Very disappointed! Came in to purchase a freezer. Salesperson tore himself away from fun with other employees! Then answered a few questions then went back to having conversation with his fellow workers. Are they going out of BIZ? Total lack of customer service. Im purchasing from a local company.

Except for the fact that I felt as though certain employees were kind of following me around the store, the store was clean, the employee who helped me was very knowledgeable, and they had everything I needed. Oh and when I used the restroom, I WAS RATHER SHOCKED IN A VERY PLEASANT WAY HOW CLEAN IT WAS

Employees were friendly and helpful at this location and I was pleased overall with my visit. Friend needed to rent a truck from here to move her belongings from an ex boyfriends house. The truck worked out great, and was the most affordable option. Returning the truck was an eaay process and I would recommend this option to others whom may be in similar circumstances.

Went in looking for screws and washers. Easy to find.

Place was clean and well organized. I quickly found what I was looking for and the employee at the self serve check out helped me look up the the price for bulk bolts and screws that i was buying.

I was shopping for a refrigerator. I finally made up my mind what I needed. I didnt see what I was looking for. A very pleasant salesman found one on the computer and it will be delivered at the end of this month. It was a very pleasant experience.

Ordered paint from Home Depot. Was supposed to get Clay Angel. Instead the guy gave us San Francisco City. The numbers for each paint are way different. The manager had the audacity to tell us that we should have checked the paint before leaving the paint department. Didn’t care and decided to not take responsibility. Won’t ever buy paint from this place. Also, won’t by behr paint either, put it on your walls and it runs like mad.

My fav place to shop for home repairs - I love, love, love the fact that the restrooms have arm pulls so that you dont have to use your hands to open/close the door (no germs) -- prices are compatible with other big box stores - staff seems to be knowledgeable as it pertains to their department and the products held in that department- as stated earlier -- MY FAV PLACE TO SHOP FOR HOME REPAIRS🥰

Getting my Garage fixed for the winter

A man who was about to go on break rang me up rather than have me wait in line, and someone very kindly waited and loaded up my car that someone was driving from clear across the parking lot (it was a very hot day).my problem? They advertise free shipping. Its $79. Called their HQ in Georgia, they said, yup, not even appliances get free delivery. I was about to ask what qualifies for free when I decided to throw my phone out the window in frustration. In short: the workers are cool. Administrators SUCK, lie and smile the whole time. If theres a difference between having it delivered from the store vs. ordering & having it driven to you from far away, they could have said so but did not

This is a good Home Depot store. Ive been shopping here for years, but today it was raining outside, so I took my little puppy inside for a walkabout. Several associates commented on how cute he is and a couple of them bent down to pet him and socialize with him. Although thats not what this store is for, I appreciated the opportunity the store provides to bring a pet along on a shopping trip. I was also grateful for those who asked if I needed help finding anything. Thank you, Home Depot! 😎👍

Hard to find help in here and when you do they dont know what theyre talkin about but its do I place you can go to get your supplies for repairs and such then you got to go back for five times cuz they dont know what theyre doing and need to train their people

I have trouble keeping orchids alive. Home Depot has a policy where if you keep your receipt & the dead plant, you can exchange it for another live one. Now thats a deal made for me & keeps me a loyal Home Depot shopper. Smart customer loyalty program since I always buy other stuff when picking out a new orchid.

Store usually has what Im looking for and more. Employees are always willing to help.

Found what we were looking for. Girl at the paint desk found exact location of an item for me. She was helpful and courteous. Would like to see or find more helpful employees in the rest of the store. The cashier at self-checkout was also helpful with finding a price of an item. Overall, it is a nice store.

Warning do not buy appliances from them are stove quit so needing a new stove desperately we went to home depot maxed out our credit card bought a stove had to wait 2 weeks for delivery because they dont have it in store it gets here its the wrong colour so we had to return it talk to customer service on the phone they just return the item they will not ship a new one its going to take 7 days for my money to go back on my maxed out card so then I can go back to home depot to re shop for the item that I already purchased so just beware if you buy an appliance and its the wrong 1 its your fault and you will be

The stores general manager, he is very uncaring of customer concerns😥. He doesnt even try to show that customer concerns matter to him, very dry, and has the shop here or dont oura.The customer service mgr at the customer service desk lacks the wherewithal to extend effective communication, to uniquely & individually assess & deal with customer issues. One would assume that the expectation of a front end supervisor would be to possess oral communication/people skills.They used to have a very kind spirited lady at the front desk, but they moved her to a different department...(maybe she was too kind).To many the general consensus may be well as long as they have my priduct. I say you have a choice where you spend your money.The saying is, its not what someone said or did that youll remember, its how they made you feel that will last a life time.It is unfortunate that Flint Home Depot, on Corunna Rd is essentially our only go to resource due to Lowes leaving the area.If you have been a loyal customer, & you TRULY want to feel good when you when you have to spend your money....I STRONGLY suggest that if you have a choice or the time, PLEASE service a different location!

I went in to get some Tomcat rice traps and ended up buy a tool set that was on sell for a 100.00 couldnt past that up. Love them place.If you need tools this is the time to get them.

I was checking for kitchen table sets,they were too expensive for me.

Purchased a refrigerator, had problems with it day one....told to reset the ice maker with no luck...the freezer is not working properly...Guess what... cant return to home depot cause it is after 48 hours....ridiculous you do not stand behind the products you sell and be the one to deal with the manufacturer because it is a defective product....no more business with home depot for us

Found what I wanted online and it showed that the item was available in store, told me the isle and section of the item and I was able to go right to it, get it and check out all in about 5 minutes.

Sometime they dont have what i need. But over all a good place to shop

The staff here are amazing! They go above and beyond with their knowledge, friendliness, eagerness, absolute charm and sense of humor that can turn anyones day into a happier one. Had an absolute blast and just before closing time. Kudos to the staff!

The guys in tool rental have always been terrific.

This Home Depot has consistently friendly and helpful staff. If one isnt able to answer a question, theyve been quick to find someone who has an answer. I dont expect staff to know about everything in their department or store.Id also like to add how products are kept well stocked and organized. Thats not the case in many stores Ive been to.Kudos for the Home Depot app, which lets me know what products are available and where they can be found.

I was shopping for a shelf for my shop and they did not have one in stock. I asked if I could buy the display and it was not a problem. The employee even disassembled it for me. I also saved a bit without asking. Great service.

I went to get a tractor from this location and arranged for delivery. First point of trouble was that the girl doing it didnt seem to know what she was doing and had to redo the transaction. No big deal everyone has to start somewhere. So she tells me my order will come on the 8th for delivery. Cool. I call the morning of the 8th to discover the delivery is actually the 13th and i had to reschedule that to the 14th. I was told i could call the morning of and get an update on the delivery since no one could give me a specific delivery time. Then I called this morning and said there was no update and literally an hour later i get a call saying that they were 5 mins away. I had to come from way on the other side of town at the time to come for it. Luckily i had relatives to come by to make sure my delivery was safe. I was also told all they needed was a signature but when i spoke to the gentleman delivering the equipment he said he didnt need a signature and needless to say I am happy with my purchase but Im not pleased with the execution from start to finish.

Friendly staff and most importantly, knowledgeable of products in their assigned department. Cashier was very friendly as well. A REALLY GOOD shopping experience!!

They have what I need, they are exceptionally courteous and helpful (though sometimes hard to find, as another reviewer pointed out, but it seems they are usually working as teams on stuff, not standing around), and they treat me with respect as a disabled veteran and being unable to wear a mask. 👍

In flint this time shopping with family. We were able to purchase a door for the house. The staff attention to my family needs were AWESOME! Love home Depot and the people that work there

First off, this isn’t our regular Home Depot but was the only one that had what we were looking for listed as “in stock”. We ordered it online for in store pickup and went up there a couple hours later to retrieve the items. We stopped at the customer service desk and were helped by an extremely nice person named Rachel who said that the order hadn’t been pulled yet, which we figured as we showed up before getting the confirmation email. Rachel asked a gentleman to assist us with getting the items and he was very happy to help. His apron said “Zebbie” on it and I have to say, I was very impressed with him. He looked for the items and unfortunately wasn’t able to find any in stock even though the website said they had two of them. Zebbie searched for awhile to make sure he didn’t miss the items and when he verified that they didn’t have any, he apologized and tried calling other locations to see if they had any that we could run over and pickup. Unfortunately there weren’t any. At this point, we asked if we could have the display as it was in great shape and was already assembled. Zebbie happily spoke to his manager and verified that we could take the display, apologized for the inconvenience, and as icing on the cake spoke to his manager and asked if we could get a discount on another item we were purchasing. We didn’t even ask for the discount. His manager agreed and we got 50% off the extra item, which came out to around $25.As I mentioned, this is not our regular Home Depot but I would gladly drive the extra distance if it means getting great customer service like that provided by Rachel and Zebbie. Thank you both for making what could have been a very frustrating trip into a great experience.

I have had my whole kitchen done through Home Depot. Right from the start it’s been terrible. The company that made my Michigan made white cabinets are not sanded onThe ends the primer is hit or miss. We have to paint brand new cupboards. The counter top I paid two hundred dollars to have it one piece. The week before it was to be installed they told me it was a inch short. So I went back in and ordered another counter top. They said they would be there between 1-3 they showed up at 4 no phone call. When they installed it they had to use wedges and when you sit at the kitchen table you can see them. Guess what they can do nothing about it. What ever happened to making it right by the customer. Nope they are all in it for themselves. It’s wrong Home Depot

Took my dog for a walk when the weather was too cold to walk outside. The staff even gave her a treat.

Spending a few hundred dollars at home Depot had a return when it first went in and they credited a home Depot card. When I went to check out an hour and a half later when I was done shopping they were running the card saying that I identification of that person had to match the identification of the person on the gift card which it did so there was no reason but still would not work and a manager came over and she went and swept it again which then in turn locked it up for like a half hour so we had to sit there and wait for a half hour before that like there was no other way to figure out that this was a card but make us wait there for over half hour. I just think that there was an easier quicker way to get us on our way and the future hopefully they utilize the other options to get paying customers out the store and on their way to other important things they have that day.

A friendly, Home Depot employee greeted me as I walked into the store and she asked me if I wanted help finding anything. I asked her if she could direct me to the aisle where I might find some plastic cups designed for holding 2 rolling casters on a bedframe. She looked it up on her work phone and directed me to the correct aisle. It saved me a lot of time!! 👍

A Great Selection Too Choose From.

The sales staff at the Corunna Rd store is quite knowledgeable in their respective areas and often save me time by pointing me in the right direction to find what I need. Checkout clerks are polite and quick. Additionally, fellow HD shoppers are usually helpful in sharing their expertise.

Was able to find what I was looking for. just wish I would have remembered the rest of the stuff I needed. looks like Ill be making another run or more back to Home Depot lol

Very helpful a variety of things to buy

The biggest problem with Home Depot is no two stores are the same. If one store doesnt have what youre looking for another one nearby might. Which could be helpful except when you go to the next store you have a hard time finding whatever it is you are looking for do to the stores are never set up the same way. Paint or is up front in back in other. Lighting maybe near when you really in one but hidden in the back of another or better yet split up on either side of electrical. Tools near lumber maybe found in what other stores would consider the seasonal section up front of another store. Not bring able to do things like rent tools at all locations sucks.

THE Home Depot Flint the best we got lots of help my husband very surprised they are very helpful not like another Home Depot stores... Keep up the good works...
