I have nothing negative to say about the store. I actually enjoy this location and exclusively shop here. My issue is with the gentleman that runs the front end once in a while. He was working on 08/17 around 8:30pm. I have delt with him 3 or 4 times now. To be honest, I have felt targeted by him each time. He has made it quite clear that he believes that I need to be watched while scanning my groceries. I have never given him any reason to believe I am a thief. The reason I am writing this, is due to a fellow customer commenting about his behavior as we both left the store. She said that she felt it was highly unprofessional and made her uncomfortable. I dont want say that it is due to my race, but believe that is a factor. I have also seen this behavior out of him with other customers while waiting in line. He is entitled to his own beliefs and biases, but should not be working with the general public.

Krogers is not taking the pandemic seriously. They are asking unvaccinsted customers to wear masks but are not checking for proof of vaccination. Im done.

First, so dirty compared to the competition.Second, last time I went, customer service was closed. I went today, closed again. When I asked at 2pm, they said it wouldnt be open again today. This Kroger having zero Customer Service sums up my experiences here nicely. Temporarily? I guess if May to November is temporary. The competition is cleaner, cheaper, and able to help.I dont plan to go back.

I just trying to get quick scanning my items because I have the kids with me and the cashier comes check my bags many times made me feel uncomfortable and more angry

Great place for Grocery shopping with great prices

Pharmacy drive-thru is disgusting and unsanitary. It has an old school phone that can be used to speak with the techs. Must use an bank teller-like container to send over your credit card and receive your prescriptions. Who wants to be touching all these nasty germ infested things?

I have always had a great experience shopping here for the past two years. I even go out of my way to shop here as there are other stores closer. Today, however, I had such an awful experience with customer service, I may be done. The woman was very cold from the beginning and was extremely unhelpful and acted like she was annoyed I was even breathing. With the peach recall going on, I did not have a paper receipt and obviously don’t have all of the peaches because surprise surprise, we ate some before finding out they could be contaminated. I showed her on my app that I purchased 5 peaches at about .46 each, but because it wasn’t the actual receipt she said, “I don’t know what you expect me to do.” I was so shocked. I’ve never been treated like this here before. I asked if she could look it up in her system since I had the date purchased in my app. She said they don’t have pick up orders in their system and stared at me coldly wanting me to just go away.I went home and called pickup to see if they could get it sorted. They spoke to their manager. Instead of speaking to me directly, the manager told them to relay the message to me that “it’s fine, just bring in your receipt and peaches and they’ll get me sorted out.” 🤦‍♀️ Obviously no one listened. It honestly makes me so sad because most employees are wonderful, but the store clearly is starting to put decent customer service on the back burner. I should add, I’m extremely non confrontational and probably could have pushed harder, but I shouldn’t have to beg to be treated like a human being over recalled peaches.

This is such a great Kroger. Always have what I need. Great deals and great staff. Eric, a Jessica, Lamont, and everyone are always so helpful and friendly.

We just moved to this area and tried Kroger. This store was one of the most micombobulated I’ve ever been. There was no rhyme or reason to it. I asked where butter was and guy points down an isle and it was right around the corner. Who puts butter in the middle of the isle. First coming in there were clerks putting out produce and never moved so you could get around. They have items to high to reach and tell you to get a clerk if you need item. It was really messyThey need lessons from Schnucks. I’ll only go if can’t find item other places.

The self check outs hardly ever take cash

Workers will harass you and scream at you in front of other customers whenever they feel like it and come up with ridiculous lies to inconvenience you. Completely inappropriate. The employees that do this should not have a job.

I want to thank Sarah in the floral department at the Fishers Crossing store for going above & beyond for us today. This was the third Kroger we went to yesterday morning and no one at the other Kroger stores would help us with flowers for homecoming. Sarah listened patiently to what I wanted and made a beautiful bouquet for us. She was patient & kind and gave us excellent customer service. The flowers turned out beautifully. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our day Sarah & easing my last minute anxiety.

I had to get a cake & flowers for an occasion and had gone to Kroger for it, i went there on the last minute but still thanks to Cheryl who took care of my situation and got me a cake and after that i went to the flower side and I waited there but i didn’t see anyone there and then I went back to the cake lady and ask if she can help me with the flowers, she nicely said that she will take care of it, and during that time she even mention that she used to work for Marsh in past as a manager, luckily I got my things taken care. Cheryl went above and beyond to help me put together arrangements for my event, SUPERB service and attitude ! I greatly appreciate her hard work at the last minute!

The service and meat have absolutely went down hill over the last ten years. Kind of sad actually. Comes with the territory I suppose

I straight up cried today getting groceries. We were in the area for Pet Supplies Plus and figured why drive all the way home when a Kroger was right here. Why did I cry? The convenience? Of course not. For the first time in about five years, I finally got to shop without harassment.For the first time since becoming disabled, I have not been stalked, harassed, run into, or otherwise treated poorly while shopping. The store was pleasantly quiet because nobody had to shout over store music. The aisles were narrow but they werent so narrow as to make it impossible for me and another disabled individual to both be in carts side by side. Turning around took a bit of doing but it was much easier and less stressful than other stores with wider aisles.People here were actively kind to me. The scouts were sure to set up their popcorn so as not to block the disability carts as is so common at other locations. The shelves were more than adequately stocked, everything neat and tidy. As someone who has worked in a grocery store, I could tell everything was well tended meaning this location actually has adequate staff. On top of this, staff are very helpful and patient.I know this Kroger is well over half an hour from where I live, but Im definitely going to go out of my way to shop here. I had no idea how draining shopping had become for me due to being treated so poorly as a young and fat disabled person. After my shopping trip, sure I was sore. But I wasnt dog tired afterward and Id forgotten what that felt like.I sincerely cannot praise this location enough. I hope corporate sees this review and takes notes on how to run all their stores so other locations are properly staffed with enough employees to curate a customer experience as lovely as this one was. I hope the employees can see this too and know how wonderful they made my shopping trip.Just its been so long since I was treated like a person instead of a problem. This is absolutely a Kroger worth going to.

Clean and OrganizedEasy to find everything. Nice flowers upon entry, Produce section attractive, bakery really big with lots of options, Deli had lots of variety, Frozen foods had lots of different named brands, cold cuts and dairy had everything, Isles plenty wide, kept up nicely.Self checkout a breeze. Lots of options. Big Wine area too!

Every deli experience has been HORRIBLE. It’s like it’s an inconvenience that I am asking them to do their job. This morning put me over the edge. Asked for our deli meats sliced a certain way, the employee proceeded to tell me that it’s in the “grab and go” section. Again, I repeated that I wanted it sliced a different way. She then slammed the chunk of meat on the slicer. Is this the way all customers are treated? Because I didn’t want to grab the meat from the “grab and go”? Asked if I wanted anything else, and I let her know which cheese and how I wanted it sliced. Again, told me it’s in the grab and go. Again, I let her know I wanted it sliced differently than what’s in there. Again, slammed the cheese down on the slicer while shaking her head and muttering things I couldn’t quite make out. Then she literally threw it on the counter and turned away. Unacceptable. Why have a deli counter if we aren’t allowed to have meats and cheeses sliced how we want? Called the store manager and was put on how for 10 minutes without an answer so I hung up and decided to write a review. I will be contacting higher up because I choose to spend my hard earned money at this Kroger, but not to be treated with horrible customer service.

Good selection of grocery and fair prices. However the customer service is a tad bit strange here. Some fellow was very kind the first time going there and the experience was excellent. However when trying to purchase alcohol, my ID was checked and double checked and a huge deal was make about me carrying a fake ID. Im 31 years old. Not cool.

Cannot speak highly enough of Dawn, from the grocery pick up area. My mom had some issues getting her order placed online, so I called the store since I live an hour away, unable to handle it in person. Dawn called me back and went above and beyond to take care of my moms issue! This store, and all the customers who use their pick up service, are lucky to have Dawn!

Would have gotten 3 stars, but I was disappointed in the bakery and the cleanliness of the store. I might have just come after a rush or a short handed day, but either way it was messy. The bakery was very hard to deal with. They really only make basic basic cakes. I ended up going to Walmart to get what I needed! Thats a shame. Do better Kroger...

Floral dept is worthless and dont do there job, company should fire the manager and find someone worth the money they pay.

Amber who works at the customer service center is raciest and vulgar. I don’t know how they allow such a person like her to serve customers. She refused to serve me 3 times because I wanted to send money over seas through western union.

I have been shopping here for a few years now. I am going to attempt a different location as lately I am having to make another trip to a different store for items out of stock or that they no longer carry after the remodel. Kudos to the meat and seafood department. They are always friendly and if you are looking around for something anywhere near them they will ask if they can help you. The deli on the other hand, whew, I ask for items with severe reluctance. There was one lady working in the deli that apologized on behalf of one of her co-workers grumpiness and I thanked her for her kindness. There is a gentleman that works behind the deli that obviously does not enjoy people or his job and the tension is almost tangible. I wish I could say it was only a problem once but that is not the case. The store is always clean and the florists are also super friendly. There is also a young man that is frequently stocking the dairy area that frequently goes out of his way to ask if you need help if he sees you looking around. Pharmacy team is also extremely helpful. They have also added some young cashiers up front that are fantastic. I had two younger gentleman helping me check out and bag and they both were talking to my son and have him stickers. ....changed from 4 to 3 stars. Last week marked 4 weeks in a row in which I had to make run to a second store due to so many items not being in stock after deciding to give this location one more shot.Edit to previous review: I revisited this location after switching Kroger some time ago. I was incredibly impressed with improvements that led me to drive further to a different Kroger. Changed from 3 to 5 stars. I honestly dont think I have ever ran into this many helpful and incredibly friendly employees at a grocery store ever. For me friendliness and helpfulness go a long way. Everything was well stocked and very clean. There was one gentleman that was picking items for a click list and I heard him continuously asking people if they needed help finding anything (morning of 1/16). That is very refreshing as sometimes it seems as though they dont want to make eye contact with you and incase you might ask them a question. I just very much appreciated the positive changes that I saw today and will continue coming back to this location. Hayley, Simene, and another tall and joyful gentleman helped at the Cashier station were very friendly.(Cashier lines were getting a bit backed up but have found this to be a problem at most grocery stores anymore.)

This store is being remodeled. But seemed well stocked. A small wait at the meat counter for a special request. But they accomplished the task quickly.

I love my kroger, it looks as though they are doing some remodeling! I always have a great time while Im in there roaming the aisles. I could spend hours walking each aisle if my family would allow me to be gone that long! 😁 If you ever need anything or cant reach something they always come to help with a smile! Today I found loaves of bread which had expired 2 days ago!Packaged pastry is marked to expire tomorrow. Full prices on each.Be careful about expired foods.

I have my choice of going to any of 4 Krogers that are local to me and this store is by far my last choice. Its sad too because this location was the original and I would like to support it, but its dirty and the employees there are so rude! I just got off the phone with the manager to let her know the experience I had last time in the store with the U-scan operator and the customer service representative. Hopefully they can turn this around!

I was looking for a specific item, canned coconut milk, on Thursday, October 5th.After several attempts at finding the product I grew frustrated and approached several employees as they were beginning to clock out. After clocking out, one of them went with me on my quest for coconut milk and after about a 3 minute search we were successful. Unfortunately, I did not get the employees name but he has been employed at this location for several years. His customer service was great- even doing so after clocking out! Kudos to Kroger for keeping quality people at a single location over time and thank you to that employee!

Kroger Pharmacy staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Always willing to help and answer questions regarding prescription orders.

Love Kroger! I refuse to come to this location. The parking lot is a huge problem. Especially during high volume times. Parking lot is extremely small for the amount of people that shop here. This is unfortunate for me because this location is across the street from my work place. I end up driving around longer looking for a parking place than I would shopping. It’s a shame.

Weve been shopping at this Kroger for many years. The staff is always helpful and the produce is fresh. Also, the meet case has a great selection of great cuts.

Staff is always friendly, lines are usually fast, and prices are competitive. My only real complaint is with the quality of their produce. It doesnt seem to be as consistent as other nearby locations.

As far as grocery stores go, this is one of the best in the area. The store is well maintained, the staff has always been friendly, and the prices are always the best. Granted the selection is not the same as a Whole Foods or trader Joes style store.

I wish more Krogers were the same, carried the same brands etc. All Krogers carrys Amys Pizza, but not every Kroger has Amys Cheese pizza which is our families preference. Not Four Cheese. We drive to multiple Krogers looking for this style of Amys and this Kroger let us down.

If I had any other real alternative, I would use it. The gas pumps eat up most of the parking...it is a nightmare. Cart carrels are few. Despite stockers blocking aisles, they cant stay stocked... today they were out of cucumbers. Never enough of the promotional items. Everything is cramped leading to whimsical stocking, for instance ricotta is no where near other cheeses. Neither is Velveeta. The only redeeming feature is the staff. They are warm and welcoming.

Usually a good place to shop if you have their card. Could improve the meat dept.

The parking lot is kind of small and a little frustrating at times. But I can always find what Im looking for here. Its not a huge grocery but has the essentials.

Carmel, IN Kroger has a better selection than most other locations.

Sometimes its a little slow in there. But its a good grocery store. Prices and selection is nice.

Convenient and fast. Parking is congested but great location.

I often shop here for basic groceries at a reasonable cost.. Vegetables and fruits are tasty and fresh!

This is not a Kroger with the broadest possible selection, but the staff are extremely courteous and helpful here. It is also a small store and easy to navigate.

Kroger has changed and gotten a lot better. When Market District show its face it woke the sleeping giant. GREAT produce, flowers, meats bakery and fresh too! As M.D. faded and didnt meet market demand and projections, Kroger did and filled the void, the desire for fresh and high quality foods. This location does that nicely even for a large chain. P.S. Please help the Noblesville location.... get them to this point too. Great Store @ 116th & Allisonville Kroger!

Have shopped here for 10 years....I am totally ashamed of this current store cleanliness, shelves emptyMerchandise limited and the parking is horrible for Handicap people like me.The Meat area smells like fish sometimes and other orders at other times..A friend of mine asked to the speak to the manager and took her to the meat area and explained the smell and her commit was it’s a fish and meat department and brushed her off.The self service register are terrible....I now have to drive to 116th and Cumberland Rd or now go to Meirs...Sorry to have to see this store getting so old..Linnea Verplank

I have shop this Krogers for 23 years and today I have never seen it in such chaos - carts and boxes stacked in every other aisle- a stock boy come out from behind swinging doors bringing boxes to the meat department and literally almost knocked me and my son down- he was coming out backwards so he could not see anyone, my son and I had to yell out to him to get him from knocking us over, there was only two cashiers as perturbed as I was, I asked to speak to a manager they called the two managers that were on duty three times while I stood up front and waited for them 10-15 mins never to come finally one of the clerks had to go back into the meat department to get the managers to come out, I voice my concerns about how I felt that his store was in such disarray this afternoon that I would not come back to that Krogers.Corporate people if you are reading this know this for sure, your hundred and 116th and allisonville road store is a complete mess- and it really all began when you put the gas station out in the parking lot and cut down on all the parking only to say you were going to open up another store on the opposite corner which now we know is never going to open I think that youre the next to go, Marsh grocery stores first Kroger stores next-see you tried to fix something that wasnt broken, but Ill start doing my shopping elsewhere, good luck.

Of all the grocery stores I have used, this one has to be the worst by far. Canceling the Super Kroger was a terrible idea as a bigger store was absolutely needed. Every time I go, the store is out of common vegetables, bread, etc, most likely because there isnt enough room to put anything and keep up with demand. The aisle are usually chaotic as stock people are stocking at super busy times. This store also decided to remove half of its regular tellers for self check out, which would be great except for when you have a large shopping day (do not get me started on the scan and go they are using now). Every time I leave this store, I am furious. I typically use this store 3 times a week because its convenient, however I think I will start shifting to the Walmart market or Target. Its just not worth because so angry every time I leave this store.

Self check out hsnd held scanners are a joke. Dont waste your time with them.

The quality here is inconsistent in my opinion.I bought a bag of ground flax, which appeared to be sealed, but when I opened it at home there was a spoon inside of bag.I also purchased (on June 29) two bagged salad kits with sell-by dates of July 2. That evening, when I opened one of the bags, I was assaulted by the distinct funk of turned cabbage and kale. Clearly they priced these as a woohoo $1.79 instead of the rebuilds $2.69 because they knew it was no good but technically not past expiry date. There was also a separate coconut water (refrigerated) incident where I splurged on the productI prefer but it had gone bad. They leave cold items to stock sitting in boxes in the aisles too long, Im not sure what the issue is but its a consistent theme at this location

Terrible costumer service, if a supermarket offers money services is beacause they are capable of fulfilling the costumers needs. An employee named Karen (American white lady) treated me horrible, I dont want to make this a racial discrimination situation but it felt like it, I have been several times there to pick up money through western union and been politely helped, my helpers have been from diverse ethnicities (never white American). Today this lady was unprofessional from minute one, very rude and was not humble enough to admit she didnt know what to do with my pick up order, instead blamed on her own coworkes (more than 5) that they wrong on the procedure, and work, with that being said she kept asking for things ive never been asked before. Refused to call the manager or another coworker to see if they knew what to do. Im extremely disappointed. And Kroger cam definetly do better, hire some with social skills for a start and be able to provide manager assistance when needed. Not worth it. Go somewhere else people.

Went to this 24 hour Kroger. There is a sign on the door that says 24 hours, a giant 15 foot neon sign above the door that says open 24 hours, and was yelled at by an employee and told they were not open until 7. Am I missing something here? Google says you are open 24 hours, your multiple signs say you are open 24 hours and you have nothing noting anything different on the door, but somehow your employee finds it within his right to yell at me because I cant understand why your sliding doors are not opening? Makes sense...
