential problems and helped me pick the vehicle to best suit my family and my pocketbook. Once we had decided on a vehicle and price, he was willing to hold it for 10 days while I waited for funds and was able to purchase the vehicle at the agreed upon price. I’ve had the vehicle for more than a week now and it has proven to be the perfect fit for my family and it is ROCK SOLID. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or with my purchase. I was in the market to purchase a Compact SUV for my son. After doing much research, I consulted with Scott and he provided some great advice on the pros and cons of various alternatives. He was patient and very responsive in all my dealings. In the end, we found the perfect car for my son, a 2017 Ford Escape. Scott has great access to multiple auctions and a wide breadth of inventory to choose from. Chris was awesome in consummating the sale and making the paperwork side as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend ILM.

This place and the service was amazing, not one complaint. They contacted us to let us know if what we were interested was sold or not and gave us a chance to come down the next day to look. We met with a guy named Chad and he was amazing. He was very professional but relaxed and funny, we really enjoyed our whole time he was helping us. He got us the best deal he could and you could tell he cares about helping his customers. He made us laugh while we were waiting for out deal to go through, we really appreciated how real he was. I would most definitely recommend this place and I recommend asking for Chad. We drove an our away to look at a vehicle they had and it was well worth the drive. May be back for another. They also have a great selection of cars, SUVS, and trucks.

I spent the better part of 2 weeks shopping for a new (to me) vehicle. I initially found ILM through an autotrader ad. Upon arriving, my fiancé and I were immediately greeted by Chad. Chad is the most honest and down-to-Earth salesperson I have ever worked with. He wasn’t pushy at all with a sale, and was quick to provide us with all information on any vehicle. We shopped around for a car, but kept finding ourselves coming back to ILM. In the end, we ended up buying our vehicle from ILM and I have absolutely no regrets. Between the kind and professional staff, the quality inventory, and the overall buying experience, there is no reason to shop anywhere else for a used car. We are incredibly happy in our new car, I would recommend Chad and ILM to anybody in the market for a vehicle!

This was an out of State purchase, but they were easy to deal with. Chad Williams was a very good salesperson, and Chelsea Bishop was extremely efficient in preparing all my paperwork. I bought a 2015 Audi A3 here in January 2019.The place was very hard to get ahold of, but when I finally did, I asked if they still had the car I wanted to look at. They said they would go check real quick and call me back... they never did.Once I was there, they acted like they would negotiate a little on the price, then when i literally offered them $50 less than asking (with cash) they said, no we can just auction it off if you dont want it.The car only came with 1 of the original 2 key fobs. They did not disclose this to me until I asked for the spare fob after I had paid. They went on to say they knew a guy who made key fobs for Audi for half price. ($250) and would email me his contact info... They never did.They paperwork they gave me all says the car is an Audi S3... Its not, it is an Audi A3. The license plate bracket is broken on one corner and the spare plate doesnt stay on right, so I asked them to email me a copy of the plate in case it flies off... They never did. They didnt even have license plate screws that fit the cars threading.They proceeded to try to get me to buy $5,000 worth of warranties on a $13,777 car, saying that they were essential and 90% of their customers buy these warranties... I felt very lied to there.

First, I would like to stress this concept; I am the epitome of Murphys Law. With that being said, I hope to articulate that I have developed skills and knowledge which helps to alleviate most variables and situations.I have transferred literally hundreds of titles through my name, an entity, and almost any way you can think legally. I have purchased most of my vehicles cash in hand, have had 2 loans for an automobile in my name and both for a very short time. I have not purchased a substantial amount of vehicles out of state, but I have purchased a few. Four or five from Michigan, couple from Kentucky, couple from Pennsylvania, 4 from Indiana, and 2 from the South West of the US of A. I am not an expert, nor have I ever claimed to be well versed with the laws and doctrines of my home state (Ohio), any other state, or the transactions between two different states. However, I have a decent amount of experience in the matter, and am well adept at researching subject matter.Now, on to the show;I had scheduled several different events associated with this entity, almost all of which were organized by an individual of whom I was engaged if an open or on-going trade deal. A couple of these arrangements called for a 3-4 day break in my schedule, and some manipulation. Some were just random or in the moment problem solving or something of that nature. Moral of the story, every single arrangement had resulted in backing out or cancellation. Slightly irritating, but it is what it is.Once I came to the time where the only arrangement that had actually came to fruition, the extra work and miscommunication was . . . Irritating? The first ouch had to deal with the individual who handles the accounts receivable, and Im assuming the accounts payable as well. When I had inquired about how the funds would be transferred from my financial institution; such as ACH, EFT, traditional deposit, etc. etc. etc. I was met with ignorance, and essentially condescending remarks. I tried to come back with a poised head, and reiterated with a brief explanation of the importance. Essentially, no comprehension or concern (maybe I misjudged that idk), and left me not very confident in the task. The reason that this was moderately important was because the account I use for one-time payments and online transactions had a deposit pending from where I delivered tender to cover this transaction, and I didnt want the existing transactions and funds to be disturbed.Well, the EFT was immediately requested, which in turn backfired on a deal I had worked with a buddy and his shop. Ironically, this was a deal that would have alleviated the worst of this entire situation, and yet screwed.So then, fast forward 3 days from all that, I had driven the vehicle home from Indiana to Ohio. I had put maybe 400 miles on the vehicle, and was trying to keep that at a minimum. Is a 4x4 diesel and had a vibration somewhere in the driveline. My buddy build custom frames, springs, drive shafts, and trucks at their shop. They were upset with me for not providing my part of our arrangement in time, was trying to smooth that over and bite a bullet. I was told this vehicle had the upgraded transmission cooler, it did not. This is significant because the vehicle was driven at or above (likely, above) highway speeds from the Private seller in Nevada, all the way to central Indiana. I then drove it from central Indiana to South West Ohio. At which time, the transfer case (literally) exploded into about 7 pieces.

All the 5 star reviews of Indy Luxury Motorsports are true. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and there is no pressure to buy. We did buy and the experience was easy and simple. In and out in 30 minutes or so, not several hours like some big dealerships. No pressure to buy add on things like warranties although they have them if you want.Post purchase, within days, we had a mechanical issue that would not have been seen in a pre purchase inspection. Both Chris and Scott worked overtime with us to help get the issue resolved. We are most appreciative of a dealer who stands behind their product and puts customer satisfaction as a priority (as luxury brands should do). We will look to use ILM again in the future.If you are a car person, ILM is a great place to shop. From exotics like Audi R8 to Maseratti to a 67 Mustang convertible, this place has a great selection of all kinds of fun vehicles including trucks (which we bought). Chris and staff know their cars. Highly recommend a visit. Tell them Sam sent you :)

I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 for my 16 year old from Chad. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. The process was quick and Chad made it easy on me. I had the car looked over by a local mechanic and it is in great condition, just needs a couple minor maintenance repairs. I could not find a comparable price for this car in my area... highly recommended!

This isn t necessarily a bad review- more like a disappointment. My son is looking to make his first big purchase. He is 19, and works full-time as part of the union carpentry program. He has more than enough money to afford a nice truck. Anyway, he needed someone to take him down here to look at a couple trucks. (Im not a big fan of diesel trucks, but whatever..) . We drove to Fishers from the Muncie/Selma area. After arriving at Indy Luxury Motorsports, I struck around while my son looked at a couple trucks- a salesman (not sure who) came out to ask if we needed any help. My son asked to look at the inside of two particular trucks, pop the hood, etc. Then, as is typically the case when you come to look at a vehicle- my son asked if he could test drive one of the vehicles. The salesman asked for his license (no big deal) and then asked for his age. That was my FIRST CLUE that hey this salesguy isnt taking me or my son seriously. Next the salesman goes inside to get the plate, and instead of allowing my son to get into the drivers seat (after all, he is the one purchasing the truck), the salesman gets in to drive, while my son and I have to ride along as passengers. FIRST, if a person is looking to possibly buy a car, wouldnt you allow him or her to test drive it? My sons twin brother recently purchased a Ford Fusion at Tom Roush Lincoln, and they had zero issue with having him test drive a car. If you ask me (ok.. no one did) Tom Roush is a heck of a lot more reputable! Its not out of the ordinary to have the salesman come along, but to not allow a potential buyer to drive at all? With zero explanation? Incredibly rude! I can guarantee that if my husband had been down there with my son instead of me.. that wouldnt have happened. Im really not one to complain..but this was definitely a moment that left me scratching my head, and the more I think about it, the more insulting it is.. Im sure its no biggie to lose a sale, but as far as Im concerned, if you cant take people seriously..then you dont need my (or my sons) business at all.

We made an unplanned stop no more than 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and they were still more than happy to let us test drive a truck we found online. While the truck wasnt the perfect match and we didnt buy it, I wanted to commend the relaxed nature of the salespeople. When we told them more details of what we were looking for, they pointed us to one other truck on their lot but never pressured us to drive it. They were easy to talk to and very willing to answer questions. Ill be checking their inventory frequently as I would love to buy from them.

We bought this 2016 LR4 from Chad at ILM. It was a great experience and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from ILM.We live north of Cincinnati. My wife has been driving Land Rovers for the past 20 years. She drove her last LR for over 200,000 miles and wanted another. However, she does not like the new body style and refused to buy one. So, we went on line to find the most recent model with the old body style and found this beautiful 2016 LR4 with only 33,000 miles on it.I called Chad on the phone and was immediately comfortable. He answered all of our questions and assured us that he would not sell the car prior to us driving to see it. We travelled to Indy the next day, test drove it and discussed purchase options. Chad pointed out that the windshield had a minor crack and informed us that another windshield was on order. I explained that I wasnt sure if we wanted to buy a used car over 100 miles away and another state. But, asked if he would give us 24 hours to decide. He said he would and he gave us his cell phone number.On the way home, my wife decided that this was the car she wanted. We called Chad when we got home, applied for financing on line and drove back to Indy four days later to pick up the vehicle.Chad, and all of the employees, treated us as good as can be expected. The quality of the vehicles and the professionalism of the team was apparent since there were many customers purchasing vehicles both times we were there. I would definitely buy a vehicle from ILM in the future.

Amazing car buying experience with Mitchell! Saw the car I had been searching for with a great price so I called and spoke to Mitchell, he informed me of the car and it’s history. Everything was perfect so I put a deposit down on it and I flew in from outta state. Mitchell picked me up personally from the airport and let me test drive the car back to the dealership, I knew it was a done deal right away. Car was in even better shape than described over the phone! As soon as we arrived back to the location all of the paperwork was ready to go and I was out the door and on my 500 mile journey back in under 30 minutes! Purchased my 2014 Mercedes Gl350 from Indy. A very pleasant buying experience. Chad was my salesman and he was very helpful. I live in California so did not have an opportunity to drive it but Chad took additional photos for me and even made a video of the engine running so that I could hear it. Overall, he made me very comfortable buying this vehicle sight unseen and my family and I are enjoying it and all the compliments weve received. I had a very good experience buying a car here. Very cool casual relaxed atmosphere. Laid back with no haggling on price. I said I want the bottom dollar out the door price, and I was given a deal that i thought was indeed the bottom dollar price right off. Excellent customer service as well. Car was depicted very well in photos and description online. In person the car was what I was expecting from seeing the online ad. This was a great thing for me as i traveled nearly 100 miles to see this car. I hadnt had good luck with other dealers in this aspect previously. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

I knew which vehicle I wanted prior to arriving but there is definitely a large selection of hi quality vehicles to choose from. Very knowledgable staff, helpful and courteous I was only in town one day and fell in love with a car they had listed. Mitchell was so helpful for the paperwork done extremely fast and accurate and helped arrange for shipping my new Evoque out of state. He also didnt flinch when I called a couple days later when I decided to pick it up rather than ship it. Great team there wonderful car.

I purchased a vehicle in November for 21,000 I havent even put 4000 miles on my truck and the motor goes out I take it back up there to see if they would work with me. They offered to put me in another truck and trade my truck in for $7,000 credit after I just bought it from them almost 4 months ago for 21,000. Recently, I purchased a 2012 Bentley from Indy Luxury Motorsports. Moses was my salesman and Mike helped with my financing. Although I had a preapproval letter with my credit union, Mike was able to beat their rate along with a lesser term, These guys were very professional and great to work with on my car. Even the owner introduced himself and congratulated me on my purchase. I was going to trade my S550 Mercedes and they gave me a excellent offer. I decided to keep my Mercedes but they told me their offer still stands and if I want to sell the car to give them first option to purchase. The overall no pressure process and professionalism was the BEST. If you ever wanted to purchase a vehicle and feel good after the deal....then Indy Luxury Motorsports is your place. Update on my 2015 Audi A3:Within a week of driving it off the lot at Indy Luxury Motorsports, the radio stopped working. I took it to the Audi dealership and they told me it needs a new electronic control module - $2,500. Its something that needs to be fixed because it controls most electronics on the car.Im pretty sure Indy Luxury Motorsports knew this when they sold me the car because they tried to sell me an electronics insurance package for over $3,500, saying that these type of cars always have electronics problems. They pushed really hard for me to buy their insurance (an additional profit of $1,000 for them if I did it) instead of just telling me the underlying issue with the car.Overall pretty shady experience with bad customer service.

I drive a 2009 Subaru WRX. After trying to call around for hours talking to other shops in the area to find someone to look at my car, Brandon said that he could take some time out of his busy schedule and get me in. Right away, he was able to diagnose the potential problem on the phone. When I arrived, Brandon was quick and professional and had my baby running again within 5 minutes. When I asked how much I was going to owe him, he said that it was on the house! These guys know what they are doing! I would and will recommend them to anyone looking to repair, rebuild, and/or installations for their cars. These guys are great to work with! My wife and I were in a very tight situation and they were very reasonable with us which helped us out immensely. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. A guy name Chris sold my spouse a car that was leaking oil within 24hrs of him buying it. They had a mechanic “supposedly”, fix it the next day and the car was still leaking oil. The Audi shop that they recommended, for him to take it to said it would cost $2,000 to fix the oil leak. My spouse spent over $10,000 on this car and Chris is not trying to refund the money back. I would never buy a car from this dealership!!!!

While I did not purchase my vehicle at Indy Luxury, I engaged with Chris Henry often enough that it was almost like I did. Upon arrival to the lot, I was able to survey the vehicle by myself without being barraged. Afterwards, Chris not only offered to print the CarFax for the vehicle on his lot but also for the same vehicle in which I was interested on a competitor’s lot. He patiently walked me through understanding both vehicles histories open and honestly. He was upstanding and helpful, and when he followed up with contact, he was direct and respectful of my time. Bought a 2007 Volvo C70 from this dealership. They said everything was fine with it and they did a 40 point check. They also offered an extended warranty. I thought I got a deal. 2 months later and my car broke down. The initial repair fees are $2,000 and the warrant will only cover $500 with me giving them $100. After they fix that they have to fix the oil leak and give it a tune up. They falsely advertised me this car and will NEVER buy a car from this place again. They just said good luck and better luck next time. They dont care they ripped me off.

They made my buying experience absolutely wonderful. I had been shopping for a vehicle for about 7 months and had been having an awful experience with dealers until I found these guys. I did not feel at all like I was getting the run around like can happen at a lot of dealerships. They were completely upfront and honest about any problems the car has had; and had no problem with my mechanic father jacking it up and examining the car himself. They will bait you in and rip you off. I went to buy a car that wasn’t even the quality they advertise. Your scraping at the bottom of the barrel here. Here’s your experience... you’ll go for a test drive with the sales manager “skinny white guy” and he will probably boast about being from Florida and the fact that you can hold ray skillman up at gunpoint and they will give you all the money they have “and also mention a high dollar amount for reward in said/suggested robbery”. Which he know because he has worked there.... and then you ignore that awkwardness and you go try to negotiate the price if you stuck around this long... and then you meet the Indian guy who comes out and demands more than advertised price... for a very bunk vehicle. He won’t budge off of it. And you are garonteed to walk away upset. Even if you feel like you made a good purchase... you want a worthless pit of sloths sucking on a dry lemon that they are soon to sell to the next you...here it is.

In all of my 30 years of purchasing cars, I have NEVER had such a amazing and professional experience as when I dealt with Chris Henry at INDY Luxury Motorsports. I drove 100 miles to Indianapolis to test drive a car that I saw online. When I arrived, I was overwhelmed with the selection of other cars, to the point it made me question my initial car choice. Once I settled down, I stayed with that choice, test drive the car and got to learn about my Sales guy, Chris Henry. At the end of the day, I ended up purchasing the vehicle and was elated with my purchase and just as important, with Chris honesty and sense of integrity. I highly recommend ILM and the staff there.

I would suggest that you go to a few other dealers first. That way you can appreciate the people (Mitchell, Chris, and you too Scott) and inventory here at ILM. They dont sell overpriced POS vehicles here. In fact, they dont try to Sell you anything, They showed me what may fit my budget, them assisted with my purchase. Bring some extra money- you might want to buy 2.

So we walked into this place having done alot of research on cars first. When I go to a dealer I already know what I want and I dont want someone to try to show me everything they have.As soon as I get in the door Mitchell greats me and asks what Im looking for, I told him I want to see the jaguar XF. He didnt encourage me to sit in his office or try to sell me on anything else, he said let me see your drivers license and Ill get the key. He walked us to the car was pretty aware we knew all about the car so he said take your time and walked away.We loved it but with spending a significant amount of money on a car we wanted to look around at other dealers. Mitchell never initiated contact with me but did respond to my text messages and phonecalls over the next few days.When I decided this was the car I was going with he helped work with my financial institution and offered a much better warranty on the car. Some people my think that the warranty is a scam and I guess I will see. But last year I bought a truck for $10k and it ran for a month and has cost me $6000 and still doesnt run with a mechanic telling me $4000 more MIGHT get it running. So based on the price of the warranty and the type of car, if there is 1 major malfunction then it will pay for itself.Bottom line is Mitchell is great the experience was smooth without all the typical salesman rigamarole. I wouldnt be surprised if I buy another car from him.

If I could award this dealership a negative 5, I would. If this caught your attention...read on. To start off, we bought a 100k G-Wagon.From the start of buying the vehicle, to agreeing to finance with their bank instead of my own, to arrival of vehicle with 2 warning and service lights (one of which was brake pads check, which we incurred a $3500 bill to replace routers and pads), and because it sat on the lot for a year, no doubt the fuel in the vehicle was old. These issues should have been disclosed, and if we still decided to purchase the vehicle, at least our expectations would have been different. We had the vehicle delivered to Denver, and we live in the Mountains at 8500ft elevation. On the trip up, it lost ALL power getting back on the on-ramp after stopping at a gas station.Unfortunately, it appears that the vehicle was never appropriately serviced. About 3 weeks later on the second trip down to Denver, we returned to the mountains on Sunday. We made it about 25mins into our trip, and the vehicle started to lose power again. We turned around immediately to head back to our local Mercedes dealership. The low power light was on. We took some back roads so that nothing happened on the highway, and 3 blocks to the dealership, the fuel pump blew up causing the transmission to blow up - every kind of fluid was profusely leaking on the ground. The entire under carriage, fuel pump and transmission had to be replaced. Thankfully, it had 7 months of warranty and Mercedes covered it completely. We had to wait three weeks for all of the parts to arrive and be installed. Not only did this cause us a huge convenience, think about it, we bought a $100k vehicle, were paying for it and paying for insurance, and 5/6th of the time owning it, it was in the shop. Not acceptable.The saga continues. The finance department (and the owner, until I asked, you have your story, I have mine, whats the solution? all over a $1000 shipment fee). My strong recommendation would be to be very cautious of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Their lack of attention to detail, unwillingness to negotiate a better deal, and then finally their lack of attention to processing out of state tags and registration was horrible. If youre going to be an online sales dealership, then you need to be proficient at handing paperwork and proper vehicle processing that is required to tag the vehicle. It was my diligence and the service of a third party company to appropriately process everything - no help whatsoever came from Indy Luxury. We waited over a week and a half, driving with expired plates.Two last things, they over paid my home states taxes. The refund was issued to the dealership (oh God, its unlikely I will ever see that money). Every time I called to address all of these situations, either they recognized my number and ignored most of my calls. I used another phone with a different area code, and I finally got someone.Lastly, the finance manage, Kerrie, is incredibly rude when she answers the phone. Here tone is incredibly off-putting. Give her a call and see for yourself. I addressed this when I spoke to the owner during all of these sagas, to which he said hed address it in his next meeting with his staff. Either that meeting never happened, or the problem was blown off, or the staff just doesnt care about their customers.I wish I could go further into detail, but I need to get back to work. Proceed with caution.

I am disappointed with the level of integrity at ILM and I will never buy another vehicle from them. We bought a vehicle for $8500 in August, just paid our third payment and the transmission is out. I asked Chris while completing the paperwork if the car came with a warranty, he said no but offered one we could purchase from a third party. My husband and I reviewed the warranty and it only seemed to cover minor items so we declined to purchase it. During our conversation with Chris about the warranty and what was covered I hypothetically said So what if the transmission or something major goes out on this vehicle? We laughed thinking it really wasnt going to happen but it just did and its no longer funny. He told us not to worry because we take care of our people, and I left there feeling reassured. After I sent an email and a follow up phone call, my husband spoke to the GM and the response was We are so sorry but there is nothing we can do for you. So with no offer to even help with the cost, we now have a car payment for a vehicle that can not be driven without shelling out a lot of money, and its just before Christmas. I advise anyone who reads this to go to a reputable dealer who will do right by the customers!

Flew 2,000 mi. to buy a 2006 Bentley Continental GT Base, just to find that the seller misrepresented the car. Yellowed headlights and lots of plastic discoloration and scratches under the car, after I was promised that the car is in perfect condition. Car wasnt even cleaned, lots on leaves inside the engine -- dealer later claimed that they got there from my test drive. Prior to my flight, I was told that grill has already been redone; instead, the same day I showed up, dealer was outside, painting the grill. Moreover, the dealership manager raised his voice at me, since I did not want to complete a sale without receiving the title, as advised by consumer affairs. I was never treated so badly. The company was unprofessional and not at all forthcoming. Stay away!

I suppose my buying process was normal, a bit of back and forth, negotiation, after being firm got close to what I wanted (I came with lots of preparation and research), but at the last minute before signing paperwork agreed to purchase warranty, never used warranty and found out through warranty company I could cancel and get a pro-rated credit back, called Luxury motorsports every day for about a week, left voicemails and live messages with some who did answer the phone, finally got an email with a form to cancel with instructions explaining that I wasnt to send it back to the person who emailed me, close to 1.5 mos later I called the warranty company only to find out Luxury Motorsports never cancelled my warranty despite following their instructions, diligently calling them every day for a week, and asking for confirmation of receipt of my cancellation form twice with two separate employees
