Called to get a screen replaced an i knew it would have to be ordered left messages finally talked to some one and then never got a call back

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Theyve assisted with many repairs and answered any questions had. Ive called around and compared prices and smartphone emergency always has the best. If something is needed and not in stock, they definitely will get it ordered for you. This place is the place for all your electronic needs and repairs.

I brought my iPhone XR in to have my screen replaced today. I was greeted by the lady up front with a cheerful hello and welcoming smile before the door even closed behind me. You don’t get that often nowadays. They told me the price to replace the screen, which by the way is the best price in town, and told me it would take about 30 minutes to do. 20 minutes later they called to let me know the repair was done and my phone was ready for pickup. WOW! When I came to pick my phone up I got the same warm greeting and I was extremely happy with their workmanship. The tech did an amazing job and my phone was like brand new. And she installed a tempered glass for ONLY $10. I definitely recommend Smartphone Emergency for any and all of your technological repairs!

The service was amazing and the employees had a great attitude and fixed my phone in a very timely manner. They’re also one of the only electronic repair establishments that I know of who actually have a military discount which is awesome. I usually go to the place in the mall but they were out of stock on the parts I needed. Will definitely be coming here in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

After several days of waiting I had an iPhone X that I had the screen replaced on, the first replacement screen was not “the right screen” whatever that means and had to be replaced again. The second screen they put on seemed to be okay, but did not look to have come from apple as that stated. After dropping my phone once and not even on a had surface the phone was no longer in working condition. The other thing that put a bad taste in my mouth is that they told me that “I would be back”. I do not recommend, I think they fix them good enough for you to walk out of the door with only for you to return to them.

A Best Buy employee that works with Apple referred me here bc it was his buddy. So I came because it was cheaper and I trusted the employee. I went in with iPhone X that had software issues. I thought that a new screen could fix it, and it got fixed but I got a lot of new problems. My phone began “ghost touching” it began getting worse so I went back & got a new screen, which made it stop working completely. it logged me out completely. Then I went back for a refund bc I was still on 30 day warranty & they told me that they couldn’t fix it (which they knew from the beginning) kept my unbroken screen, GAVE ME A BROKEN SCREEN and charged me $45 for basically nothing because my phone no longer works!!! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!! also, I never got to talk to a tech, just a person who ran the front desk & she kept mixing me up with a different person so her story was never the same. I bet they will keep my nice apple screen & resell it for $125 while they gave me a broken one. I reported this business & the Best Buy Employee!!!!!!!

In town for work so had no idea of where to get my busted POS phone fixed. Called these guys they told me to come on in and theyd take care of it. Donovan was awesome to deal with, great guy and very knowledgeable. My phone is back to brand new thanks to him. Dont even mess with anywhere else, just take your busted phone to these guys and theyll take care of you!

Would not recommend at all . The screen that they used to fix my XR was too big for my phone and it stuck out at the bottom. My phone hasn’t been right since !!!

I went in with a cracked screen on a brand new from apple 2 week old iPhone 8, obviously for repair. I came out with a blurred front camera due a to a fingerprint or a smudge of some sort on the inside which I could not clean without opening the phone. As if that wasn’t enough, after I picked up the phone I found it odd that my battery was at 8%, considering it went in at 100% because it was on the charger all night, and in the car on the ride there. No big deal I thought, I’ll just charge it again. To my surprise, after being plugged up for 5 min, the charge was at 100%! The phone would lose charge after just 1-2 hours, shut off as soon as it went to 10%, the battery life was awful only AFTER my screen “repair”. This went on for about a week after which I went into the settings and checked the battery condition.... 60%!!! I know with absolute certainty the life was 100%, as that was one of the first things I checked when I initially bought the phone. I decided to send it in to Apple for a warranty on the battery, they advised the warranty was void because it wasn’t the original battery or screen! These guys swapped my new battery with an old battery! It’s just a $70 part!! Why would they?! I went in to talk to them and the lady that took care of my was ALL OVER THE PLACE, looked to me as if she may have JUST finished smoking something that makes you hyper as ever. You can kinda tell a druggy from someone who doesn’t do drugs. This lady, my opinion, definitely did or at least used to. DO NOT take your phones in there! These guys are scam artists and after talking to a few people in town it isn’t the first time it’s happened. The lady actually tried to sell me another phone! The nerve! I will make it my mission to inform EVERYONE in Florence about this businesses less than perfect practices. Newspaper adds, Facebook, Craigslist, IM ON IT!

While visiting Florence I dropped my phone and the screen went completely black. Being from out of town I was concerned because my phone was my only method of communication and navigation. Thankfully I got a reference from a local who guided me to Smartphone Emergency. They had my phone fixed as good as new within 30 minutes and I was on my way. Im glad they were there when I needed them.

These guys did a great job fixing my s8. There was a little bit of a hiccup as they were moving and had no power yet at the new store. But they kept me up to date on the progress and I got my phone back good as new. The new store is spacious and looks great so far!

I toke my son to get his 8+ iPhone to get fixed it was the charging port I payed $85 to get it fixed and when I got it back it would not charge with none of my Apple chargers I had to pay $10 for a new charger and the women stole $20 from me I hate this place and I do not recommend it

They fixed the unfixable. Will the young man who helped us was quite knowledgeable and so helpful.I will definitely be going back if I have anything else break.

The words that best tells you all that you need know are: knowledgeable, friendly, customer service driven. I have never been able just to drop off an item, or just pick it up after it has been repaired. You cant help to spark up a conversation. It can be about electronic, cars, motorcycles or whatever. They are just flat out well rounded and fun to be around. If they cant repair it, then it just cant be repaired. They will always tell you if it is worth repairing. You can go elsewhere and get a whole lot less. They dont fix it, they repair it.B.A Addison

Dalton, David, and Jay are all excellent and knowledgeable technicians. I bought a phone at a extremely reasonable price and since then have had it fixed a number of times for the best price in town. Smartphone Emergency is the best cell phone repair place.

My battery on my iPhone 7 Plus was not holding a charge. I saw their store, entered, and was immediately greeted. I explained my issue and they said they could replace my battery if they had one in stock, and they did. I was told it would take an hour but it took less. As of right now my phone appears to be holding a charge but time will tell. Nothing negative to say and hopefully this battery will take me another two years.

Daughter phone was acting up. Took it to them and they charged $45 to fix it. She got it back a week later with a half charge and would not charge anymore so the next day I took it back. A week later after they said it was the charge port I called to see if the phone was ready after not hearing anything from them for two days. So they tell me that from the 1 day my daughter had the phone that she downloaded an update and causes the hardware to burn out. So I go to pick up the phone and ask for my refund since they did not fixed the phone and my daughter did not just download anything since she could not USE the phone. They took the battery out that was supposedly fried and gave me $20 backSo now my daughter has to buy a battery when her phone initially had a battery and when they put in their battery in it was fried.I saw the reviews but had a shadow of doubt that they may have been somewhat made up. But... No... They will never fix anything of mines.Does anyone have a place I can go to fix a laptop screen.

Not only are their doors usually very clean, the owner spends countless hours honing his craft, working through the maze on the interior walls of smartphones, learning how to find the solution to any problem. He genuinely wants to give great customer service, regardless of the situation. You’d be a fool to not take your smartphone here, and you would also be a fool to say anything on the contrary about this business.

Dalton has the worse customer service skills..I dropped my laptop off July 7 or 8th 2017..Went to pick it back up August 14,2017..Each time I called or dropped by Dalton made up different excuses and lies..either they order the wrong screen or we are having trouble with our deliveries..Long story short, I called on the 14th and stated I was coming to pick my laptop up regardless of it was fixed or not (it wasnt) I asked to speak to a manager or owner..per Dalton he is with a customer..I asked do I need to come up there..DALTON HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! I arrived, spoke to the owner..got my laptop back..I left the premises....forgot 2 get my charger had to go back there...the owner said we actually were backed up...the screen you needed is here..we just didnt have time to get to it..thats all DALTON HAD 2 SAY...Instead he acted very immature and ignorant as though he was a 5 year old child...An apology from DALTON would of been nice but it was never given...ME NOR ANYMORE OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

They will ripp u off...went to get my iphone 6 fixed . The price was 75$ but win i came back for my phone they claimed my phone got deactivated and charged me another 25$ to reactivate it. When all they had to do was turn my phone off b4 working on it. These guys are smart. Im sure the 25 $ went in there pocket.

They fixed my screen very well but it took weeks bc they got a bad product. They didnt offer a discount for the hassle and I wasted gas going back and forth since I live an hour away. The screen is fixed so far as I can tell though.

Never will I come back here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to either . Took my phone to them and they said they fixed the screen not even a day later it was already messed up, talked to them on the phone and they said they would fix it, take it up there and they refused to fix the phone !!!
