My wife could not get the charger to go into her phone. Best Buy told her the phone would have to be sent away and a refurbished one would be mailed back to her in a few weeks. We went to Smart Phone Repair and the young, very polite lady took my wifes phone to the back, removed the blockage, returned in a minute or two with the phone fixed. She didnt charge us anything. I would not go anywhere else. Great people.

I went there a few years ago and got my phone repaired. Ive never seen a place you have to take your phone back because they dont fix it right the first time. so I decided to give them a second chance..went there today just to get a cracked screen replacement. How hard could it be right. They actually broke my phone further and then I got to take it back. Now the features that were on my phone are now no longer available after they had my phone. how is that possible? They will NEVER fix anything else for me not even an inkpen!

I took my iPad to be replaced, they were friendly and very quick to fix it! They made an error and were happy to correct it. I went back a couple months later for the same iPad, and they happily fixed it again and I got a discount. This is the only place I’ll go to get my electronics repaired!!!

This place messed up my ipad SO BAD. I took it for a cracked screen about a little while ago and two months later, the home button quit working and the screen started glitching so now I cant use it. I had to take it back once cause they didn’t fix it correctly and the volume didnt work. They said it was all good and not 2 months later the screen started glitching when I used it and the home button started sliding underneath the screen. DO NOT waste ur money here these people do not do quality work!!! I should’ve saved my money and just dealt with the cracked screen. very disappointing

AT&T gives me anxiety because they’re always trying to sell me things I don’t need, including TV??? My iPhone 6S was fine, except the battery charge wouldn’t last. Very annoying to be always looking to recharge. They fixed me up with a new battery for $60, and it is working great. I walked in, explained my problem, returned 1 hour later, and walked out a satisfied customer. You may want to research ahead for parking options.

I had a brand new iPhone SE that I had a problem with, (which was my own fault ) . No one in my area was able to help me with ( I am from Pa.) I was going to Florence for the weekend. The technician was able to fix my phone immediately in under an hour. I was basically told her locally it wasn’t fixable! I have activated the phone and it works perfectly. These guys saved me about $500 ! Their charge was minimal. I thanked the guy tipped him and was on my way to the beach! Highly recommend!!

I went in on a Saturday morning to see if I could get my charging port repaired. I was prepared to leave my phone and pay what was necessary for all repairs and time spent. This place is exceptional. I came in from out of town to find my phone not charging. In a pickle I looked for the nearest cell phone repair. When I went in they explained to me that the charge port on my phone had gone bad. They gave me a flat rate of 80 dollars and thats all they charged me. They also replaced the back of the phone which was all scratched up additionally. They also charged it up for me. Their help, will help me on my 800 mile journey home. 10/10 would recommend.

Smart Phone Repair was recommended to me by a friend in Florence, when I accidentally dropped my brand new IPad Pro, 3rd Generation and the screen glass shattered completely. When I took it in for repair, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the techs. I had not purchased the Apple Protection plan. I was told by Apple that I could mail it in, & for essentially the same price of a new device, I could get it repaired or replaced. What Smart Phone Repair proposed was less than one third of the price Apple quoted! And the glass would be ordered & IPad repaired in less than one week! While there, I inquired about a protective film for my IPhone. They have a printer that will produce this at precisely the right size, & this was done immediately & at minimal cost. This repair shop is a gem, located in downtown Florence. The employees take their time to explain options, the process, the cost, & any other questions you might have. I totally expect that when I pick it up, things will be fine. (I will let you know if they are not.) My experience on July 20-21 2019 was exhausting... First impression I should have known better given that there isn’t anyone actually standing at the counter to greet you... Instead there was a guy who had his ear plugs in speaking on his phone standing in the middle of the floor ( by first glaze you would think he’s a client).... In to the right is a younger male who seems to be doing the phone repairs... he was very under dressed to be in a place of business... I had to approach the guy that had earplugs to even get acknowledgement... to make a very longgggg story short I stay in this store for about 3 hrs plus & some was due to the not so multi tasking of the man with the earplugs while customers came in or answering of the phone calls....I ended up purchasing a iPhone 6 in trading in a iPhone 8 I had from an ex, the iPhone 6 was $145 & the iPhone 8 was a $50 credit toward my iPhone 6... I took it home & it stopped working overnight it kept roaming so I bought it back.... on this day it was just the younger male... When I stated my concern & that I want my money back he contacted the owner which was the worst communication skills everrrr! (Including the younger guy not fully letting me what was going on) So I finally got him to agree to give me at least $100 back (because he wasn’t going to even do that) ... save yourself the stress do not waste your time & be prepared to go back in forward with your carrier in this store... I went to Metropcs on Irby st about 6 times no lie also know there is no refunds which I was not told when purchasing

So I had a shattered rear camera lense it still took perfectly fine pictures the outside glass was just shattered! The picture of my daughter was took just Monday with the shattered outside lense.. Get it repaired today, at this so called repair shop and the second picture of my son and two ppl in the background is as good as itll focus. Needless to say Im highly unsatisfied and I got a full refund. But now Im still stuck with total non functional rear camera that will be over $100 to repair..DO NOT use these people also a lady whom just had her Samsung fixed yesterday had to bring it back again while I was dropping mine off reporting it had worse issues than when she dropped it off and picked up yesterday! Look up my Facebook for the pictures so you can see the proof the did more damage than when I dropped my phone and broke the glass over the rear camera lense its a public post and I checked into this stores location.
