Very knowledgeable of the products and took the time needed to find the best deal to meet my needs.He went above and beyond when a second phone was needed for my Son and did not have it stock. I give 4 stars because I I purchase 3 screen protectors so I get next store different price $20 $20 and $35 for the iPad screen protectors I came back to return the the iPhone screen protectors but they told me no refund crazy I did not take them at the store that time I just pay the money I didn’t understand why is not refundable
