I went to this place in the mall in Florence, SC, and was told by a girl that the guy could fix it. I had a problem with the charging port that needed to be fixed. I went there after reading some of the positive reviews, and didnt get the same service. (I should have paid attention to the negative reviews.) I had paid half down and came back the next week, and long story short, the guy made my laptop worse. I didnt know how worse until after paying the other half and getting home, it was difficult to plugged up.He also had the back part opened up and left it that way. It wasnt like that before. He also cant seem to answer my questions straight. I went there because I needed someone to fix my laptop in a day, even though it fixed it in less than 20 minutes. I work from home and now I have to go to manufacturer to fix my laptop. I will not go back to IFixItAll EVER again!

The phone was fixed perfectly. I felt as if she didnt want to fix my phones. Saying she cant fix them without serial numbers or codes. I goggles them all and they just popped up. Like if you want the business you could have done that. And I had several phones. I come back with the numbers and now she dont have but one screen. Maybe its me. I would think a phone repair person to be a bit more savvy than what I encountered but hey Im just a customer who knew more than the fixit gal.

I recently had to factory restore my cell because I forgot my password and lost a great deal of videos, photos and audio recordings. I cant even access most of my apps through google play. When I installed them again thinking my info was saved it acted as if I was opening as new user. My question to you is can you restore my phone back to before I had to factory reset? This man completely wasted my time period he was on a one hour lunch break and when I called to ask him if he would be able to fix my tablet he said he would and when I asked him if he could fix it today he said he would be able to. I waited for him to come back from his 1 hour lunch break only to have him tell me that not only was the $80 quote hed given me incorrect but he would not be able to fix it to day because he had to order the part. Im not mad that he cant fix my tablet because that is what it is Im angry because I cant get that hour of my time back

Fixit all is one of the best iPhone repair shops in Florence. I sent my phone to Apple three weeks ago. Only for apple to return my phone stating My phone was so damage they would not be able to repair it. I brought my phone to ifixitall and he fixed my phone I only needed a battery and there prices are unbeatable..

If i could give negative stars I would!! Do not buy from this place. They might look nice but you will run into so many problems later believe me. I went to Geek Squad first and they said they would have to mail my iPad away. I found this kiosk and the girl was super friendly. She said she doesnt do iPad screens, but she called the guy who does. She reported to me that he was on the way to help. I came back about an hour later and he was cleaning my screen. It is awesome, works perfectly and the price was much better than buying a new machine. And, it has a lifetime warranty if the screen doesnt work in the future. I was also impressed that I do not have to keep my receipt for it. I would definitely recommend and definitely return if I ever have problems with my iPad or phone screens.

I just want to say my first experience there was not so good but I found out that the guy I went to was not the guy I spoke to on the phone, so let me start from the beginning. Crazy me put my S pen in my note 5 backwards so it was stuck I called and spoke to Dre he told me to bring it in after 3pm, when I went there not knowing he would be late getting in I let the guy that was there work on my phone. well, this guy took the pen out w/o opening the phone, which means he pulled it out. now Im thinking he pulled it out and broke the sensor so I called back I got Dre on the phone this time well Dre told me to bring it in, and i did. He opened it (did I mention the back glass was broken too) smh:( He took off the back, took all the screws out got the broken piece of the Spen out, put the phone back together w/ my new back and Spen and my phone worked like nothing was ever wrong with it, i was soo pleased, Im telling you if you go there you must ask for Dre he knows his stuff, and was very polite.

TERRIBLE!!!...Please keep your money,..These people dont know what the Heck theyre doing..... Took my sons phone there over a month ago, was told to come back in 20 mins, nearly an hour passed and dude still appeared to be struggling.. Im observing all this from the food court. I go over to ask if hes good, he assured me that he was fine. Also told me that the phone had a lifetime warranty should there be any problems... A week and a half later, my sons phone(which was in his outter box this time), fell onto a carpeted floor and now the screen is all smeared... This is the DIRECT result of the screen not being completely on to begin with...This its what caused it to separate from the case so easily.... I spoke with the owner, sent my son to have it the screen replaced... The owner was rude, AND had the audacity to ask us to pay another $120!!! And suggest it looked like it had been ran over...Whatever!!! The work this company does is nothing short of LOUSY!, and the lifetime warranty is a bunch of crap.... I could have saved myself tome, money, and hassle simply filing a claim....SMH...Also, after the fact, I learned my brother had the same experience with his Galaxy screen not being put on properly... Causing it to break as well... I was so outraged with this companys negligence., I felt inclined to file a claim with the BBB.

I havent been here yet, im suppose to be going friday . I called for a price to replace my battery . They told me $40 to replace my battery for my iphone 5s . Hopefully it goes great !

We were in town for just a day when the battery in my Nexus 5X swelled up. Since we werent going to be in town long enough to get replacement parts, he kindly took the failed battery for disposal at no charge.
