This Kroger is clean and well staffed. Everyone seems busy. They are also well stocked it is rare that I go in to get something and it is not available.

Had curb side pick-up this morning between 10/11 oclock the young man who loaded my car was courteous and very carefully loaded the items I purchased

My father went there today to get his Flu Vaccine in bad weather on his bike, but the Tech Said he need appointment, They can not do it walk ins. I requested her over the phone that if he need to wait he can but please give him a Flu Vaccine bcz he works 12 hrs. shifts and i work in the Hospital doing 12 hrs shift, our schedule really does not matches but she strictly refused. Its not appreciated.

This review is specifically for DELISA in the meat department at Kroger on Olio Road. She is probably the nicest person I have talked to in many months!! She is always friendly, helpful and so happy…to EVERYONE!!! It is such a pleasure to shop there and go to the meat department and to have the opportunity to see and talk with her!! Kroger is VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HER!! Thank you Delisa, for being the kind, happy, helpful person that you are. See you soon!!

Very large store with anything you need. Has a pharmacy, a health clinic, a gas station, a fresh/local food section, a good selection of toys and clothing, and obviously lots of food because that is the main purpose. Staff is helpful when you need to find something, which is likely to happen because the store is large. But they have a directory hanging from the ceiling, so that helps.I submitted photos of interesting items I saw in the store, such as diamond ice cubes, cool looking plates, and an unusual type of tomatoes, as well as some other typical grocery store photos.

Fairly well stocked location (for a Kroger that has few quantity of each item on the shelf by plan). Relatively quick checkout considering how busy this store is. A little more better stock than some rural Krogers, probably because of its location in Fishers, gets more stock and employees staffed to keep up with reshelving.

More and more the last couple months the meat quality has been unfit to sell. Meat past the sell-by date, meat that is strongly spoiled when you open the package (but the sell-by date is far off), and sour milk has become more often than not. If you dont buy through the butcher station themselves, the meat is bad 3/4 of the time. Again, this has started the last few months, just shameful quality and disgusting!

One of our favorite grocery stores! Its clean, the attendants are always helpful and friendly, the store is easy to navigate, and the produce is fresh (which is a major plus!) The prices are great as well, and I love the rewards card, as it always helps us to save money on our necessities and fuel.

Great grocery store, but the online app is atrocious. It doesnt function based off active inventory and doesnt give canceled notifications when they dont have enough inventory. Its very inconvenient showing up only to see your order has been canceled. Never using their app again and Ill just use Walmart, or Target for convenience.

While I was in line to checkout the lady in front of me was visibly shaking and leaning on her cart. I asked if she was not feeling well and she said she wasnt. The cashier in the line next to mine and my cashier noticed and took the customer to sit down and they got her water. They were so kind. The cashier asked if it was ok if she checked her out and I said Of course . It was a long wait but no one complained. It restored my faith in people and I especially want to thank all of the essential workers in our grocery stores!

Always super friendly at this location, great beer selection, and is well stocked aside from the normal times like on Sunday night.

Not sure if they check their produce before they put it out. I’ve found moldy strawberries, grapes, and blackberries plenty of times. Also came across a friendly little SPIDER in my most recent purchase of grapes. Won’t be buying any produce from here again.

Beware! Don’t go to Kroger for Moneygram...I went up to Customer Service and the guy was not very nice. Looked at me and spoke down to me, said they don’t do that here. even though the Representative at Moneygram told me to come here. The CS Cody at Kroger said “you can do that at Walmart”...I was frustrated already and now almost in tears how he spoke to me. My mom just wanted to send me birthday money from Canada. I then tried calling with the # moneygram gave me and got the same guy Cody...be a little bit more respectful next time, money can be a sensitive subject for some!!

Store is ok. Always clean and cashiers friendly. However.... Almost always out of staple items, like butter and macaroni and cheese. Pick-up is TERRIBLE. Somehow my order is out of things like m&ms, potatoes, and I all 3x I have tried it been missing items. Just not worth it. Most recently waited more than 40 minutes after I checked in to get my items, while more than 6 cars that arrived after me got theirs. Going back to instacart.

I was looking for a new place to shop and unfortunately Im still looking or going back to my original store. I was not impressed by the way Kroger shoves their brands at you. They had very few brands to choose from and the store doesnt flow very well at all, also i could have just asked a child to bag my groceries the way they were tossed in the bags. My only positive is the cashier was very quick at checking us out. Disappointed 😞

Was the worst pharmacy Ive ever been too. The tech who thinks she a doctor has no desire to go out of her way to help but is able to tell you to come back and may be they will have it then.went too the krogers on 116th street in and out in 30 minutes what a difference.

Even with the trying times their going through right now, the manager,Jamie went above and beyond to help us out with a problem we were experiencing with a pharmacy transfer. He was polite, courteous and swiftly handled our issues with no questions asked. Jamie, you are a gem to this company, we are on a first name basis with a majority of your staff for shopping here so often and I just want to give you a shout out to a excellent job well done! Thank you sir, we will keep our prescriptions here solely based on how you handled our situation. On a side note, there were a few girls in the pharmacy that I dealt with that could use some training in professionalism, kindness and understanding.

My husband and I think this is the worst Kroger store we have ever shopped at! Earlier this week my prescription was called in on Tuesday but when we went to get it, they said big backlog, not ready until Wednesday after 1. I really needed to start taking the pills so we have moved out prescriptions to Walgreen’s. Today was the last straw! No Rice Krispies on the shelves—really??! I could go on and on over stuff they were out of over this past year and we ended up going to Meijer to get. Cube steaks, everyday napkins, Liquid Smoke. Not all Kroger stores are bad like this one. Westfield Kroger much better even during this pandemic. They need to get their #%*^ together or more customers will go elsewhere.

Narrow aisles, always difficult to shop here because of the large racks the employees push around for online shoppers. Unable to access certain items cause they are always blocked by these associates. If you want a demolition derby feel visit this location.

Waited for over an hour for my groceries, I can understand being under staffed but if that’s the case then call people and reschedule the pick up! Worst Kroger Customer Service!

First time buying online in this store and last time. Very poor customer service i been a kroger customer for years but by far worst experience no sense of ownership ask for store manager was told that no manager on staff come to find out was a lie super rude people they treated me like im less of a customer.

Big, Clean, and Fast Checkout. Things are always in stock! Staff are nice and theres always a few in every isle. Although the parking spot can be hard to find in the evening, but that is to be expected.

The customer service is outstanding. Clinton and I have been talking for about a year or longer now about me finishing law school and taking the bar exam. Today I went through his line and let him know I passed the bar exam, and he was just so happy for me. I appreciate the support and encouragement he has given me.

This store is really nice and clean. Very easy to shop and a wide selection of items. Employees are semi-nice but always seem distracted with each other. The main reason for the 3 stars there stocking issues. It never fails that every time I go they are out of at least 3 to 5 items that i need. It becomes very frustrating at times. They do make an effort to see if they can find it in the back but usually they are out of stock. This is a busy store and could understand it happening occasionally but it is all the time. If they could fix this issue it would be a 5 star store hands down!

It was noon on the Friday before Christmas and everyone decided to take off work, including myself, and go shopping. Kroger was prepared with at least 7-8 checkout lanes. Thank you, Kroger!

Click list shopping, PLEASE. stop giving me rotten moldy produce. i bought a pack of sweet peppers and they were all moldy. i understand your day is long, and or busy. but atleast check to see if they’re moldy or not. it’s a waste of money. it sucks how i spend money on rotten food.

I was at the meat counter today about 2pm. I didn’t catch her name, but a tall thin lady helped me. I shared with her that I wanted to add fish to my diet and that I have never really loved any seafood. She helped me pick 2 pieces and told me exactly how to cook them! She even offered me some seasoning for my salmon (chipotle raspberry which sounds delicious!) I greatly appreciate her help. She was very kind. She definitely went above and beyond!

Management has zero care about issues that arise. Strawberries had mold all in the inside so you couldn’t see from holding the container up. I’m not one to sit and inspect each piece of fruit. If you walk out of the store with an item don’t expect to get an exchange.

According to the CDC. Wear mask over mouth AND nose. Some Kroger employees and vendors are not doing this. Do not substitute a mask for face shield. Effectiveness is not known.

Kroger Clicklist is the most ridiculous thing at this location. In November I placed my order 3 day prior to when I wanted to pick it up. They called me the day of saying they werent going to have my order ready by the time I got off of work because they had too many orders and I had to pick it up the next day. Luckily, I was able to do that. BUT, Its honestly ridiculous that I placed the order 3 DAYS in advance. I would have understood if it was that morning or even the day before, but no. Today, January 2, 2019 THE SAME THING HAPPENED. They called me 3 HOURS prior to me picking it up and said they wouldnt have my order ready again. They said I had to pick it up at 6:30. Fine. The last straw was when I got home and looked at my vegetables. Please see attached picture. The zucchini was ROTTEN. The apples were ROTTEN. Now, I am trusting someone to do my grocery shopping which is fine and yes, I understand that I will get what they pick out, BUT they should have employees working for them that know how to pick out good vegetables and fruit. I am DONE shopping at this Kroger.

You need to hire more people like Sabrina Rush/ pizza shop with very positive and very porfessional attitude. Sabrina made you /Kroger shine and bring more business to your store. Excellent service and Excellent customer service. Store manager, please acknowledge her and use her for training. AWESOME.

Really love this store. The staff is amazing!

Not very happy with the service at this store. You would think that on the weekends the shelves would be fairly stocked. Disappointing when you go shopping and you cant get half the things you need because the shelves are empty.

This place use to be great. You could walk in and out with everything you needed in less than 20 minutes. But now it takes 30 minutes just to get a dozen eggs and check out. They added a whole bunch of stuff that you dont need. And products are not grouped well by each other. Definitely go to a different store.

This is a well designed store with good selections of food and products.However, I find alot of items with short expiration dates while the fresh items are held-back in baskets and carts in the back of the store.I recommend that Kroger shoppers look at expiration dates to see if they can use the food or product by the time it will expire.

This Kroger was recently built to replace the old and small Kroger store. This new store is absolutely fabulous.Great selection of products and an absolutely great layout featuring split aisles that keep you from having to walk the depth of the store to get to another aisle.The store also features an expanded pharmacy, clothing, and home goods.Curbside pickup of groceries is available at this location.

This place is much better than the old store. Its very busy which is understandable. Its the only store on this side of town. Always clean. I will say that with the new buy online and pick up service it can be hard to get aroumd. But when it comes to shopping for food, this Kroger is the easiest and best experience.

A special shout out to Clinton at the cash register checkout. He was extremely pleasant and professional. I was never moved to write a review for a grocery store, but he is exceptional and that man should be promoted!

Another point of view...My girlfriend is 83 years old. She is a lovely and appropriate person who is very precise, detailed, and one who seldom loses an argument. She is remarkably persistent as she calmly & definitely takes all the time in the world to convince you that she is right. Usually people just give up in the face of such profound determination.She has well-water so buys about 4 gallons a week of spring water at Kroger. She called various stores to confirm they had in stock - Kroger at 116th & Olio confirmed they did.When she arrived she was told they did not have any water at all. Disappointed, she proceeded to pick up the other few items she needed. She was wearing her gloves and sunglasses and intentionally going down aisles where other people were not.She happened down the baby aisle and noticed empty water shelves there too. Stubborn & on a mission, she began searching the very bottom shelves. After basically getting down to floor level, she found 11 gallons of purified water tucked way back under. The familiar 10 for $10 sign was there so she spent some time down low scooching 10 gallons out and then into her cart.Arriving at the check out counter, the cashier looked alarmed and said you cant buy all these. The sign said I can. Well, you cant. You can only have 3. That wont even get me through a week. Then you will have to come back. What if I am buying for more than myself? Then youll have to have other household people come in individually.They removed 7 gallons from her cart & piled them in a cart at the end of the checkout counters. She paid the bill and took her groceries out to her car.As she was unloading all into her trunk, she became more and more irritated - mostly at herself.Her thoughts swirled. I should have asked to speak to the manager. I should have told them I was 83. I should have reminded them that I am not supposed to go out for 14 days and now I will have to go back out again. I should have explained that my well-water is not drinkable and that I need this for hydration. I should have reminded them that they didnt even know they HAD any water in stock when I came in. I was the one who discovered it in the baby aisle and ended up on the floor digging it out. I really should not come back in a week and re-expose myself to this virus.And so, having won the argument with herself, and with confidence in the moral right of what she intended to do (did I mention she is a Scorpio?), she headed back into Kroger.Sure enough, all of the water she had surrendered was still langishing in the same cart. She gently transfered 3 gallons (now knowing the per purchase limit) into her new cart and began her trek to a different cashier. Suddenly a Kroger Man approached her, put his hand on her cart and sternly said, Didnt I just see you in here already buying water?If you saw an attractive little old woman with curly silver hair, driving gloves, and sunglasses, slinking like a criminal out of the Kroger at 116th and Olio in Indianapolis, it was no doubt my thirstybuddy.

My main grocery. Offers gas station. Parking could be better and typically packed. Very clean and usually got good produce in stock. Would like to see online pickup available ASAP.

Ive stopped getting steak at Kroger. We buy tenderloin steaks every week to grill out. I find that they are frequently out of stock or the selection looks to me like 2nd rate cuts. A company their size should be expected to do better. Were shopping elsewhere now.

Nice Kroger. Lots of options. Parking lot is weird. And their pharmacy section doesnt have a great selection of over the counter medicines. Had to go to CVS to find what I was looking for.

Very poor customer service from Jaslyn and Gordon. Jaslyn very rude cashier with disgruntled affect and unhappy with her tasks it seem. Gordon was semi helpful to say the least.

Awesome store. Clean and well organized. I particularly love their selection for the dog lovers. Many types of bones, toys and food to choose from for all dog sizes.

The staff in general has a lot to be desired .... Nothing overly special or unique with their products offered...the bistro is okay at best...I could go on... A monopoly like Kroger can coast and people will still eat it up lock stock and barrel. For the usual staples...suppose so....otherwise...dismiss the place as s big come on!!!

A navigational nightmare, had to keep backtracking because of the way the aisles were set up. As much as I love the expanded options and specialties, I will go there only when I want those things... otherwise, back to the regular Kroger. Everyone was friendly. Believe it or not the cashier actually rushed us because she said she was being timed. of course fast is good, but not if i break a sweat.

Variety, friendly, helpful staff (USUALLY a sign of good management), well - stocked shelves and items available that one wouldnt think are needed until in the midst of shopping result in a great shopping experience. Non - food items are of decent quality and mean trip to another store for like items may be unneeded. While not a super store per se, enough is in good supply to mean traipsing back and forth, back and forth in super store hell can be avoided, at least for one day. Sushi daily made, Starbucks, and freshly made gourmet popcorn of many flavors are among the wonderful extras offered here. Take a trip and enjoy!

Sad sad sad. MANAGEMENT GAVE OK.. for my son to sell candy bars for his school in front of Kroger Fishers In.. to help improve school... No personal gain. And now Today.. they kick us out, saying they would Never ok that.. Safe to say we will Not shop at place that Doesnt Support Its Community! Just SAD

This Kroger is amazing. Clothing and toys as well! Its like the smaller Walmarts. Also has more choice in food.

Clean store, very wide variety in this grocery store from the meats to the Cheeses to the chips. You can stop and get sushi .pizza or Chinese if you wanted to go there for lunch or pick up dinner for the family its a quick option with a grape variety

The best Kroger in the world. The clothes are great, be sure to use your Kroger card. It makes them at least 60% cheaper. Love the staff.

Come on Kroger. If we wanted a Super Wal-Mart wed go there. 98% of customers just want you to do groceries well.

They now have working WiFi. The Kroger app is very helpful. You can enter a product in the search box and it tells you in which aisle the item is.The only ongoing issue is the cement walkway outside. I wish they would fill in the blank dirt areas so we can push our carts more easily. Instead, we have a narrow path and have to avoid getting the wheels stuck in that dirt.

Selection is good but they do not ever seem to bag your groceries. They always leave at least 1 or 2 items sitting on the belt. They have developed a pattern of this over the last month and it is getting worse.

Well stocked, friendly associates, and excellent service! The bakery specifically is a strength at this Kroger. Everyone who works there is friendly, and willing to help with anything you may need.

I want to say that Linda, in Customer service took her time and helped me. She was both kind, and very knowledgeable about the problem I was having. I so appreciated how she worked with and helped me. She is a very good person to have on your staff.

Well today was a terrible experience at Kroger. Dee the cashier took my coupons and then forgot to enter them. I pointed this out to her and she said, Since you had inserted your card, it processed it. I asked how she was going to fix this and she told me she couldnt and that I would have to go stand in line at customer service. After standing in line for 10 minutes I said to Parker the Customer Service rep, Sorry you get to deal with an upset customer, and explained. He said half laughing, yeah, that happens a lot, Ive even done it a few times myself. I told him that it doesnt happen to me all the time and that is not what a customer like me wants to hear! He just shrugged, were just human, not robots. Hey, Parker, how about: I am sorry Sir, let me fix this for you quickly.? Since I was the only one who actually, said the word, sorry let me say to the Olio Road Kroger: Sorry, I am gonna try the new Meijer or Fresh Thyme Market next week. Considering we spend over $6,000.00 each year at that store, maybe sorry isnt the right word...

Is it really so difficult to put the prices on the fresh food? I dont buy things because I dont see a price next to it. A LOT!

The only 2 times I have been to this store my purchases have rang up incorrectly, most recently this morning. The mega event started and none of my 10 items (2x Buy 5, Save $5) rang up with the correct price or discount. My Catalina also didnt print out (same as my 1st trip there). I went to customer service only to find it didnt open until 8am -- now I have to make another trip back. I said I would never return but needed diapers and this is the only Kroger on my way to work.

Kroger is my go-to marketplace. From their huge selection of produce to their bulk section. Its fast, and moderately priced. Click list, their online shopping service is also quite useful.

Wow, so disappointed! this Kroger is right by where we live and now I can’t go because they are closing out a ton of their gluten free items! It’s the largest Kroger and already had the LEAST gluten free items and now I see almost all the gluten free items on close out? I’m allergic and super bummed I won’t be able to shop here! Used to love it. Bummer.

The new store has been hit or miss at times. Tonight was a huge miss that ended up being a hit thanks to one manager, Bryan. My wife ordered a quick list order earlier in the day and had to work in the evening so I had to go pick up the groceries with my two young boys. They were not in good moods.When I got to Kroger the associates working were young but nice. They were carrying on a teenager style conversation while loading my groceries. One of the teenage boys asked me where I wanted my bread. I told him to put it in the back with the rest of the groceries on top of everything. To him that meant to place it under a case of water with some other groceries. On top of that they placed the produce loose in the back. Needless to say, the was a mess of grapes all over the back of my car.I was upset when I saw all the damage, so I called in to complain and got hung up while waiting for a manager. When I called back, I was less than happy. I spoke with a manager named Bryan, who took the brunt of my frustration. To make things right, he took a list of what was damaged and drove it out to my home! Who does that these days? Normally, they would have made me come back in. Not only did he drive it out to my home but he brought double the amount and included some popcorn for my kids. This is the way to keep a customer! Before Bryan intervened there was no way I was going back to this store. Because of his efforts, he will keep a customer and I hope this post gives him some recognition and praise. Thank you Bryan.

A new Marketplace featuring organics and a holistic pharmacist..very new and very clean. Huge store with everything you need under one roof. The meat/seafood department is very well stocked and very nice.

Big, lot of bulk foods, healthy/natural selection. First time in there was overwhelming since there is so much to look at! Its new and nice. Location is convenient as well.

EVERYTIME I visit Kroger which is very frequently its always clean. The employees are so friendly and always asking can I help you and did you find everything you were looking for.Ive never been to another market that is as clean and as friendly as this store. Kroger on Olio Rd will ALWAYS be my store to shop at.

This Kroger is always clean and has a large variety. I also find the stocking and facing of goods on the aisle to be well above par. We will continue going hear for shopping needs.

They have switched everything around inside the store to the point where I couldnt find anything. Yet the people were friendly and were very helpful in helping me find the things I needed. With that said as I went to check out I tried to use my debit card that is connected to my checking account and the cashier could not take it without a PIN number and I do not use PIN numbers in public. She said it was that way with all Mastercards. Well I pulled out another credit card that was a MasterCard and placed it in the chip reader and it went through fine with no pin number. I do not like charging my food and prefer to pay for it with my debit card. They may want to fix that or they could lose some business.

Be aware customers, as you might be working like a cashier at the checkout counter with a cashier present.It was Sunday afternoon, busier than usual.Was waiting at the line, but an associate asked me to come over to the express lane as there was no one.This sad old lady, no greeting, smiles, nothing. That’s fine, not a big deal.But as soon as I told her I have two cases of 32 bottled water, she handed me a scanner to scan.By the way it wasn’t cord free scanner either. Short cord all tangled.No cashiers ever asked me to do it before- I tried to pick up the case and they shouted me not to do it and told me how many bottles for the case, or they just key in to the computer and it just auto populate the items right? But whatever... I was willing to do it thinking weird though.Some reason the scanner was not working, no lights were on on the scanner either. I kept trying but she just ignored me and kept scanning. When I told her it’s not working, She told me to pick up that case for her to scan... I did but it was very unpleasant, and hurt my back as she delayed scan the case.She handed me two stickers to put on each case- Understandable. But there she goes putting stickers on milk jars, ice tea bottles, bottled sodas too. After all done scanning, she goes “ did you put up all the items from bottom of the cart?” Very unpleasant voice.She could easily see the bottom of my cart from her angle, because I moved it front. She basically treated me like a thief or something. That’s how I felt.If I’m wrong, then you tell me that the other cashiers are working incorrectly. Because no cashiers put stickers on milk jugs for me before. That’s why I felt I became a thief.A Couple more rudeness...she just put the wine bottle in a plastic bag.I had a couple of coupons, she scanned one and she got so excited- based on her voice, and her face, to tell me that a e-coupon had been applied. Why did it make her excited?To me, She was fine with the next person. So she was just rude to me? Why?Also that store always has incorrect price( different price than the shelf price tags) at least for me.There are many days that I did not even bother to go line up at the customer service but yesterday I had to as one of my buy 5 save 5 items were not registered and rang up as just sale price. And they always assume that I’m wrong but lately I have been checking the barcode numbers as well to make sure it is right item for sale.So I’m really tired to check item’s barcode, check receipts before I leave the store, lining up at the customer service. And now I have to bare that rudeness and hurt my back? I don’t think so!Other grocery stores give you money back if the price rings up incorrectly, but Kroger? They don’t even apologize.There are many different good grocery stores around me and no doubt ending my business with Kroger.

I love this store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Kroger is my favorite place to grocery shop!

BY FAR my favorite Kroger, let alone in the Fishers/Noblesville.Amazing beer selection, including crafts and imports. Beer ratings / info on labels.Wider aisles than most Krogers.Best of all, not extremely overpopulated like every other place in the area.

Really disappointed with new Kroger. The added variety is marginally beneficial (clothes, toys) and the food prices have gone way up versus the old location. Hopefully prices lower back to where they were as the novelty of the new location wears off.

A great store and they have a directory to help you find what you are looking for, but if you dont look up what isle you need to go to things can be a little hard to find. I really like this store.

The lay definitely makes a walking a major event to get the basics items .

Kroger carries lots of products and many brands. The store is great but its too big for just a I just need a gallon of milk, I dont want to hike a store to get it.

More than once we have gotten spoiled meat from this place. It’s ridiculous. If you use this service I’d double check the people running it and double check the expiration dates on everything. I’m beginning to think they are maximizing their profits by ridding themselves of meat close to spoiling.Also, the manager told me point blank on the phone that their meat usually isn’t supposed to last more than 3 days. If you’re used to buying a weeks worth of groceries, then according to this buffoon, you must be a vegetarian after day three.

If you need pork tenderloin cut and tenderized ....DONT go here
