They told me they were gonna help me during the pandemic. At first all they said they needed was verify that I was getting unemployment.. after I gave that they need bank statements and pay stubs from December. Then I was told I was lying about making my payments when every week it came out of my card. I have tryed to call corporate but never got a call back. I will not be returning as a costumer . They lost a costumer of 3 years

Awesome customer service

Workers gave us a locked laptop as a borrow laptop because the original one they gave us shut down. Now we drove all the way home and find out we cant even unlock the laptop from the passcode page.🙄🙄🙄
