Megan was awesome in helping swap from Verizon. I was amazed at how easy and fast the process was. She is very good at what she does and extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt be happier right now. I now have 5g service, and my phone bill is a third of what I was paying at Verizon. I wish I had of swapped sooner. Do not hesitate to go see Megan and swap to T Mobile in the shoals area. No service issues and I actually have service in petersville now where Verizon didnt! Thanks again Megan!
Horrible customer service. Little manager is more worried about the mask sign on the door (no mask mandate in effect) then he cared about paying customers. He just lost 3 paying customers. I can easily go to Spectrum Mobile service. Wish I could give zero stars.
My husband and i came in to upgrade his phone. Bill was amazing! He answered all of our questions, we didnt feel pressured into buying anything that we didnt need. He gave us the information on all the phones we were looking at. We were there for almost 1.5 hours and didnt once feel like he was annoyed or impatient with us!

This cell phone store has consistently had the most pleasant helpful staff. Their employees are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. It is the demeanor of the employees that keep t mobile customers. Nestor was especially patient and knowledgeable and kind.

I went to your T-Mobile location on Cox Street earlier tonight around about 6:15 and I tried to explain to one of the agents at the store about when I purchased my LG Stylo 6 my wall charger cord wasnt included in the Box and he kind of made a smart remark saying I never heard of that before so what you trying to say Im lying the customers is always right because I looked in it the only thing was in there just a little Cube and I have to spend almost $30 for a charger

They put on a smile but the service wasnt very good. Also, check your account after you activate any new plans or get any new phones. They will likely add some services onto your plan without your consent. They will not confirm it with you but they will try to play it off as a feature. I assume this is because they make commission off these services but Im not certain, nor do I care.Its far easier to just go online and do what you need to there.

The last review, Mario Martinez, works at this location. Expect a wait any time going to this location. At least 30 min even via phone. Mario does a good job, but the rest of the employees lack professionalism. Data service is improving but the new contract free/jump plan is not beneficial for customers. Very expensive to have to purchase a new phone out right.
Words can not describe how despicable the attempt at showing customer service was at the Florence Alabama store. Mario was the representative that had the pleasure of wasting my time. When my fiancé and I were done with that store we left and went to the muscle shoals store. Chris was the representative that assisted us and it was the best customer service I have ever had. Because of his respect and amazing hospitality we will continue using t mobile. If anyone ever needs a representative at t mobile go to the muscle shoals store and ask for Chris or ty . They are amazing and wont waste your time.
I would choose NO STARS if it was possible.I went into T-Mobile location on 403 Cox Creek Pkwy, Florence, AL 35630 to jump to a new phone. This was on 11/26/18 at approximately 3PM. The employee there (Tra-Donna Graham) was extremely rude and professional. I am strongly considering switching to a new provider.1. Tra-Donna Graham advised me that it was pointless to have the Jump program as a customer, as it does not mean anything. When I told Tra-Donna Graham I had jumped several times over the years, she stated most customers Jump multiple times in the same year. This made me feel undervalued as a customer, having been with T-Mobile for the last 8 years. She also shared with me that customers are not paying off their phones, which is why customers can no longer jump to another phone with no out-of-pocket costs.2. When I told Tra-Donna Graham I had left another T-Mobile location the day before who did not share her sentiment about the Jump program, she stated that is how the world works. Tra-Donna Graham stated she is sorry if she sounds harsh, but she likes to be honest with customers. I asked her if she feels inconsistency in service among T-Mobile locations might attribute to loss of customer loyalty and she ignored me.3. I told Tra-Donna Graham I was interested in a phone that had a better speaker, she stated she did not have any recommendations. Her tone was disinterested and dismissive. She did not offer any product knowledge or alternative recommendations. She actually stared at me as if I was wasting her time.I ended up going to another location in Muscle Shoals, AL for service, but the treatment I received by this employee is simply disgusting. According to T-Mobiles web site, they have a Consumer Code for Wireless Service, which is to provide consumers with information to help them make informed choices when selecting wireless service.The only information Tra-Donna Graham provided me with was negativity about her employers programs and unsolicited personal opinions about the world. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and have begun researching alternative carriers who value their customers.

Every time I come to the Florence location, it has been the worst experience ever. They are always so rude and dont want to work. Ive came here 4 times and every time I left and went to the Muscle Shoals location(which let me tell you had the BEST customer service!) Mario has been my representative every time I come to the Florence location and it makes me question why I didnt go to the Muscle Shoals location to begin with. If I could give the Florence location 0 or negative stars I would. I would like to give a shoutout to Chris at the Muscle Shoals store for always being so helpful and for great customer service ever. Dear Florence, you have been ditched! I switched to Muscle Shoals. #ditchandswitchtomuscleshoals
They must be overwhelmed to turn down new business. Tried to open two person, data account. Said theyd call callback 3 hrs ago. I iust called them 45minutes before they close. It rang a very long time until I finally got a dial tone. Hmmm. Cant take care of old business much less open new accts.
